ep.140/謹賀新年 ！今年 に ついて 色々 (2)

なんか 気づいたら どんどん 歳 を とって きて 、

時々 自分 の 年齢 と やりたい こと とか を 考える と 絶望感 の 渦 に 巻き込まれる んです が 、でも 3年後 同じ こと 考えた 時 、3年 前 だったら あんなに 若かった とかって 感じる んです よ 、絶対 。 今 が ね 、この 瞬間 が 一番 若くて 、一番 時間 が まだ たっぷり ある ので ね 、

なりたい 自分 に 向けて 今年 も 色々 頑張りたい と 思います 。 皆さん の 今年 の 目標 、抱負 は 何 です か ？

友達 や 知り合い に 新年 の 挨拶 メール や テキスト を 送った んです が 、皆 の 今年 の 目標 も 色々 聞いて 、とても 良い 刺激 に なりました 。 目標 や 抱負 、自分 の 中 だけ に 留めて いないで 誰 か に 言うって 、とっても 大事です よね 。 そして 他の 人 から 聞く の も 大事 だ なって 思いました 。 皆 で シェア して 皆 で 刺激 し あって 良い 1 年 に して いきたい です ね 。 ★やりたい こと リスト 100 --- 今年 も やりたい こと リスト 100 を 考えました 。 まず 去年 2020 年 の 分 の 結果 発表 しましょう か 。 私 は 1 年間 に やりたい こと を 100 個 リストアップ して 年末 に 数える って やっている んです が 、去年 の 達成 数 は …47 個 でした 。 この 数 を 聞いて 皆さん が どう 受け取る か は わかりません が 、私的に は 、過去 最高です ！ 本当に チョコチョコ した どうでも いい 事 を リスト に 入れてる んです が 、なかなか 達成 できない んです よ 。

去年 も 自粛 生活 で 時間 が あった はずな のに 全然 達成 できて なくて 、

年末 、12月 に 追い込み で たくさん 達成 した という 、ちょっと ズル した 感 は 否めません が 、それでも 達成 は 達成 です から ね 。 イェーイ 。 頑張った 自分 ！

特に 、コーヒー ゼリー 。 知る 人 ぞ 知る 、もう 3 年 前 から ずっと リスト に 入っている のに なかなか 作れなかった コーヒー ゼリー を なんと 作った んです よ 。

あと ね 、白玉 団子 。

これ も 、白玉粉 を ゲット して 、あんこ の 缶詰 も ゲット して 、本当に ただ 作る だけ だった のに 何故 か 行動 に 移せ ず …だった のを 、

ついに 作れた ん です よ ー 。

モチ モチ で めっちゃ 美味しかった です ー 。 って いう か 作った の 大晦日 。 ウケ る 、ギリギリ 達成 。

そんな 念願 の 項目 も 含め 、たくさん 達成 できました 。 ただ ね 、追い込み で 年末 に 一気に やろう と して 、

あー 無理だ ーって なって 達成 でき なかった もの も ある ん です よ 。 例えば 「新しい メキシカンレストラン を 5 箇所 開拓 する 」って いう 項目 が あった んです が 、私たち 夫婦 タコス とか メキシコ料理 好きです が 、結局 いつも 行く 好きな レストラン が ある から 、それ以外 は あまり 行かない んです よね 。 で 、 年 末 行こうって 考えて も 、 そう 連続 で メキシカン を 食べる 気 に も ならない し 、 私 たち の 歳 を 重ねて きた 胃腸 に は 連続 メキシカン は キツ く 、 結局 未 達成 と なって しまいました 。 あと は 美味しい って 噂 の ケーキ屋 の ケーキ を 食べる って いう の も あって 、クリスマス そこ の ケーキ とも 考えた んです が 、色々な 兼ね合い で 食べ ず 、年末 29日 に その ケーキ屋 の 近く に 行く 予定 が あって 、1年 の ご褒美 で 買おう ！ って ルンルン して た のに 、

なんと その ケーキ 屋 が 既に 年末 休み に 入っていた と いう ね 。

切なかった なぁ 。

そう 、このように 、最後に まとめて やるって いう のに も 限界 が ある と いうこと が 、今回 はっきり わかりました ので 、今年 2021年 は できるだけ 溜め込ま ず 、達成して いきたい です 。 ちなみに 、今年 も 去年 と 同じ システム を 取り入れて いまして 、

「やりたい こと リスト 100 」で は ある んです が 、現時点 で 60 個 しか リストアップ していません 。 というのも 私 たち 夫婦 は 毎年 夫 の 仕事 の 区切り である 夏 を 境 に 生活 スタイル が 大きく 変化 する 可能性 が ある って いう の も です し 、なんと言っても コロナ が どう なる か わから ない で す から ね 。 残り 40 個 は 、半年 経った 6月 末 や 7月 頭 あたり に 追加 する 予定 です 。

