有 一些 媒体 纷纷 的 转载 了 南华早报 报道 的 一个 新闻

我们 知道 南华早报 是 香港 的 报纸

是 马云 旗下 的

所以 它 的 很多 消息 呢 都 被 认为 是 有 内部 消息

这个 消息 是 说 常万全 出 事情

他 被 降 了 两级

然后 搬到 了 海淀区 一个 前 装甲部队 的 公寓楼 里边

这个 事情 实际上 是 传闻 已经 很 久 了

很久以前 就 有人 传 说 常万全 会 出 事情

因为 常万全 跟 郭伯雄 的 关系 是 非常 密切 的

习近平 在 当 了 中共 的 总书记 和 中央军委 主席 之后

在 军队 中 进行 了 一系列 的 清洗

其中 的 就 包括 徐才厚 和 郭伯雄

这 两个 都 是 前 中央军委 的 副 主席

就 当时 一共 是 三个 中央军委 副 主席 吗

就是 习近平 徐才厚 和 郭伯雄

这 三个 中央军委 副 主席 只有 习近平 现在 还 在 台上

因为 他 是 做 了 主席 了

但是 郭伯雄 和 徐才厚 两个 人 已经 下马 了

那么 徐才厚 是 因为 得 了 绝症

所以 没有 对 他 进行 审判 他 就 死掉 了

而 这个 郭伯雄 的 是 被 判处 无期 徒

在 郭伯雄 和 徐才厚 这个 事情 出现 之后 呢 就 有 很多 人 说

很多 他们 提拔 的 将领 会 被 作为 他们 的 余毒 来 进行 清理

那么 那个 时候 就 有人 传说

这个 常万全 会 出事

现在 的 这 只 靴子 算是 落地 了

当然 这个 事情 发生 之后 呢

就 有人 说 常万全 现在 相当于 是 软着陆 了

因为 说 他 并 没有 被 象 郭伯雄 这样 投入 监狱

而是 降级 处理

据说 是 他 的 军级 是 降 了 两级

就 从 一个 中央军委 委员 相当于 大 军区 的 正职

那么 现在 就 降到 了 相当于 少将 这样 的 军衔

所以 这个 对 常万全 来说 的 不见得 是 一个 非常 坏 的 事情

因为 他 可能 就 躲过 了 至少 是 牢狱之灾

这个 事情 发生 之后 呢 我们 就 会 盘点 一下

在 习近平 在 上台 之后 呢 清洗 了 很多 非常 高级 的 官员

当然 薄熙来 是 其中 的 一个 政治局 委员

还有 周永康 政治局 常委 还有 郭伯雄 、徐才厚 啊

还有 很多 类似 于 这样 的

中央委员 一级 的 就是 更 多 了

所以

这么 看来 好像 是 说 这些 中共 的 高官 他们 的 地位 并 不 稳固

好像 是 最高 领导 一声令下 他们 就 落马 了

这种 说法 当然 是 有 一种 把 事情 简单化 的 嫌疑

那么 我们 就 有 这样 的 一个 问题 啊

当 象 徐才厚 和 郭伯雄 这样 位高权重 的 人 被 清理 的 时候

他们 为什么 不 反抗

他们 当时 在 军中 和 党中

所 编织 的 人脉 为什么 没有 任何 的 反应

当时 在 有 传闻 查 郭伯雄 的 时候

郭伯雄 的 儿子 叫 郭正钢 就 曾经 讲过 一句 话

他 说 他们 不敢 查 我们

他 说 军中 有 一半 以上 的 干部 是 我们 家 提拔 的

因为 当时 习近平 并 没有 实权

郭伯雄 在 中央军委 副 主席 中 他 是 第一 副 主席

他 比 徐才厚 资历 还要 老 一些 当 了 10 年

包括 常万全 这个 人 跟 郭伯雄 关系 非常 紧密

他 被 认为 是 郭伯雄 的 门生

因为 常万全 当时 在 70 年代 到 90 年代 的 时候

一直 是 在 兰州 军区

而 他 在 兰州 军区 的话 呢 郭伯雄 就是 从 兰州 发迹 的

郭伯雄 原来 是 兰州 47 军 的 军长

后来 被 江泽民 看中 了

当然 看中 的 这个 过程 说 起来 是 很 不 光彩 的

中国 大陆 有 一个 军事 网 叫 西陆网

