如果 是 新 的 聽眾 ，第一次 聽 我 的 Podcast ，你 可能 不 知道 這個 系列 是 在 做 什麼 的 ，我 再 簡單 介紹 一下 ：

在 「一天 系列 」 這個 課程 中 ，我 會 帶 你 學習 日常生活 中 會 用到 的 的詞語 ，從 早上 起床 到 晚上 上床 睡覺 ，比如說 ：刷牙 、洗臉 、吃飯 、睡覺 、工作 、上班 等等 。 在 之前 的 「小顏 的 一天 」這個 系列 ，我 帶 大家 看 一個 台灣 女生 一天 的 生活 ，如果 你 有 興趣 ，或是 你 是 女生 ，想 學習 跟 女生 比較 有關 的 詞語 ，歡迎 你 去 聽 「小顏 的 一天 」。

今天 這 一個 系列 ，叫做 「小胖 的 一天 」。 我會 帶 大家 看 一個 台灣 男生 ，叫做 小胖 ，他 在 台灣 一天 的 生活 。 每一集 ，我 都 會 問 他 一些 日常生活 的 問題 ，請 大家 仔細 聽 他 的 回答 ，然後 ，我 會 再 用 簡單 的 中文 說明 我們 對話 中 用到 的 詞語 ，並 告訴 大家 一些 我 覺得 很 重要 的 句子 和 文化 知識 。 我問的問題 ，有 一些 可能 會 和 小顏 的 一天 一樣 ，有 一些 會 不 一樣 ，我 會 根據 我們 的 主角 ，小胖 這個 人 、小胖 的 生活 來 設計 問題 。 因為 小胖 是 男生 ，所以 小胖 說話 用到 的 詞語 ，可能 對 男性 聽眾 來說 ，會 很 實用 ！ 但是 ，不管 你 是 男生 還是 女生 ，我 相信 這個 Podcast 都 能 讓 你 的 聽力 進步 ！

希望 藉由 這個 系列 ，讓 大家 學習 一些 日常生活 中 很 重要 、很 有用 的 單字 ，這些 單字 可能 不會 出現 在 中文 課本 上 ，但是 我 相信 對 大家 在 台灣 的 生活 會 很 有 幫助 。

在 節目 一 開始 ，先 讓 我 簡單 介紹 一下 我們 的 主角 ，小胖 ：

小胖 是 個 剛 踏入 職場 的 年輕人 ，意思 就是 剛 從 大學 畢業 ，剛 開始 工作 。 他 的 工作 很 特別 ，他 是 海巡 ，也 就是 海上 警察 。 他 的 工作 在 船上 ，負責 保護 、巡邏 台灣 附近 的 海域 ，就是 坐在 船上 ，看 台灣 附近 的 海上 ，有 沒有 問題 發生 。 小胖 也 是 我 一個 很 好 的 朋友 ，我 最近 常常 找 他 上來 Podcast 說話 。 如果 你 有 聽 最近 的 Podcast ，你 應該 知道 。

好 ，廢話 不 多 說 ，這是 「小胖 的 一天 」系列 第一集 ，今天 ，我們 的 主題 是 ：起床 和 整理 儀容 你 準備 好 了 嗎 ？ 那 我們 開始 吧 ！ 音樂 ！

小胖

哈囉 大家 好 ，我 是 小胖 。

家榆

小胖 ！ 你 通常 幾點 起床 ？

小胖

通常 幾點 起床 ...，因為 我 上班 的 關係 ，然後 我 的 工作 作息 比較 不 一定 ，所以 我 起床 時間 其實 很 浮動 。

家榆

很 浮動 ，不 固定 。

小胖

不能 說 準時 幾點 起床 。

家榆

那 你 睡覺 前 會 不會 設 鬧鐘 ？

小胖

上班 的話 會 ，啊 如果 放假 就 不會 ！

家榆

那 你 會 設 幾個 鬧鐘 ？

小胖

四 到 五個 ！

家榆

四到 五個 ！ 這麽多 ！

小胖

因為 我 上班 的話 ，偶爾 會 輪到 那種 夜班 ，就是 凌晨 兩點 到 五點 這種 班 ，或 早上 五點 就 要 起床 的 那種 班 ，所以 我 通常 要 設 四 到 五個 （鬧鐘 ），怕 自己 遲到 。

