For example: Estée Lauder is in the building I live in; the French President's official residence, the Élysée Palace, is at the other end of the street; and just across another street is "Place de la Concorde."
至於 我 住 的 那個 沒有 暖氣 的 公寓 ， 自從 法國 大革命 之後 則 沒什麼 改變 !

這 情形 在 一般 的 語言 教學 十分 普遍 ， 都 是 過於 強調 語法 和 詞 匯 。
This situation is very common in general language teaching, which overly emphasizes grammar and vocabulary.
對 學生 來說 ， 這 只是 用來 通過 考試 ， 不是 用來 溝通 。
For students, this is just a means to pass exams, not for communication.
只有 那些 有趣 、 有意義 的 東西 ， 才 能 真正 讓 我們 學 有 所得 。
Only those interesting and meaningful things can truly help us learn and gain.
我們 應該 允許 學生 選擇 自己 熟悉 、 感興趣 的 題材 。 （ 悉 ， 悉 知 ）
We should allow students to choose topics they are familiar with and interested in.
