أول حاجة لو طبعاً مفيش رفاهية أن يكون في assistant أو حد تاني يخش يساعدك فانت ممكن تعمل assistants من الطلبة نفسهم أن انت يامعلم تقسمهم مجموعات وتعين على كل team leader ال team leader ده تفهموا ان وظيفتك هتساعدني ان انت هتلم الشيتس من صحابك لو واحد مثلاً مقصر في حاجة انت هتروح تبص عليه وتساعده حد عنده مشكلة انت هتحلها له وترجع تقولي بعد كده إيه اللي حصل الطلبة اللي هما trouble makers أو اللي بيحبوا يعملوا show off ويوروا نفسهم لما تحطوا شوية شوية مش على طول as a team leader ده هيساعدوا ان هو يبطل يعمل شغب ويركز ويبتدي يحس ان هوا مهم وان انت مدي له أهمية فالبتالي ده هيخفض يعني حتة ال trouble making في الفصل بتاعك المهم برضه ان انت تغير ال leader ده من وقت للتاني عشان برضه تدي فرصة لزمايله ان هما يبقوا في نفس ال position وتزود برضه عندهم ال leading skills وان هما كلهم يتعاونوا مع بعض ويشتغلوا مع بعض.
