我 是 一个 商业 顾问 ，

也 是 一个 企业 讲师 。

我 平常 的 工作 ，其实 是 在 一些 大 的 公司 里头 ，

去 帮 他们 订 一 订 企业 的 规则 ，

还有 去 培训 他们 的 主管 。

我 閒暇 之 馀 ， 其实 写过 四 本书 ；

其中 两本 呢 ，谈 的 是 我们 个人 的 职场 策略 ，

另外 两本 谈 的 是 我们 个人 的 恋爱 策略 。

很 有 意思 喔 ？

职场 跟 恋爱 ，感觉 两者 好像 根本 没有 关 係 。

可是 ，我 想 跟 大家 分享 一个 概念 。

我 自己 一直 相信 ，从 我们 离开 学校 进入 社会 之后 ，

我们 后续 所有 成功 的 人际 连结 ，

其实 都 仰赖 一件 事情 ，

就是 我们 个人 的 品牌 。

如果 我们 能够 建立 一个 强而有力 的 个人 品牌 ，

能够 把 认同 这个 品牌 的人 吸引 到 我们 身边 ，

我们 就 有 可能 跟 别人 建立 一个 强大 的 人际 连结 。

可是 大部分 的 时候 ，我们 其实 在 人际 互动 上面 ，

我们 太 仰赖 我们 个人 的 直觉 ，

以至于 我们 做 了 很多 直觉 的 事情 。

这些 直觉 的 事情 ，

可能 一方面 伤害 了 我们 的 个人 品牌 ，

另外 一方面 ，

又 可能 把 我们 想要 产生 连结 的 人 从 我们 身边 推开 。

爱情 中 的 「追求 」，

其实 ，我 一直 觉得 就 有 这样 的 一个 味道 。

所以 我 今天 想 跟 大家 来 谈谈 ，

「追求 」这件 事情 到底 有 什么 问题 ？

我们 又 有 什么 方式 来 超越 「追求 」？

我 先 来 跟 大家 分享 一下 ，

我 个人 对于 「追求 」这件 事情 的 定义 是 什么 ？

「追求 」，基本上 从 我 的 定义 ，要 有 两个 特质 ；

第一个 ：我 喜欢 一个 人 ，可是 对方 对 我 毫无 兴趣 ；

第二个 ：因为 她 毫无 兴趣 ，所以 我 努力 做 很多 事情 ，

试着 想要 引起 她 的 注意力 。

换言之 ，如果 我 去 接近 她 ，对方 对 我 已经 很 感兴趣 ，

也 就 没有 后续 追求 的 过程 。

可是 ，「 追求 」 这 两个 中 文字 ，

其实 害惨 了 我们 很多 人 。

怎么 说 呢 ？

我们 先 从 「求 」这个 字 来看 ，

「 求 」 在 中文 里头 是 什么 意思 ？

我们 可能 要 把 自己的 地位 放低 ，

我们 想要 拜托 ，我们 想要 诚心 请求 别人 。

可是 呢 ，

你 想想看 ，在 商业 上面 ，

大家 可能 知道 苹果 ，可能 知道 小米 。

苹果 跟 小米 有 去 求 任何 消费者 去 购买 它们 的 商品 吗 ？

没有 。

你 想 买 到 苹果 最新 的 商品 ，你 该 做 什么 事情 ？

你 可能 必须 在 商店 开门 之前 ，早早 就 去 排队 ；

你 想 买 到 小米 的 最新 品 ，又 要 做 什么 事情 ？

你 可能 必须 在 它 上架 之前 ， 不断 不断 在 网站 上 按 重新整理 。

这 是 什么 ？

饥饿 行销 。

饥饿 行销 背后 传递 的 概念 是 什么 ？

如果 这个 东西 真的 这 麽 好 ，

它 不会 平白无故 可以 得到 。

所以 当 有 一个 人 ，在 我们的 面前 恳求 我们 ，

希望 我们 给 他 一个 机会 ，让 他 好好 地 表现 ，

到时候 ，我们 会 爱上 他 。

我们 的 心里 其实 会 产生 一个 想法 ：

「这个 人 其实 是 不 值得 的 」。