今 ある 60 個 に は お出かけ 系 の やりたい こと や 行きたい ところ なんて 全然 入れて ない ので 、今年 後半 、事態 が 終息 していれば そういった 項目 も 追加 したい なって 思います 。 私 の やりたい こと リスト 100 は 4989 American Life の ウェブページ に 毎年 載せて います 。 いや ー 、 皆さん に シェア する ほど の 素敵な 項目 は 全然ない ん です が 、

寧 ろ 今年 も 、そんな の 今 すぐ やり なさい よ 。 今 すぐ 買い なさい よって いう 物 が 沢山 あります が 、まあ 、私 の 100 リスト は いつも そんな 感じ です 。 今回 の エピソード の アップ した 同じ 週 に は 遅く とも 今年 の リスト を 載せて おきます ので 、ご 興味 の ある 方 、覗いて みて ください 。 皆さん は やりたい こと リスト と か 作ります か ？ よく 死ぬ まで に やりたい こと リスト 、バケットリスト とか あります よね 。 あれ も 私 作りたい んです けど 、バケットリスト は 結構 大きな やつ でしょ 。 オーロラ を 見る と か 、ナイル 川 で 水浴び を する と か 。

私 だったら 何 か なぁ 。

やっぱり 行きたい ところ とか が 多く なる かなぁ 。 マチュピチュ に 行きたい と か 。 ファーストクラス で 旅行 と か 。 わ ー 夢 。

パラシュート 体験 と か ？ 全国 区 の なんか の 雑誌 に 写真 付き で 載る とか 。

考える と 楽しい です ね 。

大きな 夢 の リスト から 、 私 の ような 1 年 ごと の 小さな リスト など 色々人 それぞれ だ と 思います が 、 こんな 項目 ある よ ー なんて いう もの が あれば 是非 是非 教えて ください 。 今年 の 目標 は 去年 超え 。

少なくとも 48 個 達成 する よう に 頑張る ぞ ー ！

はい 、最後に 今年 の この 4989 AmericanLife に ついて です 。

今年 も ポッドキャスト は 特に 変わる こと なく 続けて 行きたい と 思って います 。 この ポッドキャスト 、驚く べき こと に 2018 年 から スタート して 丸 3 年 経過 して 、4 年目 に 突入 します 。 ヤバ くない です か ？ 私 の 継続 力 。

色んな こと に 興味 が あり 過ぎる のが 私 の 長所 でも あり 短所 で も ある と 自覚 していて 、とりあえず 手 を 出して みる けど 続かない とかって こと も 多い んです 。

そんな 私 が 、こんなに 長く 、しかも 毎週 という 更新 ペース を 守って いる の が 信じられない 。 間違い なく 、聞いて くださって いる リスナー の 皆様 が いる から です 。

いつも 本当に ありがとう ございます 。

いや ー 、3 年 です よ 。 毎週 です よ 。 すごく ない ？ 私 。

去年 に 至って は 1 回 しか お 休み して ない んです よ 。 すごく ない 。 なかなか ね 、普段 誇れる もの が ない 私 です が 、4989 継続 できている こと は めっちゃ 誇れます 。 誇って いい ところ です よ ね ？

普段 自分 に 自信 が ない 私 です が 、こりゃ 、自信 に 繋がってます 。 ありがとう ございます 。

今年 の ポッドキャスト 的な 目標 と しては 、何か 企画 モノ を したい です ね 。 リスナー さん 参加 型 の 何 か 。

まあ 参加 して くださる 方 が どの くらい いるか が 問題 です けど 。 何 か プレゼント 企画 と かしたい ！ それ から もっと リスナー さん の 数 を 増やしたい です ！ どう すれば いい んです か ね 。

って 皆さん に 聞く なって 話 です けど 、何か アドバイス が あれば 、是非是非 ご 教授 ください 。

どうしても ね 、日本 で は ポッドキャスト は まだまだ 人気 で は ない と いう か 、根本的な 問題 も あります か ね 。 でも ね 、聴いて くださって いる 皆さん なら わかる と 思う んです が 、

YouTubeと か の 動画 で は なくて 、音声 だけ の ポッドキャスト って いい です よね 。 私 も ポッドキャスト 大好きな んです が 、

何 か して いる 時 、お 料理 を して いる 時 、お 掃除 を して いる 時 、運転 して いる 時 に 聞く のに 最適です よね 。

そして 、この 4989 の リスナー さん で たま 居る のが 、寝る とき に 聴いてます ーって 方 。 私 の 声 うるさい って 良く 言わ れ る から 、よく 寝る 時 なんか に 聴ける ね って 感じ です けど 、意外に いる んです よ ね 。 でも そう 、目 を 閉じて て も 聴ける し ね 。

日本 は ラジオ 文化 も 結構 ある と 思う し 、需要 は ある と 思う んだ けど 、

まあ 、 こういった 私 の 日常 生活 を ただ 話してるって いう 内容 が あれ な の か な ー 。 でも こういう どう でも いい 内容 だ から 気軽に 聴けるって いう 声 も ある の も 事実 な ん です よ ね ー 。 なんか もっと 面白い コーナー と か 作ったら いい んです かね 。

