它 就 會 開始 用 減法 慢慢 的 消去 and it will be shaped by subtracting material

首先 一 開始 你 可以 想像 這個 First of all, take this black stuff for example

它 原本 是 一個 黑色 的 鐵塊 It's originally a iron block

然後 呢 我 的 手上 呢 Then, what in my hand

就是 CNC 的 其中 的 一軸 is one of the CNC axis

然後 這一軸 呢 and this axis

我 開始 做 切削 動作 的 時候 呢 When I started turning

它 就 會 開始 慢慢 削出 它 的 形狀 it will slowly shape the material into what you want

當然 CNC 有 分成 很多 軸 Of course there are many axes in a CNC machine

但是 你 就 可以 把 它 想像成 它 很 像是 個 交響樂 一樣 It's like a symphony

多一軸 就 像 多 一個 樂器 Get one more axis is like get one more instrument

所以 三軸 的 CNC 跟 五軸 的 CNC So the 3-axis CNC is like a small band

它 就 像是 一個 小 樂團 跟 一個 Band 一樣 and the 5-axis CNC is like big band (orchestra)

你 要 把 它 合奏 起來 You're going to assemble all of the axes.

越多軸越 不 容易 The more axes, te more difficult to do processing

所以 說 CNC 在 減法 的 加工 裡面 呢 So the subtractive processing of CNC is not like

跟 我們 在 一些 鑄造 3D 列印 Casting or 3D printing

或者 是 灌注 的 加工 方法 or other processing

它 其實 是 完全 不 一樣 的 It's completely different

而 CNC and CNC

它 也 是 在 台灣 或是 這個 世界 上 的 減法 加工工業 裡面 it is also the most used in the substrative processing industry in Taiwan

最 多 使用 的 一種 or in the world

好比 說 手錶 的 錶 體 Like the construction of the watch

你 就 能夠 上 手 in one to two years

而 三年 之後 你 會 變成 老手 And after three years, you will become a veteran

基本上 的 薪資 大概 從 Basically, if you are a beginner to CNC

3 萬塊 到 6 萬塊 錢 your salary is probably

他會用 CAD 去 用 電腦 寫出 軟體 He use CAD to write software

之後 再用 CAM 去 用 電腦 輔助 軟體 去 做 一些 and use CAM to automate a manufacturing process

排刀 啊 切削 的 動作 like turning, milling, and so on.

然後 最後 呢 and Finally

產生 CNC 工具 機加工 的 程式 generate CNC machining programs

最後 只要 基本上 不撞 刀 bascially, if the machining program can work with

不要 跳刀 no accident, no error

或 東西 不要 做到 一半 噴出來 or other problems

你 的 CNC 就算 完成 了 The CNC program is complete

如果 你 要 講到 CNC 的 發展 呢 When it comes to the development of CNC

這個 時候 你 要 了解 的 工具機 there is no doubt that you need to know machine tools

工具機 呢 它 在 工業 製造 裡面 是 非常 重要 的 machine tools play an important role in industrial manufacturing.

如果 沒有 工具機 If your company manufactures products without machine tools

你 就 無法 生產 零件 跟 製造 設備 出來 you cannot produce components and manufacturing equipment

因此 工具機 其實 在 工業 世界 裡面 又稱 為 Therefore, machine tool is also called mother of machinery

機械 之母 in the industrial society

而 工業 之米 又稱 為 螺絲釘 and a screw is also known as the rice of industry.

說 到 工業 之母 呢 When it comes to the mother of industry

你 就 不得不 提 工業革命 了 You have to talk about the industrial revolution

當時 瓦特 發明 了 蒸汽機 之後 而 產生 工業革命 At the time,Watt invented the steam engine, and it drove to the industrial revolution

這是 一般 人 的 想法 This is what people think

當時 在 第一個 蒸汽機 發明 出來 的 時候 呢 When the first steam engine was invented

所以 當時 蒸汽機 的 發展 並 沒有 產生 的 工業革命 Thus, the development of steam engine did not drive the industrial revolution at the time.

