今日 も 皆さん 4 枚 で くださ いました ありがとう ございます

今日 は です ね 事実 と は 保存 先 を 増やして いく こと と いう 外伝

ん ね ちょっと しね あの 紹介 し たい 資料 が ある んです ね

先日 の ある 文章 を 読んで た んです けれども

心理 学者 の 売れねえ ブラウン さん という 方 が おられまして

この 方 です ね あの いろんな 研究 を さ れて いる そう なんです けれども

18歳 から 87歳 まで も 様々な 立場 に 置かれた

世界中 の 人達 の 体験談

を 10 年 以上 に わたって 聞き取り

人間 の 行動 パターン を 調べた せる んです ね

で 彼女 の 膨大な データ が 指名 していた の は どれ だけ 弱点 が あって も

強風 に 恵まれ なくて も

そのような こと に は 関係なく 生き生き と 充実 した 人生 を 送って いる 人 たち が 世界中 に

いる と いう こと なんです

どん だけ 恵まれ なくて も どんな 環境 であって も イキイキ と 言ってる 人 が 世界中 に

たくさん い

で そのような 人 たち の

唯一 共通 して 立っ

もの が ある そうです 共通 点 それ は 何 だった か と いう と

自分 は ありのままで 愛さ れる 価値 が ある と 信じて いる と いう こと な ん です よ ね

つまり どれ だけ 恵まれ ない 環境 であって どれ だけ 劣悪な 環境 であっても 生き生きと

暮らして る 人 は やっぱり いて

で その 人たち の 共通点 という の は 自分 は 猫 の 3 このまま で 愛される 価値 が ある って 心の

底 から 信じて いる って いう こと だった んだ そう

この データ を 見た 時 に あ やっぱり お 釈迦様 の おっしゃる

教え は 正しい 7

こういう 研究 が です ね

仏教 が 伝えて いた こと が 後 の 研究 で ご 立証 さ れて いる ような 私 は 思い に なり まして

と いい ます の も お 釈迦 様 が

書かれた 根本 心理 は です ね

天上 天下 唯我独尊

天上 天下 唯 我 独走

改めて ご 説明 し ます と お 釈迦様 が 生まれて です ね

生まれて すぐ です よ 75 歩いて 上 と 下 を 指して 天上 天下 唯 我 と 区 新 砂 気 に なって です ね

嘘 なって 思う んです けど ね

そんな はず ない だろ って 思う んです よ

なんで そんな エピソード が 続いて いる の か って いう の は やっぱり です ね 後 の お弟子さん

たち が

お 釈迦 様 は この 言葉 を 伝える ため に このように 王 稀に なった ん だって 思った から

誕生 秘話 と して この 天上 天下 唯我独尊 を

付 な と 私 は 思って いる んです ね だ から 根本 心理 だ と 思って る んです

で 改めて その 言葉 の 説明 を 言い ます と 天上 天下 つまり この上 に も 下 に も その 世界中

一 番 とうとう いい の は 自分 自身 である って いう

教え です

それ は お 釈迦 さん だけ が 一番 偉い って 言ってる わけじゃなくて あなた ん あなた も あなた

も あなた に とって みれば 世界中 で 一 番 頭 と いう の は あなた です よね

と いう 意味 ん

この 唯我独尊 独 尊 と いう 教え を 本当の 意味 で 理解 できた ならば 自分 と 同じ よう に人 の

こと も 大切に できる これ が 天上 天下 唯我独尊 教える と 私 は 理解 してる んです ね

やっぱり この データ も あり ます けれども 自分 の こと を 愛する って 事 が どれ だけ 大切 か と

いう こと です

そして 一人 の 人間 人間 だけ じゃないです ね

一つ の 命 それ は 平等 に 尊い

って いう こと だ と 思い ます

曼荼羅 が あり ます ね まんだろう と いう の は 1 枚 の 絵 の 中 に たくさん 解い 様 を 描かれて

ます が

一つ として 同じ 姿 は あり ませ ん

だけども 中心 に は 必ず 大日如来 さん が 描かれて いまして

その 命 は 大日如来 さん の 命 を 受け継いで いる

命 である つまり 同等に 等しく 尊い 命 である と いう こと を

あの 頭 の 中 で 表してる わけです ね

姿形 が 違って も

尊 さ は 変わら ない つまり これ は

者 別 差別 と 書きます が 仏教 用語 で 者 別

多様性 を 表す 言葉 です