换言之 ，当 我们 越 把 身段 放低 ，

越是 拜托 别人 给 我们 一个 机会 ，

当事人 心里 会 想 ：

「如果 你 真的 这 麽 好 ， 为 什么 你 需要 苦苦 哀求 ？

如果 你 真的 这麽 好 ，为 什么 你 到 现在 会 没有 男朋友 ，

或 没有 女朋友 ？ 」换句话说 ，当 我们 试着 把 自己的 姿态 放低 ， 我们 就 像 百货公司 花车 上面 的 商品 ，

对方 会 觉得 怀疑 ，怀疑 我们 的 价值 。

这个 怀疑 就 没有 办法 产生 尊重 ，

没有 办法 产生 尊重 ，爱情 就 很 难 从中 自然 地 产生 。

换句话说 ，当 我们 越是 求 ，

越是 拜托 ，越是 恳求 对方 给 我们 一个 机会 ，

我们 反而 把 爱情 推 得 离 我们 越远 。

刚刚 提到 ，我 是 一个 管理 顾问 。

所以 ，我 很 习惯 把 各式各样 不同 的 决策

画成 类似 这样 的 分歧 图 ；

所以 我们 可以 看到 被 拒绝 ，我们 去 求

其实 很 难 给 我们 一个 好 的 结果 ，

只会 让 对方 怀疑 我们 这个 人 的 商品 价值 。

再 来 ，

「 追 」 又 是 怎么 一 回事 呢 ？

我们 喜欢 一个 人 ，

我们 会 觉得 对方 高高在上 ，像 女神 ，像 仙女 一样 。

我们 试着 在 下面

做 任何 的 事情 想要 引起 她 的 注意力 ，

想要 挥手 ， 想要 让 她 看到 我们 。

有 可能 她 完全 没 看到 我们 ，

也 有 可能 她 看到 了 ，可是 她 不 感兴趣 。

我们 大部分 人 的 直觉 是 什么 ？

她 看不到 我们 ， 我们 就要 想 办法 努力 让 她 看到 ，

我们 要 把 自己 垫高 。

可是 怎么 做 ？

所以 有些 人 可能 送 礼物 ，

有些 人 可能 请 对方 吃 大餐 ，

管 接管 送 。

或者 是 希望 做 一些 事情 ，

能够 儘量 低声 下气 地 去 帮忙 她 。

可是 我 得 说 ，

做 这些 事情 会 产生 一个 问题 ，

这些 事情 全部 都是 所谓 的 外部 诱因 。

确实 有 可能 对方 会 看到 这些 事情 ，

可 是 从 图 上 你 可以 看到 ，

我们 自己 还是 没有 在 这个 过程 中 被 垫高 。

对方 看到 了 这些 外部 诱因 ，

终究 没有 看到 我们 。

而且 ，当 我们 采取 这个 策略 的 时候 ，

我们 会 引起 三个 我们 不 希望 发生 ，

可是 几乎 必然 会 发生 的 死胡同 。

哪 三个 呢 ？ 我 跟 大家 来 分享 一下 。

第一个 ，对方 可能 会 开始 躲 我们 躲 得 更 远 。

疑 ，这 是 什么 意思 ？ 为 什么 ？

我 举 个 例子 。

前 几天 ，我 去 了 一个 高档 百货公司 下面 的 超市 ，

我 去 那边 逛街 。

我 发现 那里 刚好 有 一个 展示区 ，

有人 在 推广 葡萄酒 。

所以 我 就 过去 ，他 在 请 大家 试喝 。

我 就 喝 了 一杯 ，

然后 就 跟 那个 展示 的 先生 聊 了 一下 ，

然后 ，我们 聊得 很 愉快 。

我 就 想 可以 买 一支 ，满 好喝 的 。

我 就 问 他 ：「这支 酒 多少钱 」？

他 说 ： 「哦 ，这 只 酒 不 贵 ，3200 块 一 瓶 」。

价钱 还 不是 最 主要 的 问题 ，

我 当天 身上 还 真的 没带 那 麽 多钱 ，

也 没有 带 信用卡 ，

所以 我 就 有点 尴尬 。

他 看 我 不 说话 ，他 就 想 说 ：

「 哎 ， 这位 先生 是不是 觉得 这支 酒 太 便宜 了 」。

