小胖

大概 就 ... 三者 都 有過 。 我 平常 比較 常去 上班 就 騎 摩托車 。

騎 摩托車 ？

小胖

看 我 今天 人 在 哪裡 。 因為 我 上班 的 地方 離 我家 裡 很 遠 ，所以 如果 我 今天 是 「回去 」上班 ，我 就 會 坐 火車 ：自強號 、普悠瑪 。

如果 我 今天 是 「去 」上班 ，我 就 會 騎 摩托車 這樣子 。

回去 上班 ，你 是 說 從 你 的 家鄉 ，回到 你 要 上班 的 那個 城市 ，你 坐 火車 ？

小胖

對 。

然後 如果 是 你 已經 在 那個 城市 了 ，你 就是 ...

小胖

「去 」上班 。

去 上班 ，就是 騎 摩托車 。

小胖

好 ，了解 ！ 你 工作 的 那個 地方 在 哪裡 ？ 在 哪 一個 縣市 ？

小胖

我 在 花蓮 上班 。 然後 我 住 台中 ，所以 幾乎 是 隔 了 一個 中央山脈 ！

家榆

對 ，很遠 ，一個 在 西部 ，一個 在 東部 。 那 我們 先 不 講 你 從 台中 到 花蓮 去 上班 這麼 遠 的 ... 就是 距離 。 那 如果 你 可以 選擇 的話 ，你 覺得 你 可以 接受 的 通勤 時間 是 多久 ？ 從 家裡 到 上班 的 地方 ？ 每天 ， 假設 每天 你 都 要 這樣 子 從家裡 到 上班 的 地方 的話 。

小胖

最長 的 時間 大概 就 十五分鐘 ，我 覺得 。

十五 分鐘 。

小胖

對 ！ 他 是 我 的 底線 ！

家榆

了解 ！ 那 你 平常 習慣 在家裡 先 把 早餐 吃完 ，還是 你 會 買 早餐 ，然後 外帶 去 你 工作 的 地方 吃 ？

小胖

我 會 外帶 去 我 工作 地方 吃 ！ 因為 一方面 就 順路 上 有 早餐 店 ，就 買 一買 。 然後 這樣 我 在家 休息 的 時間 還 可以 變長 。 然後 帶 去 工作 的 地方 吃 ， 也 不會 造成 什麼 別人 的 困擾 ， 就 覺得 這樣 也 蠻 方便 的 。 所以 不會 特別 說出 去 買 早餐 ，買回來 吃 一 吃 ，然後 又 要 去 上班 這樣子 。

那 你 的 工作 時間 多長 ？ 還是 不 一定 ？

小胖

多長 ？ 這個 要看 你 怎麼 問 耶 。 你 的 多長 是 指 一天 下來 嗎 ？

家榆

因為 你 不算 是 普通 的 上班族 ，你 的 工作 比較 特別 。

小胖

對 。

家榆

你 要 不要 跟 大家 介紹 一下 你 在 做 什麼 有趣 的 工作 ？

小胖

我 是 公務員 。 然後 本身 是 在 海巡署 服務 這樣子 。 所以 工作 時間 上 比較 不會 像 一般 的 公務員 ，我 有時候 今天 ，如果 有 什麼 勤務 、專案 、勤務 之類 的 ，我 就 會 在 海上 待 五 到 七 天 。

都 在 海上 ？

小胖

對 ！ 那個 幾乎 是 二十四 小時 待命 。

家榆

好 ，歡迎 大家 回來 ，不 知道 你 能 不能 全部 聽懂 剛才 的 對話 ？ 我 問 小胖 的 第一個 問題 是 ：你 平常 是 怎麼 去 上班 的 ？ 小胖 的 回答 比較 複雜 。 他 說 ，因為 他 的 家鄉 ，家鄉 就是 他 從小 出生 、長大 的 地方 。 因爲 他 的 家鄉 離 他 上班 的 縣市 很遠 ， 離 他 要 上班 的 城市 很遠 ， 一個 在 台 中 、 一個 在 花蓮 。 台 中 在 台灣 的 西部 ， 花蓮 在 台灣 的 東部 ， 兩個 縣市 之間 隔著 一個 中央山脈 。 中央山脈 ，很多 山 連在一起 就 會 變成 山脈 ，那 中央山脈 是 在 台灣 中間 一條 很長 的 山脈 ，它 把 台灣 分成 了 東邊 和 西邊 。

小胖 說 ，因為 從 台中 到 花蓮 的 距離 很 遠 ，所以 他 如果 要 回 花蓮 上班 ，他 會 搭 火車 。 他 搭 的 火車 類型 有 兩個 ：自強號 和 普悠瑪 。