多様性 を 保ち ながら そして 量 と 等しく 尊いたり の を 磨いている のが 仏教 の 教え なんです

ね で あの を 思う の が です ね ええ 最近 問題 に なって ます 児童 虐待 の 話 です よ

みあちゃ ん の 事件 ありました ね ライブ ちょっと 前 に なります けれども 本当に 心 グルー

心 が 痛い 事件 が ありました

食べ物 を 与え ず に 0水 を 浴びせて 死 に 至らしめた と いう 事件 です ね

衝撃 でした あれ を 聞いた 時 で すね で あの 時 です ね その 虐待 の 疑い が ある

2自宅 に 帰した 児童 相談所 に ものすごく バッシング が いきました ね 私 も そう 思いました

これ は ちょっと まずい 10 ね 対応 だった んじゃないか な と 思った んです が

ところが です ね あの いろいろ 調べて いきます と 児童 相談所 の

人 で

全く 足りて ない そうです ね

10 年間 で 10 年 前 に 比べて それ こそ 10 倍 以上

ものすごい たくさんの 虐待 の 件数 が ある そうです そして 法律 で 決まっている そうです

けれども 警察 から 通報 が 入ります ね 児童 相談所 に 虐待 の 可能性 が あります

そ したら 48 時間 以内 だった と 思い ます が

必ず 安否 を 確認 し なきゃ いけない と いう 法律 が ある そうです

でも ん

だいたい 平均 して 一人 の 職員 が 70 件 ぐらい の

児童 虐待 の 案件 を 受け持って る んです それ に 付け加えて そう やって いっ

突発 的に そういう 通報 が 入って きたら

案件 を 確認 し なきゃ いけない

とても じゃ ない けれども

対応 でき ないで すね だ から 児童 相談 所 だけ に この 問題 を 押し付ける の は 違う と 思います

やっぱり 虐待 自体 を 減らして いか なければ いけない

で 先ほど の 天上天下 唯我独尊 に 戻り ます けれども

子供 を

そういう ふうに

感じて ほしかった な と 思う んです

親 の 所有物 じゃ ない です ね 子供 という の は

確かに 何も でき ない こと 親 が 教えて いきます 上下 関係 の ように 勘違い して しまい ます

けれども

命 の 尊さ と いう 意味 で は 親 であっても 子供 であっても 等しく 尊い わけです ね

その 尊重 の 中 で

子育て が 行わ れ なければ いけない と 私 は 思って いる んです

でも 親 は です ね 当然 この こう こういうふうに 育て たい

ねば なら ない の 呪縛 です ここ でも

こう で なければ ならない この 子 立派に 育て なきゃ いけない

そういう 真面目な お 父さん お母さん ほど

その こだわり と いう の が 強く なって きます ね

で そう ならない 現実 に 苛立ち

やはり その 思い通りに ならない の が 時として 俵 峰 力 という 形 で 表れて しまう こと が ある

の か な と 思う んです ね でも 忘れて は いけない の は 等しく 平等に 尊い 命 である と いう こと

です

立場 で

人 の 価値 は

変わら ない

上司 であれ 部下 である

どんな 立場 で は ね

とうとう さ は 変わら ない わけです ね それ を

ちゃんと 理解 して おか なければ いけない 我々 は

何 か です ね こう 名刺 を いただいた とき に パッと 肩書き に 目 が いって しまったり し ます

その 人 を その 立場 と か チート か

どういう 身なり と か そういう こと で 判断 して しまう こと が 多々 あり ます

でも トート 三

一 人 の 命 と いう 尊さ としては 変わらない んだ と いう こと を やっぱり あの は 買って こ

なきゃ いけない な と 思う んです ね

で この 世の中 が どんどん 行きづらく なって いる ような 気 が し ます

虐待 の 増えて いる 件数 を 考えて みて も 何で 虐待 が 増える か

今 申し上げました ように 閉鎖的な 空間 だ から だ と 思う んです

子育て の 空間 が

昔 は 大 家族 で そして 地域 と の つながり も あって 分からない こと が あったら 両親 に 聞い

たり

おじさん おばさん キー たい 地域 の 人 に 聞いたり し ます よね 子育て で これ は 彼ら へん ねん

って 言う こと を 聞けた でも そういう つながり が 今 ない

マンション の 中 で 子供 と 二人 きり れ