家榆

所以 你 很 喜歡 賴床 ？ 是 嗎 ？

小胖

賴床 喔 ？ 對 ！ 我 覺得 尤其 是 那種 很 反人性化 的 上班 時段 ，就是 那種 大夜班 ，我 只要 多 躺 個 五分鐘 我 都 覺得 很 幸福 ！

家榆

好 ！ 了解 ！

那 你 起床 的 時候 ，你 做 的 第一件 事情 是 什麼 ？ 通常 ？

小胖

第一件 事情 不 就 刷牙 、洗臉 嗎 ？

家榆

你 早上 會 花 時間 整理 自己 的 外表 嗎 ？ 比如說 梳 個 頭髮 、像 女生 會 化妝 ，男生 也 會 但是 比較 少 ，你 會 化妝 嗎 ？

小胖

我 看起來 像 會 化妝 嗎 ？

家榆

（笑聲 ）好 ，你 不會 化妝 ！ 那 你 會 整理 自己 的 頭髮 嗎 ？

小胖

會 ！ 就 稍微 洗 個 臉 ，然後 頭髮 整理 一下 。 我 通常 早上 也 會 洗頭 ，這個 算是 比較 特別 的 一件 事 ，對 ，因為 我 知道 我 自己 的 體質 它 比較 油膩 ，所以 我 早上 都 會 洗 個 頭 。

家榆

你 早上 起床 的 時候 你 會 刮 鬍子 嗎 ？ 用 刮鬍刀 刮鬍子 ？

小胖

會啊 ，就 用 ...我 用 那個 ，電動 刮鬍刀 刮 。 現在 應該 比較 少人 會 用 傳統 的 刮鬍刀 ，我 反而 不會 用 傳統 的 ，因為 麻煩 啊 ！ 你 還要 先 用 刮鬍泡 ，然後 那種 電動 的 你 就 ....一下 就 結束 了 ！

家榆

就 好 了 ！ 了解 ！

那 你 出門前 會 噴 香水 嗎 ？

小胖

以前 會 ，現在 不會 ！

家榆

為 什麼 以前 會 ，現在 不會 ？

小胖

以前 出門 會 比較 注重 儀容 外表 ，然後 現在 好像 上班 以後 就 變 隨便 了 ！

家榆

上班 後 就 變 隨便 了 ？

小胖

對 ！ 就 以前 當 ..還是 學生 的 時候 ，就 會 ..因為 要 上課 ，所以 出門 會 比較 整理 ，畢竟 都 是 你 的 同儕 。 然後 現在 上班 的 地方 就 ..好像 穿出去 ，不會 讓 別人 注目 就 好了 ！ 也 不會 說 一定 要 特別 打扮 給 誰 看 。

家榆

喔！ 因為 你 上班 的 地方 沒有 女生 ！

小胖

對 ，一方面 是 沒有 女生 ，一方面 好像 年紀 大 了 ，就 覺得 ，喔 ！ 好 麻煩 喔 ！

家榆

好 麻煩 ！ 算了 ！ 隨便 ！

好 ，謝謝 你 ！

好 ，歡迎 大家 回來 ，剛剛 的 對話 ，不 知道 你 能 不能 全部 聽懂 ？ 其實 我 覺得 ，如果 你 以前 聽過 小顏 的 一天 ，你 會 發現 ，小胖 說話 用 的 詞語 ，跟 小顏 的 有 一些 是 一樣 的 ，所以 你 已經 學過了 ，以前 聽不懂 ，現在 應該 能 聽懂 ，不 知道 大家 有 沒有 這種 感覺 ？ 如果 有 ，就是 你 進步 了 ！ 你 應該 會 覺得 很 開心 ！

好 ，我 覺得 跟 小顏 比起來 ，小胖 說話 的 速度 比較 快 ，而且 他 也 用了 比較 多 連音 。 什麼 是 連音 呢 ？ 連音 就是 講話 的 時候 ，因為 講得 很快 ，講得 非常 快 ，所以 聽 起來 ，好像 連在一起 一樣 。

比如說 ，我 在 Podcast上 說話 ，或是 在 工作 、演講 ，比較 正式 的 地方 ，我 會 說 ：「你 明天 要 不要 吃 晚餐 ？ 」

我 沒有 故意 講得 很 慢 ，但是 我 說話 說 得 很 清楚 ，我 也 沒有 用 連音 。

可是 如果 我 今天 在 家裡 ，我 和 我 的 妹妹 說話 ，我 可以 很 輕鬆 、很 隨便 ，所以 我 就 會 用 連音 ：「你 明天 要 不要 吃 晚餐 ？ 」

明天 （mingtian），變成 mingian;要 不要 (yaobuyao)，變成 yaobiao。 我 剛剛 講話 的 感覺 ，有沒有 很 像 你 走 在 台灣 路上 會 聽到 台灣 人 講話 的 樣子 ？ 我 平常 跟 我 的 家人 、朋友 講話 的 時候 就是 這樣 ，但是 我 在 工作 、演講 的 時候 ，我 不會 這樣 說話 ，因為 聽 起來 比較 隨便 。

