خلق الله الخلق مختلفين في أنفسهم، وفي قدراتهم، وفي أعمالهم لتستقيم الحياة ، ويخدم بعضهم بعضا. قال الله تعالى: ﴿أهم يقسمون رحمة ربك نحن قسمنا بينهم معيشتهم في الحياة الدنيا ورفعنا بعضهم فوق بعض درجات ليتخذ بعضهم بعضا سخريا ورحمة ربك خير مما يجمعون ) .

والرزق يختلف من بيئة إلى بيئة وهو متفاوت بين الأفراد والبشر مسخر بعضهم لبعض : الفقير مسخر للغني. والغني مسخر للفقير ... يقول الرسول -- : «اعملوا فكل ميسر لما خلق له». ولو عمل الناس كلهم في مهنة واحدة : لتعطلت بقية مصالحهم، ولكن الله سخر بعضهم لخدمة بعض؛ وهذا يأتي من اختلاف المهن والأعمال: فالمزارع، على سبيل المثال، يحرث وياكل من زرعه غيره من خباز، ومعلم، وطبيب... وغيرهم، وهؤلاء بدورهم يخبرون له ويعلمون أطفاله، ويعالجون المريض من أسرته، وهكذا .

كان الشباب في الماضي يتعلمون مهن آبائهم في الغالب: حتى إذا كبروا عملوا في هذه المهن؛ ولذا كان يغلب على بعض الأسر الارتباط بمهنة معينة، حتى إنهم قد يسمون (يعرفون) بها .

أما في العصر الحاضر، فقد تغير الأمر، وأصبحت أغلب المهن والأعمال مرتبطة بالحكومات، أو الشركات الكبيرة . ويواجه الشاب في أول حياته مشكلة اختيار المهنة التي يرغب فيها، بعد انتهائه من الدراسة، وهذا قرار صعب. يحتاج إلى تفكير : لأن له آثاره المادية والنفسية على الشاب في مستقبل حياته، فكيف يختار الشاب مهنته؟

ينبغي أن يعرف الشاب أين يضع قدمه، قبل أن يختار لنفسه مهنة يعمل فيها، ويكسب عيشه منها. ينبغي أن يتعرف على صفات نفسه، وما لديه من نواحي القوة والضعف، وأن يتاكد من ميوله، ويعرف ما يحب من المهن، وما يكره. وإن صدق الإنسان مع نفسه، يعينه كثيرا على اختيار مهنة المستقبل، وهو مطمئن إلى حسن الاختيار. وبعد أن يتعرف الشاب إلى نفسه وصفاته، ينبغي عليه أن يتعرف إلى عددا من المهن : ليختار منها ما يناسبه. وهذا أمر ليس سهلا، فربما لا يجد المهنة التي تكون مناسبة له ولقدراته، ولا ستعداداته، وقد يجد الكثير من المهن مناسبة ليوله ورغباته. لكي يصل الشاب إلى قرار سليم، يجب أن يكون مرنا، وأن يدرك أنه يستطيع أن يتقن مهنة معينة أكثر من سواها، وأن هناك مهنا أخرى لا يقدر على إثقانها .

يحتاج الشاب إلى التدريب على المهنة التي يعتقد أنها تناسبه ، وإلى اكتساب الخبرة فيها، حتى يحصل على المهارات الأساسية، والمعلومات الخاصة بها بطريقة عملية، وبذلك يعد نفسه للمهنة إعدادا كافيا. وتكثر المنافسة أحيانا حول بعض المهن دون بعضها الآخر. وبعض المهن لها بريق غير أن أجر العاملين فيها قليل، فيجب أن يكون الشاب على علم بذلك حين يختار مهنته، وأن يعرف ميزات المهنة الحقيقية والشاب الذي يعرف نفسه حق العرفة. ويعرف الأعمال المختلفة ، يصبح قادرا على اختيار ما يناسبه من المهن، فيجيء اختياره قريبا من الصواب.

