خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (ص) فِي غَزْوَةٍ!
went out|the Messenger|of Allah|Peace be upon him||a battle
هَلْ تَعْرِفُونَ مَا هِيَ الْغَزْوَةُ؟
question particle|you know|what|it|the battle
Do you know what an invasion is?
لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ كَانُوا يَخْرُجُونَ لِلْجِهَادِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ, وَكَانُوا يُقَاتِلُونَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَالْكُفَّارَ لِوَجْهِ اللهِ تَعَالَى, وَلَعَلَّكمُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ فَضِيلَةَ الْجِهَادِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ, وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ (ص) يَخْرُجُ أَحْيَانًا مَعَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَأَحْيَانًا يَمْكُثُ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ لِشُغْلٍ أَوْ مَصْلَحَةٍ وَيَبْعَثُ جُنْدًا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ.

perhaps you|you know|that|the Muslims|were|used to go out|for jihad||the cause of||they|fighting|polytheists|the disbelievers|the face of|the Most High|the Exalted|and perhaps you|you know|virtue of|struggle||the cause of||and|the Prophet||would go out|sometimes|the Muslims|the Muslims|sometimes|stay||the city|some work|or|interest|sends|a group|of the|the Muslims
Perhaps you know that Muslims used to go out for jihad in the way of Allah, and they would fight against polytheists and disbelievers for the sake of Allah, and perhaps you know the virtue of jihad in the way of Allah, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) would sometimes go out with the Muslims and sometimes stay in the city for work or a necessity and send a troop of Muslims.
فَالْغَزْوَةُ مَا خَرَجَ فِيهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ (ص) فِي جُنْدٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ لِلْجِهَادِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ.

The expedition is when the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) went out with a group of Muslims for jihad in the way of Allah.
نَعَمْ فَخَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (ص) فِي غَزْوَةٍ وَرَجَعَ عَنْهَا فِي الظَّهِيرَةِ (وَقْتُ الظُّهْرِ), وَكَانَتْ أَيَّامُ الصَّيْفِ فَأَرَادَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (ص) أَنْ يَسْتَرِيحَ.
|so he went out|||||expedition|and returned|||the afternoon|time of|noon|it was|days of|summer|the Messenger of God|the Messenger|||to|rest
Yes, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) went out for an expedition and returned from it at Dhuhr time (the time of noon), and it was during the summer days, so the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) wanted to take a rest.
وَلَيْسَ فِي البَرِّيَّةِ (الأَرْضِ) مَكَانٌ يَسْتَرِيحُ فِيهِ الْإِنْسَانُ إِلَّا الشَّجَرُ.
there is not||the wilderness|the land||to rest|in it|human|except|the tree
And there is no place in the wilderness (the land) where a person can rest except for the tree.
وَلَيسَ فِي البَرِّيَّةِ فِي بِلَادِ الْعَرَبِ شَجَرٌ كَثِيرٌ وَلَيْسَ فِيهَا إِلَّا السَّمَرُ.

And there is not much tree in the wilderness in the lands of the Arabs, and there is only the Samr.
فَنَزَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (ص) تَحْتَ سَمُرَةٍ (ضَرْبٌ مِنْ شَجَر الطَّلْحِ) وَعَلَّقَ بِها سَيْفَهُ وَتَفَرَّقَ النَّاسُ وَنَامُوا وَنَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (ص) تَحْتَ السَّمُرَةِ.

then he descended||||under|a tree|type||tree|the talh tree|hung|it|his sword|the people dispersed|the people|and they slept|slept||||under|the tree
So the Messenger of God (peace be upon him) descended under a Samrah (a type of Acacia tree) and hung his sword on it, and the people scattered and slept, and the Messenger of God (peace be upon him) slept under the Samrah.
وَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَسَيْفُ رَسُولِ اللهِ (ص) مُعَلَّقٌ بِالسَّمُرَةِ وَهُوَ فِي غَمْدِهِ.

And came|a man||the polytheists|and the sword|the Messenger|||hanging|the tree|it||its sheath
A man from the polytheists came and the sword of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) was hanging on the Samura tree while he was in its sheath.
فَأَخَذَ الْمُشْرِقُ السَّيْفَ وَسَلَّهُ مِنْ غَمْدِهِ وَاسْتَيْقَظَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (ص).

The polytheist took the sword, drew it from its sheath, and the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) woke up.
فَقَالَ الْمُشْرِكُ ... وَالسَّيْفُ مَسْلُولٌ فِي يَدِهِ... لِرَسُولِ اللهِ (ص): تَخَافُنِي؟
then said||and the sword|drawn|||for the Messenger|||do you fear me
The polytheist said ... and the sword was drawn in his hand ... to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH): Do you fear me?
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (ص): لَا!
said||||no
قَالَ الْمُشْرِكُ: مَنْ يَمْنَعُكَ مِنِّي؟
||who|will protect you|
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (ص): اللهُ!
||||Allah
فَسَقَطَ السَّيْفُ مِنْ يَد الْمُشْرِكِ, فَأَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (ص) السَّيْفَ, فَقَال رَسُولُ اللهِ (ص) لِلْمُشْرِكِ: مَنْ يَمْنَعُكَ مِنِّي؟

The sword fell from the hand of the polytheist, and the Messenger of God (peace be upon him) took the sword and said to the polytheist: Who will protect you from me?
فَقَالَ الْمُشْرِكُ: كُنْ خَيْرَ آخِذٍ!

The polytheist said: Be the best of takers!
فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (ص): أَ تَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ؟

The Messenger of God (peace be upon him) said: Do you bear witness that there is no god but Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah?
قَالَ الْمُشْرِكُ: لَا!
وَلَكِنِّي أُعَاهِدُكَ عَلَى أَنْ لَا أُقَاتِلَكَ وَلَا أَكُونَ مَعَ قَوْمٍ يُقَاتِلُونَكَ!
|Je te promets|||||||||
but I|I promise you|to|||I fight you|and not|I be||a people|they fight you
But I pledge to you that I will not fight you and will not be with a people who fight you!
فَخَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ (ص) سَبِيلَهُ (تَرَكَهُ).

So the Messenger of God (peace be upon him) let him go (left him).
فَأَتَى الْمُشْرِكُ أَصْحَابَهُ فَقَالَ: جِئْتُكُمْ مِنْ عِنْدِ خَيْرِ النَّاسِ.
then came||||||from|the best|people
Then the polytheist came to his companions and said: I have come to you from the best of people.