这个 西陆网 就 报 了 一个 消息

说 实际上 是 因为 江泽民 在 视察 兰州 的 时候

作为 47 军 军长 的 郭伯雄 亲自 给 江泽民 站岗

江泽民 当时 觉得 这个 站岗 的 士兵 怎么 这么 老 啊

后来 一看 发现 是 郭伯雄 亲自 站岗

江泽民 非常 的 感动 啊

所以 就 从此 大力 的 提拔 郭伯雄

郭伯雄 和 徐才厚 做 中央军委 副 主席 长达 10 年

胡锦涛 在 那个 时候 也 曾经 做过 一段 中央 军委 副 主席

但是 胡锦涛 基本上 不管 军队 的 事情

后来 等 习近平 做 中央 军委 副 主席 的 时候 他 也 不太 管

实际上 他们 两个 在 那个 地方 只是 作为 一种 过渡性 的 职位

因为 将来 他们 是 要 做 中央军委 主席 嘛

所以 中间 总 要是 过渡 一下

所以 军中 实际上 就是 郭伯雄 和 徐才厚 在 把持

徐才厚 号称 是 东北虎

郭伯雄 号称 是 西北 狼

他们 在 整个 军队 中 经营 了 这么 长 的 时间

习近平 准备 要 处理 他们 的 时候

他们 是 有 充分 的 时间 来 加以 反应

但 他们 为什么 没有 反应

特别 是 我们 看到

从 2012 年 2 月 6 号 王立军 夜奔 美 领馆 之后 开始

到 薄熙来 被 清洗

这个 时候 是 在 2012 年 的 3 月份

后来 到 周永康 被 清洗 的 时候 已经 是 到 了 2014 年

等到 郭伯雄 跟 徐才厚 被 清洗 的 时候 已经 到 了 2015 年

那个 时候 大家 都 已经 知道 了

薄熙来 和 周永康 和 徐才厚 、郭伯雄 他们 是 一伙 的

他们 组织 了 一次 政变

那么 当 郭伯雄 和 徐才厚 眼看 着 参与 政变 的 那 两个 人

薄熙来 和 周永康 倒台 的 时候

他们 应该 意识 到 危险 马上 就要 降临 在 他们 的 身上

他们 其实 中间 整整 有 三年 的 时间 是 可以 反应

但 他们 都 没有 反应

这 到底 是 为什么

这 就是 我们 今天 想 在 这个 节目 中 想 探讨 的 问题

他们 这个 事儿 让 我 想起 了 另外 一个 历史 上 的 人物

这个 人 就是 魏忠贤

我们 知道 很多 人 都 知道 魏忠贤 是 一个 大坏蛋

在 明朝 末年 的 时候 他 是 一个 权倾天下 的 大 太监

他 实际上 发迹 的 时间 很 短

他 是 在 明 熹宗 天启 年间 的 时候 发迹 的

而 天启 呢 明 熹宗 朱由校 一共 是 做 了 七年 的 皇帝

所以 魏忠贤 的 发迹 其实 仅仅 经过 了 短短 的 两三年 的 时间

他 是 从 天启 四年 的 时候 开始 权力 呈现 井喷式 的 上升

然后 到 天启 七年 明 熹宗 驾崩 的 时候 他 的 权势 达到 顶点

当然 他 的 发迹 过程 也 是 很 有 戏剧性 的

我们 今天 没有 时间 详细 地 讲 历史

他 当时 是 攀 上 了 明 熹宗 的 乳母

叫作 客氏

他 成为 了 客氏 的 对 食

当时 在 明朝 的 宫 里面 有 一个 特别 有意思 的 现象

就是 很多 的 宫女 因为 非常 寂寞

一个 皇帝 对着 那么多 的 宫女 和 那么多 的 嫔妃

所以 很多 宫女 是 非常 寂寞 的

她们 的 生活 有 很多 事情 需要 有 一些 有 力气 的 人 帮 她们 干

比如说 搬 个 东西 呀 干 点儿 什么 力气 活儿

修理 个 什么 东西 呀

那么 这个 时候 因为 宫里 边 只有 一个 男人 就是 皇帝

所以 她们 为了 打发 这种 寂寞 的 时光

同时 有些 人 帮 他们 在 生活 上 进行 一定 程度 的 照顾

她们 就 和 一些 太监 配对

就 形成 一种 非常 奇怪 的 现象 叫作 “ 对食 ”