所以 他 说 ：「 我 其实 还有 一支 一万块 钱 的 ，

我 开 开来 请 你 喝 ，要 不要 ？ 」 我 赶紧 说 ：「 不要 ， 不要 ， 不要 」。 慌忙 跟 他 摇手 ，跟 他 说 ：

「对不起 ，我 还有 事 阿 ，我 忽然 想到 还有 事 。」

我 就 溜走 了 。

为 什么 我 溜走 ？

很 简单 嘛 ，我 觉得 拿 人手 短 。

他 请 我 喝 了 这样 一个 东西 ，他 陪 我 聊天 ，

他 花 了 那麽 多 时间 招待 我 ，我 没 办法 回馈 他 。

他 还 想要 用 更好 的 东西 给 我 ，

我 更 没有 办法 回馈 ，因为 我 没有 钱 嘛 ，没有 带 钱 出来 。

所以 ，我 慌忙 地 逃走 。

可是 这 在 感情 上 ，是 同样 的 概念 。

我们 很多 时候 会 觉得 ， 我 请 对方 吃 牛肉 麵 ， 她 不爱 我 。

是不是 因为 我 请 她 的 东西 太 便宜 了 。

那 我 请 她 吃 茹丝葵 ，

她 就 应该 爱 我 了 吧 。

可 实际上 ，当然 不是 那 麽 一 回事 。

对方 一样 会 觉得 ，你 做 这样 的 事情 ，

我 无法 偿还 ，我 无以 为报 。

所以 他们 会 更 努力 地 躲避 我 。

所以 这 是 第一个 ，

可能 会 产生 我们 不 希望 达成 的 一个 死路 ，

可是 它 几乎 会 发生 。

再 来 ，下 一个 更 惨 的 ，

有 可能 会 变成 所谓 的 工具 人 。

对 不 对 ？

为 什么 会 变成 工具 人 ？

我 一样 用 试吃 的 例子 ，大家 就 可以 懂 了 。

我 觉得 不好意思 ，所以 不 吃 了 ，我 赶快 走 。

可是 你们 在 超级市场 一定 看过 很多 婆婆妈妈 ，

哇 ，有 吃 的 有 喝 的 ，赶快 一拥而上 ，

什么 东西 全部 都 吃 光光 。

会 不会 买 ？ 当然 不会 。

因为 既然 有 那些 东西 让 你 白吃白喝 ，

就 会 有人 觉得 我 是 可以 去 白吃白喝 的 。

所以 这 是 另外 一个 可能 会 不利 的 状况 。

第三 个 状况 有点 吊 诡 ，

叫做 不确定性 的 交往 。

什么 意思 ？

我 一样 用 超级市场 的 试吃 跟 大家 举例 ，

有时候 我们 去 超级市场 ，

吃 了 个 东西 ，你 会 觉得 东西 还 不错 ，

还 满 好吃 的 ，所以 你 会 带 一些 回去 ，对 不 对 ？

有时候 吃 了 你 觉得 ：

哎呀 ，对方 那麽 好意 ，一直 叫 我 吃 ，

不太好 意思 ，东西 也 不 贵 ，我 也 买 一点 回去 。

在 商业 上面 ，你 如果 是 这个 食品 的 老闆 ，

你 可能 不会 在意 客人 到底 是 因为 东西 好吃 买 回去 ，

或是 因为 不好意思 而 买 回去 。

可是 在 恋情 上面 ，在 人际 关 係 的 建立 上 ，

我们 会 希望 这个 人际 关 係 是 长久 ，是 稳定 的 ，

是 希望 对方 真心诚意 地 喜欢 我 这个 人 。

而 不是 因为 不好意思 ，而 不是 因为 任何 其他 感动

这些 元素 而 勉强 跟 我们 在 一起 。

因为 感情 在 这 段 时间 ，

关 係 可 能 会 延 续 很 长 的 期 间 ，

之后 ，我 可能 从 学校 毕业 了 ，

我 可能 换 工作 ，我 可能 有 不同 的 人生 方向 ，

如果 那个 人 不是 真心诚意 地 认同 我 这个 人 ，

认同 我 这个 人 的 本质 价值 ，

这个 关 係 有 可能 在 那个 状况 下 就 会 中断 。