這裡 ，讓 我們 來 認識 一下 台灣 的 火車 系統 ，認識 一下 台灣 的 火車 。

台灣 的 火車 ，分成 台鐵 和 高鐵 。 台鐵 的 速度 比較 慢 ，高鐵 的 速度 比較 快 。 但是 ，高鐵 只有 在 台灣 的 西部 才 有 ，東部 是 沒有 高鐵 的 ，只有 台鐵 。 所以 小胖 要 從 西部 的 台中 ，回到 東部 的 花蓮 ，只能 坐 台鐵 。

在 台鐵 中 ，又 有 很多 不同 類型 的 火車 。

其中 ，最慢 的 是 區間車 。 區間車 就是 每 一站 都 會 停 的 火車 ，他 的 火車 顏色 是 藍色 的 。 區間車 上 的 座位 也 比較 少 ，大家 通常 都 是 用 站 的 ，因為 很 少 有 人 會 搭 區間車 去 非 常 遠 的 地方 。

區間車 後 ，第二 快 的 是 莒光號 。 莒光 號的 速度 比 區間車 快 一點 ，而且 不是 每 一站 都 會 停 ，有 一些 太 小 的 站 就 不會 停 。 他 的 火車 顏色 是 橘色 的 。

莒光 號

莒光 號 再 上去 ，是 自強 號 。 自強號 的 速度 又 更 快 了 ，通常 只會 停 大 城市 ，像是 台北 、台中 、高雄 這種 人口 很多 的 都市 。 他 的 火車 顏色 是 紅色 的 。

自強號

那 不 知道 大家 會 不會 好奇 ，為 什麼 台灣 火車 的 名字 這麼 奇怪 ，為什麼 要 叫 莒光 號 、自強 號 ？ 聽起來 ，跟 火車 快 不快 一點 關係 也 沒有 ，為什麼 會 取 這些 名字 呢 ？ 其實 ，這個 也 跟 台灣 的 歷史 有 關係 ！

莒光 號 的 由來 ，是 在 以前 ，台灣 的 政府 為了 要 對抗 中國 當時 的 「文化大革命 」，才 取名 叫做 莒光 號 。 什麼 是 文化大革命 呢 ？ 這是 中國 很 重要 的 一段 歷史 ，我 相信 你們 一定 都 有 聽過 ，簡單 來說 ，文化大革命 的 時候 ，大家 覺得 中國 傳統 的 知識 、想法 都 很 不好 ，所以 想要 把 這些 東西 丟掉 。 你們 應該 知道 我 在 說 什麼 ，因為 這段 歷史 很 複雜 ，大家 如果 有 興趣 ，可以 自己 去 查 資料 。 好 ，所以 莒光 號 這個 名字 ，是 台灣 的 政府 為了 反對 文化大革命 才 有 的 ，那 自強 號 呢 ？

自強號 的 由來 ，是 在 1971年 ，台灣 （中華民國 ）因為 和 中國 的 政治 問題 ，退出 聯合國 。 那 退出 聯合國 後 ，當時 的 總統 蔣介石 就 說 我們 退出 聯合國 了 ，現在 我們 要 自立自強 ，意思 就是 自己 靠 自己 ，不 靠 別人 、不 依靠 別人 ，所以 ，就 把 火車 的 名字 取名 為 「自強號 」。 這 就是 自強號 和 莒光 號 兩個 名字 的 由來 ，我 覺得 蠻 有趣 的 ，跟 大家 分享 。

好 ，那 你 可能 會 問 ，有 比 自強號 更 快 的 火車 嗎 ？ 有 ！ 他 的 名字 叫做 普悠瑪 。 普悠瑪 是 最新 類型 的 火車 ，所以 他 的 設備 比較 新 ，坐 起來 也 比較 舒服 ，不過 他 停 的 站 就 更 少 了 ，只有 非常 重要 的 大 車站 才 會 停 。 一般來說 ，如果 你 想 去 台灣 的 東部 旅遊 ，都 會 坐 普悠瑪 。

那 我 覺得 ，台灣 的 火車 、大眾 交通工具 還有 一個 有趣 的 特色 ，這個 在 其他 國家 不 一定 有 ，就是 我們 的 車上 廣播 有 四種 語言 ，這 四種 語言 是 ：中文 、台語 （閩南語 ）、客家話 ，還有 英文 。 所以 你 在 台灣 ，聽 廣播 的 時 後 ，會 聽到 沒聽過 的 語言 。 甚至 ，有 一些 地方 ，觀光客 比較 多 ，還會 有 日文 ！ 好 ，我 播放 一下 台灣 火車 上 的 廣播 ，這個 廣播 是 火車 到 台 中 的 廣播 ，大家 聽聽看 ！