この 高 立派に 育て なきゃ いけない という プレッシャー だけ 抱えて いっ

弱 さ を と 外 に 出せ ないで すね こう で なければ ならない と いう 思い が 強ければ 強い ほど

その 思い と いう の は 生き づらさ と なって 現れて きます

で 今 少し 申し上げ ました けど もう 一つ の 生きづらさ の 原因 は

弱 さ を 外 に 出せない と いう こと だ と 思う んです ね

考えて みれば 昔 は です ね 今 以上 に

もの も ない し お金 も ない し みんな 貧乏 だった と 思う んです ね

運転

ある 程度 ご 年齢 の 方 は

学 頷いて ください ました

そう やそう や と 本当に 地域 の 共同体 隣保って 言われる ような 地域 の つながり が あって

困った とき は お互い様

寝たり ない もの を 工面 し ながら

つながり って いう の が 生き延びる 手段 に なってた と 思う んです

ところが 便利 に なって そして 経済的に 豊かに なった こと に よって その つながり は

煩わしさ と いう こと の ほうが 大きく なって きて しまった

人間 関係 技 らしい です よ ね

嫌な 人 と 難しい 人 と 顔 を 合わせる ので

て やら ないで すかね 四苦八苦 の 一つ 怨憎 会 苦 で すね 会い たく ない 人 と 会わ なきゃ いけ

ない と いう 苦し み が あります で そういう 意味 で は 便利に なって いま

インターネット を 使えば ね 一 歩 も 外 に 入れ ず に 買い物 できて しまう

です よ

だから 誰 に も かかわらず 誰 と も 関わらなくて も

1提携 て しまう お金 さえ あれば

じゃあ お 金 ない 人 は どう です か

お 金 ない 人 は 行き づらい です よ これ

今 まで あれ か して 助けて って 言えた

つながり が ない んです よ

だから 孤立 して いく と 思って る んです 私

で そういう 社会 ね つながり を 失って しまった 今 の 社会 の 自立 の 意味 って いう の は 変わっ

てき てる んじゃ ない か な と

も です

自立 という の は

どう でしょう 皆さん の 中 で 誰 に も 迷惑 かけ ず

誰 に も 世話 に なら ずに 生きて いく こと が 事実 だ と 思っている こと ある んじゃないか な と

思い ます

自分 の 弱さ を 出して 助けて ください って 言う こと が どこか 恥ずかしい こと だ と 思ってる

恥ずかしくて 言い 出せ ない お金 ない んです

困って る んです って いう こと が 言い出せ ない ような 世の中 に なって きて ません かね

で 今日 紹介 し たい んです けども 精神 科 医 の ワタナベトシヒコ さん という 方 が ええ

文章 を 書いて おられた んです が ちょっと 読ま せて いただきます ね

自立 と は

依存 し ない こと で は なく

依存 先 を

増やして いく こと だ

歯 を 食いしばって 誰 に も 泣き言 を 言わ ず に 一人 で 頑張る こと が 事実 で は ない

できる だけ サポーター を たくさん 作る こと こそ が 本当の 自立 な んです

そして 最大 の 自傷行為 は 何か と いう と

助け を 求め ない こと なんです って おっしゃって たんです

なるほど なって 思い ました 事実 って なんか 何も 依存 し ない こと が 事実 だ と なんか の 感じ

が もう

そんな 感じ ます ね 自分 で 立つ みたいな

でも そう じゃ ない んだ よって この 先生 おっしゃって て

頼れる ところ を どんどん 増やして いく と いう こと が 実は 自分 を 守る こと でも あり 色んな

リスト カット と か 色々な 自分 を 傷つける 行為 あり ます けれども

最大 の 自傷行為 は 助け を 求めない こと だって

自分 で 閉じこもって しまう こと だって 言って るんです ね

で あの クマ 切ら 製作 所 と いう ところ が 出して いる 抜粋 の 綴り と いう 本 が あり ます

私 好き で これ よく 読む んです けれども その 中 で です ね 主婦 の 方

城田 泉 さん という 方 の 文章 が 載って たんです ね

で この 方 の 投稿 いい なって 思った の が です ね

その 3 歳 の お子さん が おられる たそう なんです ね

で ようちえん です かね 親子 えんそく が あって 楽しく 動物園 か なんか 言って で 帰り に 駅 駅 の 構内 で 急に 子供 が 走り出して 引っ張られて