毎週 聴き たく なる ような 、連続 モノ の 恋愛 殺人 ストーリー みたいな の を やって みる とか 。 それ は 無理 か 。

あ 、でも よく ない です か ？

私 は お 話 考えられない けど 、小説 家 の 卵 の 方 とか と コラボ する とか ！ やばい 、名案 が 空 から 降って きた 。 いい かも 。

はい 、自分 の 作った お話 を 世の中 に 広めたい と いう 方 、もしも 聴いて らし たら ご 連絡 ください 。 もしくは ね 、知り合い に 小説家 目指して いる 人 が いる と いう 方 、ぜひ ご 紹介 ください 。

ジャンル は ね 、私 が 刑事 モノ 、探偵 モノ 、ミステリー 全般 が 好きな ので 、そういう の が いい な ー 。

いつか 実現 したい です ね 。 ワクワク して きた 。

あと は ポッドキャスト って いう 響き が 日本 人 に は 馴染み が 無 さ 過ぎる の か な と も 思って て 、いや 、ポッドキャスト は ポッドキャスト です けど 、他の ポッドキャスター さん を みている と 、「インターネット ラジオ 」とか 「個人 ラジオ 」とか って 宣伝 という か ポッドキャスト を 説明して て 、 おお なるほど なって 思います 。 まあ 本当の ラジオ で は ない んです けど 、ラジオって いう 方が わかりやすい の か なぁ 。 って いう か 、ラジオ って 言って いい の か ？ と か その辺 も わから ない んです が 、どう な んですか ね 。

そして 4989 の ポッドキャスト と は 別で 、新しい プロジェクト の スタート を 控えて おります ！ 本当 は この 年 初め の エピソード で ババーン と 紹介 し たかった んです が 、間に合いません でした ー 。 この 4989 です ね 、ありがたい こと に 日本語 を 勉強 して いる 日本人 以外 の リスナー さん も 多く いらして 、

4989スタート 時 に は 全く 想像 して いなかった こと で すごく びっくり している んです が 、

何 か 、日本語 を 勉強 して いる 皆さん に もっと アプローチ でき ない か と ずっと 思って いました 。 というのも 、皆さん 聴いて お 分かり の とおり 、この ポッドキャスト 100％ 日本 語 な んです よ 。 元々 日本 人 向け な んで 。

そして 私 普通 に 喋ってる ので 、スピード も 普通だし 、スラング とか は それ 程 使う 方 で は ないです けど 、言葉 を 略したり 、私の 癖 と いうか 、ヘンテコ な 言い回し したり 。

だから 、この ポッドキャスト を 楽しめる 日本語 が 母国語 で は ない 人 って 、相当 ハイレベルな 人 なんです よね 。 わかる んです よ 、私 も スペイン 語 を 今 イチ から 勉強 してます が 、私 が スペイン 語 の ポッドキャスト を 楽しめる ように なる の なんて 、何 年 後 の 話 だ よって 、もしや 一生 やってこない ので は ない かって いう 難しさ なんです 。 そう 、だから この ポッドキャスト を 聴いて いる 方 は 、なかなか の 日本語 の 達人 なんです 。

日本語 勉強 の ため に 聴いてます ！ って いう メール とか メッセージ を もらう 度 に 、おお 、すごい なぁ 、この レベル まで 勉強 して て 。 って 感動 する の と 同時に 、

こんなに ハイレベル の 人 たち の 数 が いる って いう こと は 、ちょっと 日本語 勉強 して みよう か な 、日本語 に 興味 が ある なって いう 人 は めっちゃ 沢山 いる んじゃないか ！ と ね 、思う わけです よ 。

と いう こと で 、挑戦 したい 新しい プロジェクト は 、日本語 学習者 の 方 が 楽しめる ような モノ です 。 もちろん この ポッドキャスト を 聴いて くださって いる 上級 者 の 方 も 、そして 初心 者 レベル の 方 も 、そして 更に は 日本 人 の 方 も 楽しめる ような モノ ！

そんな もの ある ？ って 思う でしょ 、

ある ん です よ ー 。

もう ね 2 年 くらい 温めて いる こと なんです 。 全然 行動 に 移せて なくて 、ついに 始動 です 。

まだ ボンヤリ で スタート して から 試行 錯誤 して いく 感じ です が 、楽しみです 。

ちょっと ね 、新しい こと に 手 を 出して 、また 自分 で 自分 を 忙しく して 、続く の ？ 大丈夫 ？ って 感じ な んです けど 、

正直 不安 です が 、

まず 、大前提 として この 4989 は このまま 、今のままの 状態 で 続けたい って いう のが あって 、日本語 学習者 の リスナーさん が 増えている としても 、だからと言って 日本語 勉強 ポッドキャスト ！ みたいな 感じ に は し たく なくて 、

今 まで 通り 、私 が 普通に 私の 言葉 で 日々 あった こと を 喋りたい し 、日本人 の リスナーさん だって 沢山 いる し 、きっと 今 聴いて くださっている 日本語 勉強 されている 方たち も 、たぶん 今の この スタイル が 良い から 聴いて くれている と思う んです よね 。 たぶん 。