换句话说 ，我 前面 努力 了 很 长时间 ，

可 最终 是 白费 的 。

这 是 另外 一个 我们 可能 会 碰到 的 状况 。

所以 ，我 今天 其实 想 跟 大家 分享 一个

我 觉得 很 重要 ，也 很 有意思 的 概念 。

就是 呢 ，如果 我们 想要

发展 一个 持续 长期 的 人际 关 係 ，

我们 其实 应该 慢慢 从 追求 这个 策略

转移 到 不 追不求 这个 策略 。

这 是 什么 意思 呢 ？

我们 过往 在 学校 ，

追求 其实 还是 一个 满 有意思 的 人生 体验 。

可是 一旦 我们 进入 了 社会 之后 ，

我们 要 怎么样 再 跟 新 的 人 ，

学校 以外 的 人 建立 一个 强而有力 的 人际 关 係 ，

完全 仰赖 的 就是 我们 有没有 一个 好 的 个人 品牌 。

有没有 办法 让 别人 认同 我 的 个人 品牌 ，

而且 愿意 主动 地 靠近 过来 。

换句话说 ，追求 是 一个 推 的 策略 。

我 把 东西 ，我 把 自己 一个 还 没有 完成 的 未 完成 品 ，

想 办法 推 到 别人 眼前 。

让 别人 看到 ，试着 让 别人 接受 我 ，

可是 「不 追 不 求 」主要 的 概念 ，

个人 品牌 主要 的 概念 ，是 什么 ？

是 一个 以 行销 为 主 的 策略 ，

我 把 自己 建成 一个 强大 的 品牌 ，

我 希望 别人 看到 ，

就 像 我 把 自己 变成 一个 吸铁 一样 ，

别人 自主 地 跟 我 产生 连结 ，

而且 希望 能够 待 在 我 身边 不 走 。

可是 这 是 一个 长期 的 努力 。

所以 今天 我 要 跟 大家 分享 三个 策略 ，

而且 我 非常 建议 大家 ，

从 今天 起 ，可以 尝试 去 做 的 三个 策略 。

这 不 单单 对 我们 的 恋爱 会 有 帮助 ，

对于 我们 离开 学校 之后 ，

职场 的 人际 发展 也 会 有 很强 的 帮助 。

怎么 建构 个人 品牌 呢 ？

长 、中 、短 三个 策略 。

第一个 ，我们 先 谈 长 ：

价值 。

价值 有点 抽象 ，对 不 对 ？

你 试着 想想 ，所有 市面上 的 品牌 ，

他们 都 会 有 各自 的 一个 价值 主张 。

你 想想看 ，苹果 。

一 讲到 苹果 ，你 会 想到 什么 东西 ？

可能 是 情绪 、完美 、软硬 体 整合 ，

非常 棒 的 、高 工艺 的 3C 产品 。

你 想到 Google ，你 想到 什么 ？

自由 、开放 、不 作恶 的 企业 逻辑 。

换句话说 ，我们 会 使用 什么 品牌 ，

我们 会 买 什么 商品 ，

通常 背后 其实 是 取决于 我们 是 怎么样 的 人 。

我们 有着 怎么样 的 价值观 。

那个 产品 有没有 跟 我 个人 符合 的 价值观 。

有 ，我 会 爱上 这个 产品 。

人 跟 人 其实 是 同样 的 概念 ，

大家 常常 说 什么 ，物以类聚 ，

有没有 听过 这句 话 ？

我们 在 学校 会 喜欢 跟 我们 相同 的 人 。

我们 出 了 社会 ，一样 会 喜欢 跟 我们 相同 的 人 。

喜好 相同 、目标 相同 、

信念 相同 、价值观 相同 。

可是 重点 在于 ，到底 我们 自己 的 品牌价值 是 什么 ？

这 是 一个 很 困难 的 问题 。

我 会 建议 大家 回去 之后 ，

你 可以 想 一件 事情 ，

如果 我 身边 的 朋友 ，

他 要 把 我 介绍 给 另外 一个 新 朋友 ，

他 会 用 一句 话 怎么样 来 介绍 我 ？

你 能 不能 想到 ，