好 ，我要 先 說 ，我 不 鼓勵 大家 在 學說 中文 的 時候 ，學 連音 。 應該 說 ，你 要 學習 聽懂 連音 ，因為 母語 人士 講話 的 時候 一定 會 用 連音 。 特別 是 沒有 當 過 老師 的 人 、他 的 工作 跟 說話 沒有 關係 的 人 ，他 不 需要 把 話 講得 很 清楚 ，所以 他 跟 你 講話 的 時候 ，可能 不會 像 我 一樣 ，說 得 這麼 清楚 ，他 可能 就 會 用 很多 連音 。 或是 今天 ，一群 朋友 去 酒吧 喝酒 、聊天 ，因為 是 很 輕鬆 的 場合 ，所以 大家 講話 的 時候 ，也 會 比較 快 ，也 會 用 一些 連音 。 所以 ，我 希望 大家 可以 學習 聽懂 連音 ，但是 自己 說話 的 時候 ，不要 用 連音 。 因為 如果 你 的 發音 沒有 非常 標準 、你 的 四聲 還 沒有 很 好 ，你 就 開始 用 連音 ，反而 會 讓 別人 聽 不 明白 。 不過 如果 你 的 中文 已經 學得 很 標準 了 ，你 真的 想要 說話 很 像 一個 母語 人士 ，那 你 可以 學 連音 ，聽 起來 會 非常 的 道地 ，特別 是 有 一些 連音 ，會 讓 你 聽 起來 很 「台 」，就是 很 像 一個 台灣 人 ！

其實 台灣 人 講話 ，有 兩個 特色 ：

1.講話 會 黏 在 一起 ，就是 會 用 比較 多 的 連音 。

2.語助詞 很多 ，說話 的 語氣 比較 溫柔 。 比如 ，如果 你 覺得 ，你 的 朋友 今天 穿 了 一件 新 的 外套 ，但是 不太 好看 ，不 適合 他 ，我們 不會 直接 說 ：「這 裙子 不 適合 你 。」 我們 可能 會 說 ：「誒 我 覺得 這個 裙子 好像 ... 沒有 那麼 適合 你 耶 。」 會加 一些 語助詞 ，會 說 得 比較 委婉 ，不 知道 大家 有 沒有 這個 感覺 ？ 你 可以 觀察 看看 ，告訴 我 你 的 想法 。

好 ，回到 我們 的 主題 。 剛剛 在 對話 中 ，小胖 說 ，他 的 作息 很 浮動 。 這裡 有 兩個 重要 的 詞語 。 第一個 是 「 作息 」， 作息 的 意思 就是 你 的 工作 和 休息 的 時間 。 比如 ，你 可以 說 ：

「放暑假 之後 ，我 的 作息 整個 亂掉 了 ！ 我 常常 熬夜 看電視 ，然後 睡 到 隔天 下午 才 起床 。」

意思 就是 你 的 工作 和 休息 的 時間 被 打亂 了 。 你 本來 應該 是 白天 做 事情 。 晚上 睡覺 ， 現在 變成 晚上 不 睡覺 ， 白天 才 睡覺 ， 那 就是 作息 亂掉 了 ！

小胖 說 ，他 的 作息 很 浮動 ，「浮動 」就是 不 固定 、不 一定 的 意思 。 為什麼 他 的 工作 作息 很 浮動 呢 ？ 因為 他 的 工作 需要 輪班 。 有時候 是 早班 、有時候 是 晚班 ，有時候 還有 可能 要 上 大夜班 ，大夜班 就是 晚上的 班 ，通常 是 晚上 12點 後 到 早上 四 、五 點 的 班 ，我們 就 會 說 是 大夜班 。

所以 ，我們 練習 一下 ！ 如果 今天 ， 有人 問你說 ：「 你 在 做 什麼 工作 ？ 你 的 工作 時間 多長 ？ 」

你 就 可以 說 ：「我 是 （警察） ，我 的 工作 作息 很 浮動 、很 不 一定 ，因為 我 要 輪班 。」

那 有 另外 一種 工作 ，是 「朝九晚五 」的 工作 ，意思 就是 每天 早上 九點 上班 ，下午 五點 下班 ，都 是 上 早班 ，而且 作息 很 固定 ，你 不用 輪班 ，我們 就 會 說 你 的 這個 工作 ，是 朝九晚五 的 工作 。 很多 上班族 的 工作 都 是 朝九晚五 。 像 我 在 學校 當 老師 ，我 也 是 朝九晚五 的 工作 。