而 到 了 1775 年 的 時候 呢 In 1775

而 他 因為 搪床 的 發明 John Wilkins invented boring machine

他將 公差 從 公分 He changed the tolerance from centimeters

推進 到 了 數毫米 to a few millimeters

而 這個 時候 也 倒 了 move to

1776 年 the year of 1776

真正 新型 的 蒸汽機 才 正式 的 發明 上市 The real new type of the steam engine was officially invented and put on the market

你 可以 從 這台 的 牛頭刨 床 當中 呢 take a look at this shaper

看到 整個 台灣 工業 演進 史 的 縮影 it reflect the entire history of Taiwanese industrial evolution

但是 因為 它 是 單 刀刃 The shaper only has single-edge

所以 它 只能 做 單向 跟 直線 性 的 切削 so it can only do undirectional and linear cutting

不過 因為 它 的 功能 單一 The shaper only has one function

而且 它 的 加工 速度慢 and its processing speed is quite slow

所以 它 現在 呢 都 已經 被 銑 床 so it has been replaced by milling machine

或者 是 CNC 的 中心 機 跟 複合機 去 做 取代 了 or CNC machining center or the compound machine

如果 你 要說 到 傳統 的 工具機 When it comes to the trditional machine tools

你 就 不 能夠 忘記 這台 1961 年 生產 製造 的 車床 You can't forget this lathe which manufactured in 1961

所謂 的 車床 就是 將 元件 夾在 中心 The so-called lathe is to clamp components in the center

然後 它 去 經過 高速 的 旋轉 and then it goes through with high-speed rotation

而 在 這 一台 呢 And this one

它 能夠 產生 的 轉速 大約 大概 是 一分鐘 幾百 轉 it can generate high speed, it's about a few hundred rotation per minute

相當於 大家 現在 手持 衝擊 電鑽 的 1/10 而已 it's equal to 1/10 rotation of electric power drill

1950 年代 發生 了 什麼 事情 呢 What happened in 1950s?

韓戰 爆發 了 Korean war broke out

第一台 電腦 出現 了 The first computer appeared

白色恐怖 The White Terror

DIOR 出現 了 第一套 女裝 DIOR put the first set of women's clothing on the market

第一台 數控 工具機 誕生 The first CNC machine tool was invented

雖然 上面 寫著 CNC It shows CNC on the machine

不過 它 其實 只有 NC 的 階段 but it only has NC function

畢竟 當時 大家 也 不 太 懂 什麼 是 CNC at the time, not everyone knows what CNC is

就是 用 工具機 利用 數值 來 操作 工作母機 it is to use numerical value to operate the working machine

將 加工 的 程序 呢 then convert the processing program

轉換成 符號 和 數值 into symbols and values

然後 組成 的 程序 表 Then make a program table

運用 打孔機 跟 指令 帶上 逐項 打孔 之後 and use the punching machine to punch item by item

再 放入 工具機 的 伺服器 裡面 then put it back to the server of machine tool

這個 時候 它 的 生產 數量 可以 變多 之外 呢 At the time, its production quantity can be increased

也 適合 加工 形狀 複雜 的 工件 and is is sutiable for processing complex work pieces

而 這 一台 呢 And this one

大概 就 是從 指令 帶 的 時期 Probably is from the period of instruction

而 這台 的 售價 呢 guess how much is it?

在 當時 大概 是 100 萬 臺幣 it cost around 1 million NTD

也 就是 可以 換 一棟 房子 That is, you can buy a house at the time

來到 了 1984 年 __ next

而 這台 也 是 當時 電腦化 程度 最高 的 機種 and this one was the most computerized model at the time

當時 售價 大約 在 140 萬元 左右 the price of this machine was about 1.4 million NTD

而 它 最大 的 推進 也 就是 刀塔 的 出現 and its biggest advance is the emergence of the turret

他們 以 黑手 業 起家 in 1954
