各位 同学 大家 好 我 是 李永乐 老师

最近 美国 的 HBO 拍 了 一部 新剧

《 切尔诺贝利 》 非常 火

很多 小朋友 问 我 说

这个 切尔诺贝利 核电站 是 怎么 爆炸 的 呢

今天 我们 就 来 给 大家 讲 一下 这个 问题

为了 了解 切尔诺贝利 核电站 爆炸

我们 首先 得 先 来 说 一下

核电站 它 到底 是 一个 什么样 的 原理

核电站 是 用来 发电 的 但是 发电 你 必须 得 有 能量 对 吧

这个 能量 来源于 什么 来源于 核能

它 是 核裂变 产生 的

核裂变 它 是 一种 链式反应

为什么 叫 链式反应 呢

比如说 比较 常见 的

核电站 的 反应 原理 是 用 铀 235

铀 235 这种 物质 它 加上 中子

用 中子 去 撞击 铀 235 它 就 会 变成 什么 呢

它 会 变成 钡 56 -141 还有 氪 36 -92 以及 三个 中子

大家 看 我 用 一个 中子 去 撞击 铀 235 的 原子核

结果 撞出来 什么 撞出来 两个 碎片 以及 三个 中子

那么 这 三个 中子 又 会 怎么样

又 会 撞击 三个 铀 235 对 不 对

所以 又 会 变出 九个 中子

这样 一来 形成 一个 雪崩 效应 我们 称 它 为 链式反应

而 在 这个 过程 中 它 的 这个 反应物 的 质量

会 比 生成物 的 质量 大 也就是说 它 会 出现 质量 亏损

质量 整体 会 减少 质量 会 亏损

那么 质量 一旦 亏损 就 会 怎么样 就 会 放出 能量

这是 爱因斯坦 质能 方程 告诉 我们 的

放出 能量 以 热 的 形式 存在

我们 再 把 这个 热 用 蒸汽机 去 带动 发电机

它 就 可以 变成 电能 了

所以 核反应 的 原理 大概 就是 这个 样子

那么 切尔诺贝利 核电站 它 使用 的 这个 核电站 的 这个 原理

叫做 RBMK 或者 叫 石墨 沸水 堆

石墨 沸水 堆 这个 核反应堆 石墨 沸水 堆 是 什么样

我 把 它 原理 图画 一下

好 大家 看 这个 就是 它 的 基本原理

这个 原理 也 不 复杂

就是 中间 这个 东西 就是 所谓 的 燃料 棒

燃料 棒 是 什么 呢 就是 这个 铀 235

我们 用作 反应 的 铀 235 是 吧

好 燃料 棒 放在 什么 地方 放在 一个 水管 之中

这里 边 有 水 这个 水 是 这样 流动 的

经过 燃料 棒 然后 被 加热 加热 了 之后 它 又 流 出来

继续 往 这边 流 这么 一直 流 出来

流到 了 这个 地方 水 我们 管它 叫 冷却剂

它 是 用来 冷却 这个 反应堆 同时 带走 热量

然后 就 可以 用来 发电 了 对 吧

好 那么 除此之外

它 外边 有 一个 很大 的 框 这个 很大 的 框 是 什么 是 石墨

石墨 的 作用 是 什么 是 减速 中子

它 是 用来 减速 的 减速 中子

为什么 要 减速 中子 呢

因为 这个 燃料 棒

它 发出 的 这个 中子 是 非常 快 的 速度 非常 大

这个 非常 大 的 中子 不 容易 被 燃料 棒 其他 部分 捕获

就 没有 办法 形成 链式反应

所以 我 先 让 这个 发出 的 中子 撞 在 中间 这些 部位

这些 部位 都 有 石墨 ...