で 階段 の 上 から この ゲル 主人

右 足 を です ね

大きな 経過 を して しまった んです ね で 接骨院 に 行って

まあ 骨折 まで は 行か なかった んです けれども 全治 2 週間 です

エアー 3 週間 か な ちょっと 大変な こと に なって しまう

先生 に ちゃんと 安静に して なきゃ だめです よね なきゃ いけません よって 言われて それを

聞き ながら そんな いう たって 誰 が 火事 すん ねん

こんな ちっちゃい こと も いて

私 が やる しか ない やんか と 思い ながら 書いた そうです

で やっぱり 無理 し ながら ね 松葉杖 吐き ながら いろんな こと を 感じて いる

1 週間 後 また 方針 に 行った 時 に

受信 に 行った 時 に です ね 先生 が ちゃんと 安静に してます

聞か れた そう な んです ね

や 先制 点

安静に して って 言い ます けど

まだ 息子 3 歳 なんです

私 が 家事 し なかったら 誰 が する んですか って 言った そうです

ため 先生 が ね その メモトルエン を 置いて

これ は ね

あなた に 対して の メッセージ です よこ の 気 が 張って

ね あなた の 専業主婦 だ から 家事 を 完璧に こなして こそ 自分 の 存在価値 が ある と 思って

確かに そう 思って い ます

お母さん は いる だけ で

十分な んです

何 を し なくて も そこ に いて くれる だけ で

大切な 存在 な んです よ

自分 の こと を もっと 大切に して ください

これ は けが を した と いう こと は そういう メッセージ な んです

もし 約束 守ら なかった 今度 左 足 経過 し ます よ

で 夕方 お 風呂 も 準備 せ ない かなって 思った とき に

タオル よ ね あの お 風呂 まで 運ぶ と いう 引き出し を 開けた 時 に ふと ね 先生 の 言葉 が

よみがえって

その お 子 さん ね 息子 さん に ちょっと って この タオル を 運んで くれる

足 が 痛くて 困って る の って 言ったら もう その他 オロパ と ね と って

だ 後 走って 言う も ター って 帰って 来て まあまあ 助かる 助かる って 効く そうです ね 笑顔 で

a助かる よ +金 よって ありがとう って 言って 抱きしめた って

お 願い って いう そ の 一言 だけ で

こんなに

私 も この 子 も 笑顔 に なれる こと が あるん や なって

その 時 初めて 気 が 付いた

頼ら なかった の は して くれ ない して くれ ない って グチグチ 思い ながら 私 だけ 犠牲 に なっ

て 私 の

二世 の もと に この 家庭 の 幸せ が 築かれている 自分 の 乳 自己犠牲 の 思い で 過ごした そう

でも そう じゃ なかった 私 が 頼る こと を して なかった んだ と いう こと に 気 が ついた そう な

んです ね

で ご主人 も 帰ってきたら 家事 を 手伝って くれる ように なった

最 後 こう や って 締めくくって る んです

生きて いく 上 で は やむ を 得ない

我慢 や 妥協 も 確かに ある

けれども

自分 の 気持ち に 嘘 を ついて まで 人 に 与える 優しさ が 果たして 本当の 優しさ と いえる

だろう か

まずは 自分 自身 を 大切に する こと

すると 心 に ゆとり が でき 我慢 で は ない

自然 で 温かい 本当の 優しさ で 人 と 接する こと が できる ので は ない だろう か

って 書いて あった んです ね

頼ら れる と おろし 嬉しい んです よ ね

私 は 最近 お 伝え して いる の は みなさん 厚かましく 生きて いきましょう ね

あの 一方的に それ が 迷惑だ と 思わずに 頼って みたら いい と 思う んだ って 打つ だけ じゃ

すいません 仏壇 は する こと 便 は けど と 思ってた んです か って 聞きたく なる んです けれど

も その 祈る

対象 持たせる こと に も なる し そして 頼られて お願いされて うれしい こと も たくさん ある

はず

そう じゃ なく を 持って ませ ん

息子 と が 孫 に 命 を かけたら なんか こんな こと 恥ずかしい し

もう

な も 良い 音 と こって 言って

すませて いる こと ないで す かね
