أماني: المقادير أهه، إيه الطريقة؟

زينب: قطعي البصل حلقات.

أماني: وبعدين ياطنت؟

زينب: سخني الزيت وبعدين حطي البصل

أماني: بس أصفر البصل؟

زينب: لأ، حمَّري لغاية ماتجيبي اللون البني.

زينب: نشَّفي البصل على ورق مناديل.

أماني: حاضر.

زينب: دلوقتي الزيت فيه طعم البصل، هنقسمم الزيت ، هنحط حبة في حلة الرز والعدس وحبة في حلة الصلطة وحبة في حلة المكرونة.

أماني: وبعد كده؟

زينب: دلوقتي هنطبخ العدس والرز.

إغلي كوبايتين ميه وبعدين حطي العدس وربع معلقة ملح، بعد خمس دقايق زودي الرز. إطبخيه على نار هادية.

أماني: وبعدين.

زينب: أسلقي المكرونة لغاية ماتستوي.

أماني: حاضر.

أماني: وإمتي هنطبخ الصلصة؟

زينب: في حلة تانية. سخني الزيت، وبعدين حطي الثوم المفروم لغاية اللون الأصفر بعدين حطي الصلصة والشطة والخل.

أماني: أنا بحب السبايسي.

الطبقة الأولى: حطي العدس والرز.

الطبقة التالتة : زودي صلصة حسب الطلب.

أخر طبقة رشِّي البصل والحمص.