我 的 朋友 会 用 怎么 样 的 一句 话 来 介绍 我 ？

那个 是 我 目前 传递 出去 的 品牌 价值 、品牌 主张 。

有没有 是 一些 很 好 的 事情 ，

还是 只能 介绍 说 ，「那个 某某某 ，他 就是 个 好人 」。

好人 不是 一个 强而有力 的 品牌价值 。

你 想想看 ，你 去 手机店 ，

每支 手机 都 可以 打电话 ，那 是 基本 需求 。

可是 有些 电话 必须 搭配 0 元 方案 才能 卖得 出去 。

有些 手机 2 万 ， 3 万 ，大家 抢 着 要 。

你 是 哪 一种 ？

你 有 没 有 创造 出 强而有力 的 品牌 价值 。

这 是 一个 持续 的 努力 。

从 今天 起 ，或许 需要 花 5 年 ，需要 花 10 年 ，需要 花 20 年 ，

可是 今天 就 得 开始 去 思索 。

今天 就 得 开始 去 做 ，

把 这样 的 一个 品牌 价值 落实 出来 ，

让 大家 都 能够 看到 ，都 能够 瞭解 ，

我们 就 能够 吸引 所有 认同 我 现在 价值 品牌 的 人 。

他们 会 主动 来 找 我 ，

而 这个 连结 ，不管 它 将来 是 一个 友情 ，

是 一个 爱情 ，是 一个 职场 的 合作 ，

都 会 是 强而有力 的 。

因为 我们 有 一个 相同 的 世界观 ，

有 相同 的 目标 ，

有 相同 的 信念 ，

这 很 重要 。

我们 不要 只是 简单 地 过 每 一天 。

要 想想看 ，怎么 把 自己 经营 成 一个 精品 。

再 来 ，中期 目标 是 什么 ？

是 传递 。

你 有些 个人 的 喜好 ，

你 有些 个人 的 信念 ，

你 有些 个人 的 想法 ，

或许 现在 还 不 成熟 。

我们 还 没有 办法 影响 大家 ，

还 没有 办法 让 大家 主动 靠 过来 。

可是 至少 你 要 发声 ，让 你 周围 的 人 知道 ，

你 有 这样 的 一个 梦想 ，你 有 这样 的 一个 信念 ，

你 有 这样 一个 想 做 的 事情 。

简单 地 讲 ，假设 你 很 喜欢 电影 ，

其他 喜欢 电影 的 人 知不知道 ，

他 能 不能 找到 你 ，

他 能 不能 理解 这件 事情 。

你 周围 的 朋友 知不知道 。

很多 人 喜欢 某件事 情 ，擅长 某件事 情 ，

可 把 它 悄悄地 藏 在 心中 。

想 说 ，我 个人 知道 就 好 。

可是 ，其实 我们 应该 大声 地 说出 去 。

我 跟 大家 分享 一个 我 个人 的 经验 。

我 从 07 年 开始 写 一个 部落格 ，

基本上 儘量 一个 礼拜 写 一篇 文章 ，

谈 的 都 是 一些 管理 的 理念 、概念 的 东西 ，

写 到 现在 写 了 8 年 。

吸引 了 非常 多 的 人 来看 。

可是 重点 是 什么 ？

这些 吸引 来 的 陌生人 ，

很多 人 他们 会 跟 我们 联络 ，

一部分 成了 我 的 客户 ，

一部分 成了 我 的 朋友 ，

一部分 成了 我 的 学生 。

我们 开始 因为 这样 的 一个 信念 ，

因为 这样 的 一个 价值观 ，

因为 这样 一个 传递 出去 的 连结 ，

大家 被 连 在 一块 。

他们 大家 也 都 认同 这些 价值观 。

所有 这 整个 连结 ，

这 整个 人际 的 牵绊 会 很 紧密 。

我 不用 去 求 他们 ，不用 去 追 他们 ，

不用 去 拜托 他们 。

大家 自然 会 因为 这样 的 一个 理念 而 聚集 在 一起 。

这 是 一个 我 鼓励 大家 应该 要 尝试 去 做 的 事情 。