那么 这些 石墨 会 把 这个 中子 减速

中子 速度 慢 了 之后 就 更 容易 被 铀 235 捕获

从而 形成 链式反应

好 那么 这个 基本 的 原理 就是

当 我 这个 水 是 冷 的 到 这儿 我 经过 加热 变 热 了

变热 了 之后 往 这边 循环 到 这个 地方

它 可能 已经 有 一部分 变成 蒸汽 了

所以 蒸汽 就 从 这个 部位 出来 了

这个 水蒸气 就 出来 了

这个 蒸汽 因为 它 是 很 高 温度 的

它 可以 推动 那个 涡轮机 发电 我们 就 可以 发电 了

然后 它 损失 了 一部分 水 对 吧

我 再 把 这个 冷水 从 这个 地方 注入

冷水 注入 然后 让 它 这个 冷水 再 这么 循环 一圈

又 变成 蒸汽 又 出来 了 对 吧

好 这 就是 基本 的 一个 原理

但是 我们 如何 去 控制 这个 反应 的 速率 呢

这 就 涉及 到 一个 很 关键 的 部件 就 叫 控制棒

就是 我们 会 在 这个 部位 我们 插入 一些 棒

这些 棒 它 有 一个 特殊 的 特点

它 可以 吸收 中子 我们 管 它 控制棒

控制棒 它 会 插 在 这个 石墨 中间

它 的 作用 是 用来 吸收 中子 的

我们 为什么 要 吸收 中子 呢 那 很 显而易见 了

如果 你 这个 反应 太 剧烈 了 那 中子 就 太 多 了 对 吧

我们 为了 让 它 反应 慢 一点

我 就 要 把 这个 棒 往 下 插 一 插 对 不 对

所以 它 的 特点 就是 我们 如果 插入 这个 控制棒

那么 它 的 这个 反应 速率 就 会 减小

或者 说 这个 反应 的 温度 可能 就 会 下降

就是 使 这个 反应 减速

那么 如果 我 想要 反应 剧烈 一点 怎么办

很 显然 我 把 这个 棒 拔出来 它 就 少 吸收 一些 中子

少 吸收 一些 中子 中子 一多 那 这个 反应 就 变 剧烈 了 对 不 对

所以 如果 我们 拔出 这个 控制棒 就 会 使 这个 反应 加速

这个 就是 控制棒 的 一个 作用 对 吧

如果 我们 想 紧急 停机 怎么办

我们 把 这 一大堆 控制棒 都 插 进去

完全 把 中子 吸收 掉 那么 它 就 不能 反应 了 对 吧

好 这个 就是 一个 简单 的 核反应堆 的 原理

它 为什么 叫 石墨 沸水 堆

首先 它 用 石磨 来 做 这个 减速剂 减速 中子

为什么 叫 沸水 堆 因为 它 把 水 烧开 了 是 吧

烧开 了 之后 用 蒸汽 来 这个 发电

所以 原理 上 来讲 除了 这个 核心 部位

它 和 火电站 水电站 风 电站 不 一样 以外

其它 的 地方 就是 让 涡轮 机动 起来 发电

这个 原理 都 是 完全 一样 的 所以 后面 我们 就 不 多 说 了

那么 下面 咱们 就 来 讲 一讲 这 切尔诺贝利 它 为什么 要 爆炸

第二个 就是 这个 切尔诺贝利 它 为什么 会 爆炸 是 吧

这个 切尔诺贝利 核电站 爆炸 这件 事

它 实际上 并 不是 平白无故 发生 的

它 发生 在 一次 测试 之中

发生 在 一次 测试 它 要 测 什么

它 要 测 一下 这个 核反应堆 它 的 断电 保护 能力 如何

断电 保护 能力 说 怎么 个 测试法 呢

就是说 这个 核反应堆

就算 你 把 这个 控制棒 完全 插进去 了

它 的 这个 核反应 链式反应 已经 停 了

但是 它 的 生成物 像 钡 氪 这些 还 可以 衰变 是 吧

在 衰变 过程 中 还 会 继续 放热

所以 它 就 会 出现 什么 出现 余热

那么 这个 余热 你 必须 要 带走 对 吧

所以 你 这个 循环水 必须 一直 循环 着

哪怕 外界 断电 了 你 这个 循环水 也 必须 一直 循环 着

电力 的 供应 必须 要 保障 着

但是 万一 要是 电网 确实 停电 了

我 这个 水轮机 没有 办法 转 了 那 怎么办

他们 有 一个 这个 柴油 发电机

