Mr O : Th is i s th e Jo y of th e Ar t wi th M r Or la nd o.

And that is why they say, "Hats off to you."

Oh! [chuckles] Hello.

And hats off to you too as well.

Oh you are just in time,

my friend Lucy and I were just about to embark

on an artventure.

Hi, Lucy.

Hi.

Hi, oh no.

Tell our friends what are we going to be painting today.

A kite!

Oh, such a good idea, Lucy, wonderful.

That's right, now aviation is one of my favourite pastimes.

So, just gather your favourite art supplies

and your imagination like Lucy and I here

And draw along with us won't you.

We hope you will.

Now let's begin with a diamond shape.

What do you say Lucy?

Yeah.

Now you can draw your diamond shape any colour you like.

All right I'm going to make mine black.

It can be any colour you like.

Just going to use a nice black for the diamond shape.

One more line like this.

Oh, what colour is your kite going to be, Lucy?

Orange!

Orange!

That's a wonderful colour. Excellent, excellent choice.

Okay. Now the next step is adding a tee shape inside

our diamond starting at the top.

Going from the top to the bottom

and to complete the tee shape from side to side.

Just like that. How's it going over there, Lucy?

Great!

Great! Oh, I can't wait to see it.

Okay. Okay. So, would you like to take--

Let's take a little humour break shall we.

Lucy what has a tail but no legs?

Do you know?

A kite.

[laughs]

You've heard that one, isn't humour grand.

Okay. Now it's time to paint the tail of our kite.

I'm just going to use my black paint and we'll just draw

a nice flowing tail with our black paint.

Just like that. Isn't that nice?

Now. I think we could add some colourful ribbons

to our kite tail.

What do you think Lucy, what what what colours would you

use for your kites tail?

Pink and orange.

Oh, what a wonderful... That's a wonderful combination.

Very creative. I think, uhm, what do you think?

Maybe I'll use red and yellow.

Yeah.

Yeah

Okay. So red and yellow. It's just a nice little triangle.

And we'll just put one more down here near the end.

And then while I've still got the yellow,

I'm just going to go ahead and colour in my kite.

And I'll use red and yellow for that too.

Isn't that nice?

[sighs]

And voila, a beautiful colourful kite.

Oh-oh!

Lucy, let's see how you did.

Oh-oh-oh-oh. Oh, I love it.

Lucy that kite looks ready to fly high in the sky. Good work.

Huh. It's a good thing it's a calm day to day but these kites

might actually blow away.

And...

Wait a minute...

What was that? What is it?

No-no, no-no-no-no.

Oh-oh-oh-oh, no-no.

Our kites!

Come back here, kites! [groans]

There was nothing in the weather report about wind today.

Whoa!

Whoa-whoa-whoa-whooooaaa!
