in ogni episodio del ripeti con me oggi ti insegnerò alcune parole ed espressioni utili

su un argomento di vita quotidiana in Italia. Dato che questo è un episodio del ripeti con me,

devi appunto ripetere con me ogni volta che senti questo suono. In questo modo non solo potrai

migliorare la tua pronuncia ma sarà anche più semplice memorizzare le espressioni di oggi. Prima

di parlare di cucina e insegnarti delle parole ed espressioni utili riguardo ai diversi metodi

di cottura, quindi i modi in cui possiamo preparare e cucinare il cibo. Iniziamo!

Prima di tutto voglio insegnarti la differenza tra cuocere e cucinare. Sostanzialmente sono

sinonimi però cucinare si usa in generale per parlare della preparazione del cibo,

quindi non soltanto cucinare sul fuoco ma anche tagliare, sbucciare, condire, eccetera. Invece

cuocere si riferisce principalmente alla cottura sul fuoco o in forno del cibo. Vediamo alcuni

esempi. Mi piace cucinare. Mi piace cucinare.

Nota che in questo caso uso la forma riflessiva. Il pollo si sta cuocendo in forno.

Molto spesso possiamo usare anche il verbo preparare, per esempio mia madre ama preparare

i dolci. Mia madre ama preparare i dolci.

Ora vediamo i metodi di cottura. Iniziamo dal più comune, cucinare in padella. La padella

è quella pentola larga e piatta. Per esempio puoi cucinare in padella delle fette di carne.

Allo stesso modo possiamo cucinare qualcosa al forno. Nota le diverse preposizioni,

Prima di andare avanti voglio insegnarti un'altra parola super interessante per quanto riguarda la

cottura al forno. Io amo la pasta al forno che sarebbe semplicemente pasta al sugo cotta in

forno. Quindi tu prepari il sugo e la pasta, unisci tutto e poi metti in forno con mozzarella,

prosciutto e tutto quello che vuoi. È un pranzo tipico della domenica in Italia. La cosa bella

della pasta al forno però è che diventa croccante sopra perché gratiniamo la pasta. In italiano

gratinare significa mettere qualcosa nel forno e attivare la funzione grill che permette al

cibo di diventare croccante soltanto sulla superficie. Adoro, mi piace troppo! Ora andiamo

avanti. Benissimo, però la carne per esempio, ma anche le verdure, oltre che al forno possiamo

anche cucinarle alla griglia o anche sulla griglia, cioè quella grata di metallo messa

sul fuoco, un barbecue praticamente. E comunque in italiano usiamo anche la parola barbecue.

Quindi possiamo dire mio padre sta preparando le verdure alla griglia.

Se vogliamo invece preparare qualcosa di molto salutare, cioè che fa bene alla salute,

possiamo cucinare le verdure al vapore. Il vapore sarebbe lo stato aeriforme dell'acqua,

vapore è quando riscaldiamo l'acqua e poi mettiamo la carne o le verdure sopra l'acqua

in un contenitore con i buchi, così cuciniamo lentamente al vapore. Per esempio, ripeti con me,

Un altro modo salutare per cucinare, per esempio, le verdure è bollite. Quindi prendiamo l'acqua,

la mettiamo in una pentola e la facciamo bollire, cioè quando fa plo plo plo plo,

simile chiamato cotoletta, popolare in tutta Italia ma originario del nord Milano con precisione.

La cotoletta sarebbe una fetta di carne di vitello impanata e fritta. Quindi prendiamo la carne,

la mettiamo nel pangrattato, cioè pane raffermo, duro, tritato, fine fine fine, poi nell'uovo e

poi di nuovo nel pangrattato. Ecco che abbiamo impanato la cotoletta. Vedi impanare perché

mettiamo qualcosa nel pane. Possiamo impanare anche con la farina eventualmente. Dopo mettiamo la carne

impanata nell'olio molto caldo e quindi friggiamo la cotoletta. Il verbo friggere ha un participio

passato irregolare che è fritto. Ecco perché per esempio diciamo patatine fritte. Ripeti con me!