我们 用 这个 柴油 发电机 来 做 后备

万一 电网 停电 了 我 用 柴油 发电机 让 这个 水泵 转 起来

让 冷却水 继续 循环 不至于 说 使得 这个 堆芯 熔毁 对 吧

但是 柴油 发电机 有 一个 问题

它 要 想 启动 起来 需要 一分钟

那么 在 这 一分钟 之内 堆芯 就 有 可能 会 熔毁

然后 人们 就 提 了 一个 方案

他 说 这样 说 这个 就算 是 你 这个 地方 停电 了

我们 这个 反应堆 也 停止 工作 了

但是 反应堆 里 出来 的 蒸汽 还 可以 带动 巨大 的 涡轮机

那个 涡轮机 还是 可以 惯性 转 的

就 蒸汽 出来 那个 发电机 的 涡轮机 它 还 可以 继续 转

所以 我们 能 不能 凭借 那个 惯性

然后 来 带动 发电机 让 那个 发电机 的 电 来 供给 它

也 就是 它 用 它 自己 的 惯性 对 吧

所以 他们 想 了 一个 办法

就是 在 这 一分钟 的 空窗期 内

我 可不可以 利用 惯性 来 发电

惯性 发电

就是说 你 原来 的 那个 发电机 的 涡轮 还 在 转

不是 这个 水轮机 是 发电机 的 涡轮 还 在 转

利用 那个 电机 的 这个 能量 来 继续 供电

他 就 想 测试 这个 事 说 我 用 这个 惯性 发电 发 一分钟

然后 柴油 发电机 动 起来

这样 一来 你 不 就 可以 实现 这个 断电 保护 了 吗

这个 实验 一共 做 了 四次

第一次 是 1982 年 然后 是 1984 年 然后 是 1985 年

这 三次 实验 均 以 失败 告终 全都 失败 了

全都 失败 了 之后 他们 核电站 就 非常 紧张

说 我们 一定 要 把 这个 问题 解决

那 我 怎么 解决 再 做 一次 实验 吧

于是 他们 经过 调整 又 在 1986 年 的 4 月末

他们 准备 进行 第四次 实验

第四次 实验 使用 的 是 这个 4 号 机组

这 一共 有 四个 机组 当时 还有 两个 在建

他 使用 的 4 号 机组 准备 再次 进行 一次 测试

这个 测试 的 具体 过程 是 在 25 号 的 时候

他们 本来 预计 在 25 号 白天 的时候 就 进行 测试

先 把 反应堆 的 功率 降下来

然后 关闭 电机 关闭 完 了 之后 再 进行 这个 用 惰性 来 发电

然后 进行 柴油 电机

但是 在 25 号 的 时候 有 一个 小 事故

就是 基辅 基辅 是 个 大 城市 对 吧

这个 基辅 它 有 一个 小 的 发电站 它 就 坏 了 跳机 了

所以 基辅 的 用电 就 很 紧张

然后 基辅 的 人 就 跟 他 说

说 你 现在 先 不要 削减 你 的 这个 发电量

你 现在 要 一 测试 我 基辅 就 瘫痪 了 所以 你 等 一等 行不行

说 等 一等 吧 等到 什么 时候

说 等到 25 号 的 夜里 本来 是 计划 在 白天 进行 的

但是 推迟 到 25 号 晚上 才 进行

但是 白天 进行 和 晚上 进行 有点 不 一样 在 哪 呢

就是 白天 的 时候 大量 优秀 的 工程师 都 在

到 晚上 的 时候 白班 也 下 了

这个 晚班 也 下 了 只有 夜班 的 人 在 那 值班 儿

而 本来 计划 这个 夜班 的 人 只要 看着 它 就 行了

不 需要 进行 任何 操作

这些 操作 都 是 白班 和 晚班 的 人 做 的

那 晚班 人 要 下班 怎么办 他 就 非常 急于 把 这个 实验 做 了

于是 他们 比较 着急 地 进行 操作

在 26 日 0 点 05 分 的 时候

他们 这个 时候 就 把 反应堆 的 这个 温度 降 得 比较 低

把 反应堆 的 功率 降下来 了

但是 因为 可能 是 用力 过猛 或者 什么 原因

反正 总而言之 降下来 了 之后 出现 了 一点 问题

就是 出现 了 反应堆 毒化

这个 反应堆 毒化 是 怎么回事 呢