当时 跟 客氏 对 食 的 就是 魏忠贤

客氏 作为 明 熹宗 的 乳母 在 宫 是 非常 有 地位 的

攀上 客氏 之后

魏忠贤 就 开始 逐步 的 清洗 宫中 那些 对 他 掌权 有 障碍 的人

等到 把 宫廷 中 清理 完 了 之后

他 开始 清理 朝中

当时 朝中 有 一批 人 是 看不上 魏忠贤 的

这批 人 势力 非常 大 这批 人 就是 东林党 人

东林党 人 当时 几乎 是 把 整个 朝堂 都 给 占满 了

所谓 的 重症 营巢 当时 东林党 人 的 势力 非常 大

东林党 人 他们 毕竟 是 读书人 他们 是 瞧不起 太监 的

他们 也 拒绝 和 魏忠贤 合作

所以 魏忠贤 就 想 办法 把 东林党 人 全部 给 清理 了

其实 很多 东林党 人 他们 跟明 熹宗 的 关系 是 很 好 的

明 熹宗 当时 在 登基 的 时候 遇到 了 一个 比较 大 的 威胁

这 是 明末 三案 中 一个 非常 有名 的 案子 叫作 移宫案

当时 是 东林党 人中 的 杨 涟 、左 光斗 这 两个 人

这 两个 人 帮助 了 明 熹宗 登基

所以 东林党 人 他们 对 明 熹宗 是 有 恩 的

即使 是 在 这样 的 情况 下 东林党 人 也 被 魏忠贤 整 的 很 惨

对 明 熹宗 恩情 最 深 的 就是 杨 涟 和 左 光斗

他们 俩 的 下场 都 非常 的 惨

特别 是 杨 涟

当时 在 明史 中 对 杨 涟 的 描述

因为 他 跟 魏忠贤 对着 干

当时 魏忠贤 派 了 一个 叫 许显纯 的人 去 审判 杨 涟

这个 许显纯 当时 拿 钢针 做 的 刷子 在 他 的 身上 就 这么 移动

就 等于 是 钢针 扎到 肉 里面

明史 上 说 叫 遍体 扫烂 如丝

就是 把 他 肉 剐 的 一条 一条 就 像 烂布 一样

然后 他 是 土囊 压身 非常 重 的 土囊压 在 他 的 身上

铁钉 灌耳 大 钉子 从 他 的 耳朵 打 进去

体无完肤 死得 非常 非常 的 惨

左光斗 的话 其实 他 的 下场 也 不 比 杨 涟 好 多少

就是 跟 明 熹宗 有 这么 重 的 恩情 的 东林党 人

他们 都 可以 被 魏忠贤 整得 那么 惨

我们 可以 想到 魏忠贤 当时 的 权势 有 多 大

而且 当时 魏忠贤 不是 一个 人

朝中 遍布 阉党 就是 魏忠贤 的 党羽

五虎 、五彪 、十狗 、十 孩儿 、四十 孙

就 我们 光 听 这些 名字 就 知道 他 的 人脉 是 非常 广

魏忠贤 最后 能够 做到 什么 呢

他 能够 做到 把 东林党 人

就 像 当时 东汉 末年 的 党锢 之 祸 一样

就 把 他们 终身 禁锢

然后 编 东林党 的 名录

就是说 朝中 从此 不再 用 他们

最后 魏忠贤 权倾 朝野 的 时候 生祠 遍 天下

当时 很多 地方 官员 在 地方 上 给 魏忠贤 建 生 祠

就 他 还 没 死 就 把 他 当成 一个 神 一样 建 一个 庙 把 他 供 起来

当时 光 在 开封 一地 给 魏忠贤 建 生 祠

