Tabbouleh Recipe

Ingredients
2 bunches of parsley
1 bunch of mint
25g of bulgar wheat
Half a kilo of tomatoes
Half a kilo of cucumber
Half a kilo of onions
Juice of 3 lemons
Olive oil
Salt
Half a cup of water
Method
1. Put the bulgar wheat in a pan. Add half a cup of water. Boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Chop the parsley and the mint very small. Wash in cold water.
3. Chop the lemon, onion, cucumber and tomato. Chop very small.
4. Mix everything together.
5. Season with lemon juice, salt and olive oil. Mix together again.
6. Serve the food!