就是说 在 这个 反应 的 过程 中 它会 生成 一种 物质

这种 物质 叫 氙 氙 135 这种 物质

这种 物质 有 什么 特点 呢 它 愿意 吃 中子

它 如果 和 中子 一 合 起来 就 变成 了 氙 136 了

它 愿意 吃 中子 那么 如果 说 你 有 大量 的 中子 的话

这个 氙 135 就 不 怕 因为 我 把 你 喂饱 了

我 还 剩 了 很多 中子

但是 如果 你 的 功率 比较 低 的话

你 的 中子 没有 氙 135 产生 的 速度 快

这样 一来 氙 135 就 会 持续 的 吃 中子

这个 反应 就 会 断掉 也 就是 功率 就 会 持续 下降

结果 这 就 叫 反应堆 毒化

结果 没想到 在 这个 时候 就 出现 了 反应堆 毒化

功率 下降 得 非常 厉害 只 下降 到 正常 功率 的 5%

那么 在 这么 低 的 功率 下 没有 办法 进行 测试 了 怎么办

那么 我们 就 两种 办法

第一种 办法 是 直接 停机

我们 承认 第四次 实验 又 失败 了 对 吧

第二种 办法 就是 我们 想 办法 把 这个 功率 加上 去

把 这个 反应堆 毒化 给 去掉

结果 当时 有 两个 人 说 是 我们 应该 停机

不过 当时 有 一个 代理 总工程师 名字 叫 佳特洛夫

这个 佳 特洛夫 其实 刚刚 升 为 代理 总工程师 的

这个 他 就 说 说 我们 不能 停机

我们 采取 这么 两个 措施

第一个 措施 我们 关闭 自动 控制

然后 我们 采用 手动 控制 干什么 呢

我们 把 这个 控制棒 拔出来 我们 拔 控制棒

我们 知道 控制棒 一旦 要是 拔出来 了

那么 这个 反应速度 就 会 加快

也许 它 就 可以 把 这个 氙 的 毒化 给 去掉

但是 它 拔 的 太 狠 了

我们 要求 至少 有 28 根 控制棒 在 这里 边

结果 他 拔 得 只 剩下 18 根

这个 时候 已经 处于 非常 危险 的 状况

有 一点 风 吹 草动 那 可能 这个 反应堆 它 就 炸 了 对 吧

紧接着 我们 来 说 一下 这个 爆炸

具体 是 怎么 发生 的

爆炸 的 发生 是 在 26 号 的 01:23:04 的 时候

在 这个 时候 他们 开始 进行 测试

开始 进行 什么 测试 断电 对 吧

我们 刚才 说 过 了 那 我们 需要 断 了 电

然后 来 测试 利用 惯性 来 发电 行不行

他们 开始 进行 断电 了

断电 了 之后 咱们 看 这个 水轮机 没有 办法

把 这个 水 供 进去 了 对 吧

我们 需要 额外 的 电源 才能 把 它 水供 进去

这个 时候 这个 棒 里边 就 会 有 很多 的 气泡

因为 水温 升高 了

这个 中间 是 燃料 棒 旁边 只有 水 这 水 中间 就 有 很多 气泡

这些 气泡 它 对于 这个 中子 的 吸收能力 没有 水 强

水 也 可以 吸 这个 中子 它 这个 气泡 的 吸收能力 没有 水 强

所以 造成 了 大量 的 中子 涌入 燃料 棒

燃料 棒 又 发生 了 剧烈 的 这个 核反应

而 发生 剧烈 核反应 之后 温度 会 进一步 升高

然后 又 使得 这个 气泡 非常 非常 多

结果 它 的 功率 一下子 就 变得 非常 大

超过 了 原来 的 十倍 原来 设计 的 功率 是 一千 兆瓦

结果 一 断电 之后 功率 急剧 上升 上升 到 一万 兆瓦

超过 了 它 设计 的 十倍

本来 在 这种 情况下

自动 控制程序 应该 是 立刻 就 把 这 控制棒 放 下来 的

但是 这个 自动控制 已经 被 他们 断开 了

所以 它 就是 不停 地 响 警报

响 警报 的 时候 这个 自动控制 也 无能为力

终于 到 了 23 分 40 秒 的 时候

这个 时候 工作人员 发现 这个 形式 已经 不太 对 了

好像 控制 不住 了 于是 按下 了 这个 紧急 制动

紧急 停机 按钮 紧急 停机