「下 一站 ，台 中 。 ... 」

好 ，不 知道 大家 剛剛 有沒有 聽到 四種 不同 的 語言 。 這 就是 台灣 的 火車 系統 ，跟 大家 簡單 介紹 一下 ，希望 能 對 你 來 台灣 旅行 有 幫助 。 那 如果 你 已經 住 在 台灣 很 久 了 ，應該 非常 了解 這些 東西 。 好 ，讓 我們 繼續 看 下去 ！

我問 小胖 的 第二個 問題 是 他 可以 接受 的 通勤 時間 是 多久 ？ 小胖 說 ，如果 可以 選擇 的話 ，他 覺得 十五分鐘 是 他 的 底線 ，意思 就是 超過 十五分鐘 ，他 就 覺得 不行 了 ，就 不能 接受 了 。 底線 就是 一個 人 可以 接受 的 最低 或 最高 程度 。 比如說 ， 你 是 一個 脾氣 很 好 的 人 ， 你 是 一個 不 容易 生氣 的 人 ， 你 覺得 如果 有人 對 你 開玩笑 ， 沒有 關係 ， 你 不會 生氣 ， 但是 如果 有人 對 你 的 家人 開玩笑 ， 你 就 不能 接受 了 ， 你 會 生氣 ， 那 你 就 可以 說 ：

「你 可以 對 我 開玩笑 ，但是 請 不 要 說 到 我 的 家人 ，這是 我 的 底線 。」

如果 你 今天 踩到 了 一個 人 的 底線 ，那 就是 你 做 了 他 不能 接受 的 事情 。 比如 ，你 可以 說 ：

「注意 你 說話 的 態度 ，你 已經 踩到 我 的 底線 了 ！ 」

我問 小胖 的 第三個 問題 是 他 習慣 在 家裡 吃 早餐 還是 外帶 去 工作 的 地方 吃 ？ 小胖 說 ，他 會 外帶 去 工作 的 地方 吃 。 他 說 在 去 工作 的 路上 ，就 會 順路 買 早餐 。 順路 ，意思 就是 不麻煩 ，在 你 去 工作 的 路上 ，剛好 旁邊 就 有 早餐店 ，所以 你 買 了 早餐 ，就 可以 順路去 上班 ，很 方便 。 順路 ，是 一個 非常 生活 、非常 好用 的 詞語 ，大家 一定 要 學 起來 。 比如 ，你 打電話 給 你 的 老婆 ，你 希望 她 在 回家 的 路上 去 買 牛奶 ，因為 家裡 沒 有 牛奶 了 ，你 就 可以 說 ：

「你 今天 下班 的 時候 可以 順路 去 幫 我 買 牛奶 嗎 ？ 」（在 回家 的 路上 ，順便 買 牛奶 。 ）

或是 ，你 今天 車子 壞 了 ，你 想要 請 你 的 朋友 載 你 回家 ，你 就 可以 說 ：

「不好意思 ，我 的 車子 壞 了 ，不 知道 你 回家 的 時候 方不方便 載 我 ，如果 順路 的話 ，沒有 順路 的話 也 沒關係 ！ 」

好 ，再來 ，小胖 也 說 ，他 的 工作 比較 特別 ，他 不是 普通 的 上班族 ，他 是 公務員 。 公務員 ，就是 幫 一個 國家 的 政府 工作 的 人 。 在 前 一集 的 介紹 中 ，我 跟 大家 說過 ，小胖 的 工作 是 海巡 ，海巡 也 是 公務員 的 一種 。 那 小胖 說 ，因爲 工作 特別 ，所以 他 不 像 一般 的 人 ，上班 時間 固定 ，他 上班 的 時間 比較 浮動 ，而且 有 時候 ，如果 有 勤務 ，或是 專案 ，就是 一些 特別 的 任務 ，他 就 要 二十四 小時 待命 。 待命 的 意思 就是 做好 準備 ，如果 有 問題 發生 ，你 就 要 出現 。 就是 你 在 你 上班 的 地方 ，等待 ，等 問題 、等 事情 發生 ，這 就是 待命 。 比如 ，你 可以 說 ：

「為了 這次 的 遊行 ，許多 警察 被 叫 回去 上班 ，隨時 待命 ，以 確保 遊行 民眾 的 安全 。」
