وَتَوَلَّيْتُ أَمْرَ الحَطَبِ فَذَهَبْتُ إِلَى الغَابَةِ الْقَرِيبَةِ وَجِئْتُ بِالحَطَبِ مِنْ سَاعَتِي وَدَقَّ خَالِدٌ التَّوَابِلَ وَذَهَبْتُ أَنَا إِلَى الخَبَّازِ فَاِشْتَرَيْتُ الْأَرْغِفَةَ. وَأَدْرَكَ الطَّعَامُ فِي السَّاعَةِ الحَادِيَةَ عَشَرَةَ, وَقَدْ غَلَبَنَا الْجُوعُ وَاِشْتَهَيْنَا الطَّعَامَ فَأَكَلْنَا بِرَغْبَةٍ, وَكَانَ الطَّعَامُ شَهِيًّا لَذِيذًا. |||||||||||||||Délicieux| and the food arrived|food|at|hour|eleventh|10|and|overpowered us|hunger|and we craved|food|so we ate|with eagerness|and it was|the food|delicious|tasty The food was served at eleven o'clock, and we were overwhelmed by hunger and craved the food, so we ate with eagerness, and the food was delicious.

وَجَلَسْنَا نَتَحَدَّثُ حَتَى كَانَ وَقْتُ الظُّهْرِ فَأَذَّنْتُ وَصَلَّيْنَا جَمَاعَةً. And we sat|talking|until|it was|time|noon|so I called to prayer|and we prayed|in congregation We sat talking until it was noon, then I called for the prayer and we prayed together.

وَخَرَجْنَا بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ نَزُورُ بَعْضَ الآثَارِ وَفِي العَصْرِ رَجَعْنَا إِلَى الْبَلَدِ مَسْرُورِينَ. |||||les monuments|||||| And we exited|after|the prayer|we visit|some|monuments|and in|the afternoon|we returned|to|the city|happy After the prayer, we went out to visit some historical sites, and in the afternoon we returned to the town feeling happy.