紧急 停机 按钮 这个 按 下去 之后 怎么 停机

那 还是 一个 办法 把 控制棒 往 下 放

但是 这个 控制棒 往 下 放 它 需要 时间

当时 这个 控制棒 它 的 速度 是 0.4 米 每秒

说来 还 挺 快 的 但是 这个 控制棒 的 距离 大概 有 7 米 的 距离

有 这么 长 的 一个 距离

所以 它 大概 需要 20 秒 的 时间 才 能够 放 得 下去

而且 特别 奇怪 的是 什么

就是 这个 控制棒 本来 应该 是 吸收 中子 对 不 对

但是 它 这个 核反应堆 出于 某些 目的

它 在 底下 放 了 一 小块 石墨 它 放 了 一块 石墨

这个 石墨 它 是 可以 减速 中子 它 可以 促进 反应 发生

所以 你 这个 棒 往 下 放 的 时候

实际上 它 最 开始 可能 还 使得 反应 更加 剧烈 了

而且 不仅如此 这个 控制棒 往 下放 了 1/3

然后 就 怎么样 就 卡住 了

为什么 卡住 了 呢 因为 现在 的 温度 实在 是 太 高 了

温度 太 高 了 就 造成 什么 造成 这个 反应物 融化

于是 它 就 形变 了 这 控制棒 在 这 卡住 了 下不去 了

下 不去 了 那 就 没 别的 办法 了

只能 等 着 爆炸 了 对 吧

于是 在 23 分 47 秒 的 时候

23 分 47 秒 也就是说 从 开始 断电 开始 只有 40 多 秒 的 时间

就 发生 了 第一次 爆炸

紧接着 又 发生 了 第二次 和 第三次 爆炸

最后 整个 核反应堆 就 融毁 了

整个 这个 反应物 还有 一些 生成物 一些 放射性 物质

都 跑 到 大气 当中 去 了

同时 还 燃烧 起 了 这个 熊熊 的 大火

切尔诺贝利 核电站 这个 事故 发生 了 之后

当时 的 消防员 第一 时间 到 了 现场

但是 很多 消防员 得到 的 消息 是 发生 了 火灾

而 不是 发生 了 核电站 爆炸

所以 一些 消防员 没有 这个 防护 的 意识

结果 就 造成 很多 消防员 就 死掉 了

当时 死 了 20 多 个 消防员

同时 这个 事故 发生 了 之后 苏联 的 反应 也 是 比较 缓慢 的

苏联 派出 了 委员会 到 切尔诺贝利 去 调查

但是 这个 委员会 迟迟 也 给 不出 一个 明确 的 答案

所以 苏联 中央 那边 可能 也 搞不清楚 这个 事故 到底 怎么样

36 个 小时 之后 苏联 才 决定 开始 疏散 周边 的 这个 民众

但是 当时 已经 有 很多 人 受到 了 核辐射 了

后来 在 一周 以后 这个 北欧 的 国家 瑞典

他们 发现 自己 的 这个 空气 超标 了 说 怎么回事

就 一个 国家 一个 国家 的 找

最后 找到 说 源头 应该 是 在 苏联

这个 时候 苏联 人才 知道 原来 这次 事故 爆发 了 这么 大 的 危机

那么 后来 这个 事故 之后

这个 切尔诺贝利 是不是 就 关闭 了 没有

因为 能源 短缺 所以 4 号 机组 炸 了

5 6 号 机组 在 建设中 停工

但是 1 2 3 号 机组 还 一直 在 工作

一直 工作 到 2000 年 这个 1 2 3 号 机组 才 真正 的 停工

还有 就是 我们 怎么 去 处理 这些 核废料 之类 的

开始 人们 就 想 说 我 做 一个 简易 的 石棺 把 它 包 起来

但是 这个 石棺 的 寿命 只有 30 年

后来 一直 到 了 1997 年 的 时候

国际 社会 一起 成立 了 一个 组织 专门 处理 这件 事

建设 了 一个 巨大 无比 的 一个 拱形 的 这个 永久 的 棺

要 把 它 给 关 起来 对 吧

这个 工程 直到 2016 年 的 时候 才 完成

切尔诺贝利 核电站 事故 之后 就 很多 人 谈 核 变色

但是 核电 确实 是 我们 生活 必不可少 的 一种 能源

如果 没有 核电 作为 辅助 的话

那么 我们 的 空气污染 水平 可能 会 比 现在 高 很多