短期 呢 ？

我们 建构 这个 品牌 价值 是 长期 的 努力 。

短期 的 重点 则 在于 怎么 创造 连结 。

创造 连结 ，我 有 一个 很 深痛 的 比喻 ，

我 觉得 ，人际 的 连结 就 想 钓鱼 一样 。

这 什么 意思 ？ 很多 人 听不懂 。

我 给 大家 一个 我 第一次 钓鱼 的 经验 。

我 很多年 前 ，曾经 跟 一个 朋友 ，

他 带 我 去 河边 ，他 说 ：

「国洋 ，我 教 你 怎么 钓鱼 。」

于是 ，我们 去 了 那个 河边 ，

他 帮 我 把 鱼饵 放 上去 ，

然后 丢 到 水 里头 。

然后 呢 ，我 就 在 那边 等 。

人家 说 ，新手 都 有 好运 ，对 不 对 ？

真的 发生 了 。

一段时间 之后 ，我 就 觉得 那个 鱼竿 开始 有个 拉力 。

我 就 开始 找 我 朋友 ，想 说 叫 他 来 帮忙 ，

结果 他 不 知道 去 了 哪里 。

可能 是 去 上 厕所 或者 是 幹嘛 。

我 就 觉得 那个 拉力 一直 努力 地 扯 我 的 鱼竿 ，

我 不 知道 该 怎么 办 。

我 就 跟 那个 力量 对抗 ，

然后 发现 那个 力量 很 强大 。

我 就 开始 努力 地 收线 ，

收 ，收 ，收 ，

「啪 」的 一声 ！ 我 跌 到 了 地上 。

发生 什么 事情 ？ 鱼线 断 了 ，鱼 跑 了 。

一会儿 之后 ，我 朋友 回来 。

我 跟 他 讲 起 这件 事情 ，

他 跟 我 说 ：「国洋 ，你 这样子 不对 」。

我 就 说 ：「不 对 吗 ？

我 就 努力 跟 鱼 对抗 啊 ， 搏鬥 得 好 幸苦 」。

他 说 「不是 这样子 ，

当 你 感受 到 这个 鱼竿 有 一个 很大 抗拒力 的 时候 ，

你 不 应该 花 力气 去 跟 他 对抗 。

你 这个 时候 应该 去 做 什么 ？

你 应该 要 放线 。」

我 说 ：「要 放线 ？

放线 ，鱼 不 就 跑掉 了 ？ 」他 说 ：「对 ，你 让 鱼 跑掉 ， 可是 你 跟 鱼 之间 的 那条 鱼线 的 连结 是 没有 断 的 。」

意思 就是说 ，鱼 在 河里 头 ，牠 可能 继续 去 遊 ，牠 会 累 ，

牠 可能 会 过 一段时间 后 ，往 我 这个 方向 移动 。

这个 时候 ，我 可以 重新 慢慢 地 收线 。

在 恋爱 之中 ，是 同样 的 概念 。

我 可能 会 喜欢 某个 人 ，

可能 对 某个 人 感兴趣 ，

她 目前 对 我 是 没有 感觉 的 。

因为 有 可能 ，我 真的 没 办法 追得上 她 。

我 试着 跟 她 产生 一些 连结 。

发现 两人 根本 没有 话题 ，没有 一些 共通性 。

大部分 的 人 会 想 说 ：哎呀 ，这样 危险 了 。

我要 去 求 ，我要 去 追 ，

我要 去 做 很多 事情 感动 对方 。

可是 刚刚 给 大家 看到 的 几条 路 ，

有 四条 不同 的 分歧 ，

都 可能 在 这个 过程 中 发生 。

万一 对方 抗拒 ，甚至 生气 ，

甚至 再也 不理 我们 。

这 条 鱼线 就 断掉 了 。

可是 ，假设 我 现在 还 没有 準备 好 ，

我 可以 从今天起 慢慢 开始 準备 ，

我 可以 培养 自己 的 价值 ，

我 可以 壮大 自己 ，

我 可以 努力 去 充实 自己 。

只要 这 条 人际 关 係 线 不断 ，

或许 3 个 月 之后 ，我们 一起 做 个 报告 ，

她 开始 认同 我 的 好 ；

或许 6 个 月 以后 ，我们 一起 在 一个 公司 上班 。

我们 开始 有些 共通点 。