وعلى كل شاب أن يدرك أن الصفات الشخصية تنمو، وأن الشاب قد يتغير في نفسه، ويتبع ذلك اختلاف رغباته وميوله، نتيجة لخبرة جديدة اكتسبها ، أو ثقافة حصل عليها ، أو معاشرته أناسا لم يعاشرهم من قبل.

وهكذا ندرك أن من الخير للشاب في أثناء دراسته أن يهتم كثيرا بالدرس والتحصيل، قبل أن يصل إلى مرحلة اختيار المهنة، وأن يضع لنفسه خطة مرنة تسمع له بالتغيير والتصرف، حسبما يكتسب من خبرة وعلم

خلق الله الخلق مختلفين في أنفسهم، وفي قدراتهم، وفي أعمالهم لتستقيم الحياة ، ويخدم بعضهم بعضا. God created people different in themselves, in their abilities, and in their deeds, so that life could be right and they could serve each other. قال الله تعالى: ﴿أهم يقسمون رحمة ربك نحن قسمنا بينهم معيشتهم في الحياة الدنيا ورفعنا بعضهم فوق بعض درجات ليتخذ بعضهم بعضا سخريا ورحمة ربك خير مما يجمعون ) . God Almighty said: “Do they divide the mercy of your Lord? We have divided among them their livelihood in the life of this world, and We have raised some of them above others in degrees so that some of them may take others as subservience, and the mercy of your Lord is better than what they combine.”

The Messenger says: “Work, for everyone will facilitate what he was created for.” ولو عمل الناس كلهم في مهنة واحدة : لتعطلت بقية مصالحهم، ولكن الله سخر بعضهم لخدمة بعض؛ وهذا يأتي من اختلاف المهن والأعمال: فالمزارع، على سبيل المثال، يحرث وياكل من زرعه غيره من خباز، ومعلم، وطبيب... وغيرهم، وهؤلاء بدورهم يخبرون له ويعلمون أطفاله، ويعالجون المريض من أسرته، وهكذا . If all people worked in one profession, the rest of their interests would be disrupted, but God made some of them subject to the service of one another. At the beginning of his life, a young man faces the problem of choosing the profession he desires after completing his studies, and this is a difficult decision. يحتاج إلى تفكير : لأن له آثاره المادية والنفسية على الشاب في مستقبل حياته، فكيف يختار الشاب مهنته؟ It requires thinking: because it has material and psychological effects on the young man in his future life, so how does the young man choose his profession?

ينبغي أن يعرف الشاب أين يضع قدمه، قبل أن يختار لنفسه مهنة يعمل فيها، ويكسب عيشه منها. A young man should know where to put his foot, before he chooses a profession for himself in which he works and makes a living from it. ينبغي أن يتعرف على صفات نفسه، وما لديه من نواحي القوة والضعف، وأن يتاكد من ميوله، ويعرف ما يحب من المهن، وما يكره. He should get to know his own characteristics, his strengths and weaknesses, ascertain his inclinations, and know what professions he likes and what he hates. وإن صدق الإنسان مع نفسه، يعينه كثيرا على اختيار مهنة المستقبل، وهو مطمئن إلى حسن الاختيار. If a person is honest with himself, it will help him greatly in choosing his future profession, and he will be assured of a good choice. وبعد أن يتعرف الشاب إلى نفسه وصفاته، ينبغي عليه أن يتعرف إلى عددا من المهن : ليختار منها ما يناسبه. After the young man gets to know himself and his characteristics, he should become acquainted with a number of professions to choose from them what suits him. وهذا أمر ليس سهلا، فربما لا يجد المهنة التي تكون مناسبة له ولقدراته، ولا ستعداداته، وقد يجد الكثير من المهن مناسبة ليوله ورغباته. Every young man must realize that personal qualities grow, and that the young man may change in himself, and his desires and inclinations will then change, as a result of new experience he acquired, or a culture he acquired, or his associating with people he had not interacted with before.
