גם עברית וגם אנגלית משתמשות במילה
both Hebrew and English use the word
"עין" בביטויים רבים
"eye" in many expressions,
למשל, "שים עליו עין" - keep an eye on him
for example, שים עליו עין - keep an eye on him
באנגלית יש לנו more than meets the eye
In English we have "more than meets the eye"
ובעברית יש לנו
and in Hebrew we have
"בעתיד הנראה לעין", כמו
"in the visible future", as
"אין שום דבר מעניין בעתיד הנראה לעין"
"there is nothing interesting in the future seen by the eye" (in the foreseeable future)
או "באופק"
or" on the horizon "
אבל יכול להיות שבעברית משתמשים בזה קצת יותר
But it might be that Hebrew uses it ("eye") a bit more