就 拆掉 了 2000 多 间 民房

而且 所有 的 人 只要 路过 生祠 的 时候 路过 这个 门口

如果 你 不 进去 跪拜 的话

地方 官员 就 可能 把 你 给 抓 起来 打 一顿

而且 当时 都 给 魏忠贤 建 生 祠 的 时候 花 了 很多 钱

用 沉香木 雕刻 成 他 的 躯体

肚子 里边 都 装上 金银珠宝 之类 的

当时 这些 事情 说 起来 是 很 恶心 的 事情

当时 很多 的 特务 在 民间 听 大家 对 魏忠贤 的 反应

如果 发现 一旦 有人 对 魏忠贤 不满 的话

这个 人 下场 都 很 惨

所以 当时 魏忠贤 真的 是 权倾天下

但是 他 只 风光 了 那么 两三年 的 时间

在 天启 七年 8 月份 的 时候

就是 公元 1627 年 的 8 月份

明 熹宗 驾崩 了

驾崩 之后 他 的 弟弟 信王 朱由检 登基

这 就是 明朝 最后 一个 皇帝 就是 崇祯 皇帝

崇祯 皇帝 在 刚刚 登记 的 时候

你 想 他 在 朝廷 中 也 没有 什么 人脉 宫里 边 也 没有 什么 人脉

整 一天 下 都 是 魏忠贤 的 一样

但是 仅仅 过 了 两个 月 之后

有 一个 叫 钱嘉征 的 贡生 就 一个 普通 的 读书人

就 上书 给 皇帝 弹劾 魏忠贤

然后 呢

崇祯 皇帝 就 把 弹劾 魏忠贤 的 表章 读 给 魏忠贤 听

当时 魏忠贤 听 了 明史 的 记载 他 就 魂飞魄散 了

之后 到 11 月 的 时候 也 就是

朱由检 崇祯 皇帝 刚刚 登基 三个 月 以后

魏忠贤 就 被 发配 到 凤阳 去 给 朱元璋 守陵

他 走 到 路上 一半 的 时候 听说 朝廷 已经 派兵 来 追捕 他

要 捉拿 他

魏忠贤 就 上吊 自杀 了

这样 一个 权倾天下 的 魏忠贤 从 他 最 风光 的 权力 的 顶点

到 他 被迫 自杀 中间 仅仅 经过 了 三个 月 的 时间

然后 崇祯 皇帝 开始 大规模 的 清洗 魏忠贤 的 阉党

我们 就 很 纳闷 啊

他 当时 那么 有 权势

朝中 都 是 他 的 人

甚至 他 在 宫 里面 还 训练 了 1 万人 做 他 的 军队 做 他 的 保镖

但是 在 被 崇祯 皇帝 清洗 的 过程 中

他 竟然 没有 任何 的 反抗

这 到底 是 为什么

其实 道理 很 简单

我们 要是 用 三国 演绎 的话 来 讲

曹操 当时 也 曾经 描述 过 东 汉 桓帝 、灵帝 身边 的 十常侍

他 就 讲 过 这个 道理

他 说 宦官 之所以 掌权 是 为什么

是 因为 皇帝 宠信 他们

也就是说 呢

他们 之所以 能够 作威作福 它 只是 一个 现象 而已

那些 投靠 他们 的 人 并 不是 因为 佩服 他们 的 人品

或者 是 说 被 他们 的 人格魅力 所 吸引

他们 完全 是 奔 着 利益 来 的

当 皇帝 不 给 这个 宦官 权力 的 时候 呢

那么 当然 这个 宦官 他 也 就 没有 了

拢 住 他 这个 利益集团 的 最 关键 的 东西