好 ， 我們 再 練習 一次 ， 如果 今天 ， 有人 問你 ：「 你 在 做 什麼 工作 ？ 你 的 工作 時間 多長 ？ 」

你 就 可以 說 ：「我 是 一個 普通 的 (上班族) ，我 的 工作 作息 很 固定 ，就是 朝九晚五 。」

再來 ，我 問 小胖 ，他 睡覺 前 會 設 鬧鐘 嗎 ？ 小胖 說 ，會 ！ 而且 他 會 設 很 多個 鬧鐘 ，因為 如果 上班 時段 很 反 人性化 ，就是 上班 時段 如果 很 不 正常 ，比如說 是 凌晨 兩 點 到 四 點 的 班 ，他 就 會 設 很 多個 鬧鐘 ，因為 他 怕 自己 起 不 來 。

再來 ，我 問 小胖 他 起床 之後 ，會 做 哪些 事情 ，會 不會 整理 自己 的 儀容 ，儀容 就是 外表 的 意思 。 他 說 ，他 每 天 早上 都 會 洗頭 ，因為 他 的 頭髮 比較 油膩 。 我 覺得 男生 起床 洗頭 ，是 一件 很 方便 的 事情 ，因為 頭髮 很少 ，所以 洗完 頭 ，也 不 需要 花 時間 吹 頭髮 ，頭髮 自己 就 會 乾 了 ，很 方便 。

除了 洗頭 ，小胖 還 說 他 早上 的 時候 會 用 電動 刮鬍刀 來 刮鬍子 。 大部分 的 男生 都 會 長 鬍子 ，有些 人 的 鬍子 長 得 特別 快 ，過 沒 幾 天 就 長 出 新 的 鬍子 ，所以 要 用 刮鬍刀 ，才 不會 讓 鬍子 長 太 長 。 那 在 這裡 ，小胖 說 他 喜歡 用 電動 的 刮鬍刀 ，不 喜歡 用 傳統 的 。 你還記得電動是什麼意思嗎？ 給 大家 一個 功課 ，電動 這個 字 ，其實 在 小顏 的 一天 系列 就 出現 過 了 ，你 知道 是 哪 一集 嗎 ？ 你 可以 回去 找 找 看 ！ 電動 就是 需要 用到 電力 的 東西 。 比如 ：電動 腳踏車 、電動牙刷 、電動汽車 等等 。

好 ，再來 ，我 又 問 小胖 ，他 平常 出門 的 時候 會 不會 擦 香水 ，男生 用 的 香水 ，男用香水 。 小胖 說 ，他 以前 會 ，但是 現在 不會 。 為 什麼 呢 ？ 一方面 是 因為 他 上班 的 地方 沒有 女生 ，所以 他 就 不在意 自己 的 打扮 。 他 說 ，以前 還是 學生 的 時候 ，在 學校 會 有 很多 同儕 ，同儕 ，就是 跟 你 一起 學習 的 人 ，也 就是 你 的 同學 ，同學 裡面 有 男生 有 女生 ，所以 他 就 會 比較 注重 自己 的 打扮 ，就 會 噴 個 香水 。 但是 開始 工作 後 ，就 不在意 這件 事情 了 。 ;另 一 放面 ，他 說 他 覺得 自己 年紀 大了 ，就 覺得 每天 早上 花 時間 打扮 ，每天 花 時間 整理 儀容 ，是 一件 很 麻煩 的 事情 ，他 可能 想要 多 睡 一點 ！

我 覺得 這個 跟 我 剛好 相反 。 我 以前 還是 學生 的 時候 ，沒有 在 化妝 、打扮 ，也 比較 懶惰 ，穿衣服 也 比較 隨便 。 但是 ，現在 開始 工作 後 ，反而 比較 在意 自己 的 穿著 、在意 自己 的 頭髮 有沒有 梳 整齊 、衣服 乾 不 乾淨 。 但是 ，我 覺得 不是 因為 我 開始 工作 後 變得 更 愛 漂亮 了 ，是 因為 這樣 做 ，會 讓 自己 看起來 比較 專業 。

我 覺得 我 和 小胖 兩個 人 的 工作 性質 不同 ，就是 工作 的 類型 不 一樣 ，所以 注重 的 東西 也 不 一樣 。 不 知道 大家 在 出 社會 、開始 工作 後 ，你 早上 會 花 更 多 時間 打扮 自己 ，還是 花 更 少 時間 打扮 自己 ？ 歡迎 分享 你 的 答案 ！
