某君 昆仲 ， 今隐 其名 ， 皆 余 昔日 在 中学 时 良友 ； 分隔 多年 ， 消息 渐 阙 。 A certain Jun Kunzhong, whose name is now hidden, is no more than a good friend in middle school; after many years of separation, news gradually disappears. 日前 偶闻 其一 大病 ； 适归 故乡 ， 迂道 往访 ， 则 仅晤 一人 ， 言 病者 其弟 也 。 A few days ago, I occasionally heard of a serious illness; suitable for returning to his hometown, visiting in a detour, I only met one person, saying that the sick person is also his brother. 劳君 远道 来视 ， 然已 早愈 ， 赴 某地 候补 矣 。 Lao Jun came to see him from afar, but he had already recovered early, and he went to a certain place as an alternate. 因 大笑 ， 出示 日记 二册 ， 谓 可见 当日 病状 ， 不妨 献 诸 旧友 。 Because of the laughter, he showed two volumes of the diary, saying that the symptoms of the day can be seen, so I might as well offer it to my old friends. 持归阅 一过 ， 知所 患盖 “ 迫害 狂 ” 之类 。 After holding back and reading, knowing what you are suffering covers "persecution frenzy" and the like. 语 颇 错杂 无 伦次 ， 又 多 荒唐 之 言 ； 亦 不 著 月 日 ， 惟 墨色 字体 不 一 ， 知非 一时 所书 。 The language is quite incoherent, and there are many absurd words; it does not touch the moon and the day, but the ink color and the font are different, which is not written in a moment. 间 亦 有 略具 联络 者 ， 今 撮 录 一篇 ， 以供 医家 研究 。 There are also some liaisons, and I have summarized an article for medical research. 记中 语误 ， 一字不易 ； 惟人名 虽皆村 人 ， 不 为 世间 所知 ， 无关大体 ， 然亦悉 易 去 。 It is not easy to remember a word in the wrong language; but although the names are all villagers, they are not known in the world, and have nothing to do with the generality, they are also easy to go. 至于 书名 ， 则 本人 愈后 所题 ， 不复 改 也 。 As for the title of the book, I will not change the title after I have completed it. 七年 四月 二日 识 。 Recognition on April 2nd, Seven Years.