皇帝 不 给 他 权力 了

那么 他 也 就 不 可能 给 他 的 这个 小 集团 的 人 提供 利益

那么 这些 人 立刻 就 做 鸟兽散 了

所以 我们 把 魏忠贤 的 故事 看 一遍 之后 的话 我们 就 会 知道

实际上 就是 当 郭伯雄 也好 或者 是 徐才厚 也好

不管 他们 在 军中 提拔 了 多少 人

哪怕 真的 是 像 郭伯雄 的 儿子 郭 天上 钢说 的

全军 一半儿 的 人马 都 是 我们家 提拔 的

但是 那些 人 他们 之所以 投靠 郭伯雄 也 仅仅 是 因为 利益

当 他们 一旦 知道

共产党 的 最高 领导人 要 清洗 郭伯雄 的 时候

他们 所 想到 的 第一件 事情 就是 赶快 切割

所以 我们 可以 想象 一下 郭伯雄 也好 或者 常万全 也好

他们 甚至 没有 机会 和 别人 去 商量 咱们 拥兵 造反 的 事情

为什么 呢 因为 那 时候 大家 都 知道 谁 跟 他 切割 的 越 干净

自己 就 越 安全

你 跟 任何 一个 人 商量 拥兵 造反 这种 事情

他 都 会 觉得 我 只要 把 你 交出去

我 只要 把 你 举报 出去

那 我 就 跟 你 切割 的 最 干净

而且 我 等于 是 为 最高 领导人 新 的 领导人 立功 了

而且 可以 表示 一个 忠心

那么 这样 的话 他 的 荣华富贵 就 最 有 保障

所以 你 别 看 这些 领导人

他们 表面 上 看起来 多么 的 风光 、权势 多么 大

他们 建立 了 一个 多么 庞大 的 利益集团 和 他们 在 一起

那 都 是 一个 表现

只要 当 利益 不在 的时候 这些 人 就 做 鸟兽散 了

其实 今天 的 共产党

今天 的 习近平

面临 的 是 跟 郭伯雄 、徐才厚 同样 的 一个 境地

也就是说 呢

他 之所以 能够 拢住 一批 人 就是 因为 它 是 一个 利益 集团

这是 一个 其实 很 有意思 的 一个 值得 探讨 的 问题

就 说 你 掌权 你 能够 使用 权力 你 的 基础 是 什么

你 必要条件 是 什么

在 我 个人 看来 权力 的 必要 条件 就是 服从

你 之所以 能够 掌权 你 能够 让 人 干 这个 干 那个

是因为 别人 服从 你

如果 大家 都 不 服从 你 的 话 你 的 权势 一下子 就 没有 了

当 崇祯 皇帝 想 整 魏忠贤 的 时候

大家 一下 不 服从 他 之后

他 就 一点 权力 一夜之间 全部 消失

其实 对 郭伯雄 徐才厚 也好 、 对 共产党 也好

对 包括 香港 特首 林 郑月娥 也好 都 是 一样

如果 全民 不 服从 他 的 权力 也 就 没有 了

这 就是 为什么 我 在 谈到 香港 事件 的 时候

或者 谈到 共产党 的 问题 的 时候

我 经常 讲 非暴力 不 合作 运动会 是 一个 非常 有效 的 运动

这 就是 今天 我 在 看到 常万全 出 事儿 之后

看到 他 为什么 不 反抗 这些 事情 之后 所 产生 的一些 想法
