日本 で は 大都市 や 感染 が 拡大 している ところ を 除いて 緊急 事態 宣言 が 解除 と なった ？ なる ？ だったり 、

アメリカ も 州 ごと 異なります が 経済 活動 が 再開 され つつ あり 、 他の 国 でも 、まだまだ コロナ の 脅威 は 続いて います が 、世界 が 次の ステップ に 進もう と している 感じ です ね 。 皆様 、いかが お 過ごし でしょう か 。

今日 の エピソード で は 、コロナ が 落ちついた あと の 、

いわゆる 今 巷 でも 言われて る After コロナって やつ ですかね 、に やりたい こと 、に ついて お話して いきます 。 その他 my favorite も 予定 して います 。 ★ After コロナ 、5 感 で 楽しみたい 最近 は です ね 、ちょっと 前向きな こと を 考えよう 、

今 を 乗り越えた 後 の 楽しみ を 増やして いこう と して いまして 、

やりたい 事 リスト と か 、行きたい ところ リスト 作ろう か なー と 思って いて 。 そう 、ご存知 の 方 も いらっしゃる か と 思います が 、私 、リスト 作る の 大好き な んです ぅ 。 今日 は ね 、ちょっと 皆さん に 喋り ながら 、

「この 状況 が 落ち着いたら リスト 」を 作ろう と 思います 。 breweryビール 屋 さん に たくさん 行く ！

いや ー 、 なんと言っても これ です よ ね 。

私 は クラフト ビール が 好き な んです けど 、

ビール そのもの も 好き で 、もちろん 家 でも 飲む んです が 、まあ 飲みすぎって ほど 飲んでる んです けど ね 。 でも ねぇ 、brewery の お店 の 雰囲気 も クラフト ビール を こんなに 好き に なった 理由 の 一つ でして 、

やっぱり お 店 に いって ドラフト で 飲むって いう の も 楽しい ん です よ 〜。 Shelter-inPlace、外出禁止になってから、breweryとかはクローズになっちゃって、 まあ 、レストラン も Eat-in が NG に なった くらい な ので 当然です けど ね 。

Brewery によって は 缶 で 売ってたり 、グローラー って 大きな ボトル を 持っていって それ に 入れて もらって 買えたり するんです が 、 やっぱり 元々 の そこ で グラス に 入れて もらって そこ で 飲む って いう のが 恋しい です ・ 住んで いる エリア 、ローカル の Brewery に も 行きたい し 、 ちょっと 足 を 伸ばして 東西 ベイ エリア と かね 、あと ちょっと 南 の 方 とか に も 行きたい なー と 思って います 。 そう 、この 前 の 年末 年始 で 日本 から 友達 が 遊び に 来て たんです けど 、

こっち に 滞在中 に たくさん クラフト ビール を 飲んで 、すっかり クラフト ビール 好き に なって 帰って いった んです が 、

住んで いる の が さすが 東京 だけ あって 、

brewery たっく さん ある ん です よ ね 。 私 達 が サンディエゴ で 一緒に 行って 、デザイン とか も 大好きな ミッケラー も 渋谷 に ある し 、

けっこう アメリカ の クラフトビール 、 日本 でも 飲める ん です よ ね ー 。

そして 日本 でも クラフト ビール 流行って る から 、 Brewry や タップルーム が 至るところ に あって 、

頻繁に ビール 活動 を して いる 友達 の 話 を 聞いてる と 、羨ましく なっちゃって 。 だって アメリカ に 住んでる と Brewery たくさん ある って いっても 私 が 住んで いる ところ から で は ダウンタウン に ある カフェ 1 件 パブ 1 件 とか で 、

今 は パブ は 閉まってる し 、

他 は 車 で 行く 距離 で 、 Takeout やって いる ところ も 限られて たり 、やって て も 営業 時間 が イレギュラー だったり する し で 、 なかなか ビール 活動 でき ない んです よね 。

その 友達 以外 に も 日本 に いる クラフト ビール を 愛する 人達 の インスタ を 結構 フォロー してます が 、みんな 自粛 中 でも 結構 充実 した ビール 活動 して て 、 いい な ーっと 。 私 も 最近 は 散歩 ついでに 普段 は 行か ない ような リカーショップ に 立ち寄ったり して 、

飲んだ こと ない ビール を 買ったり して 楽しんで います が 、 自由に 色々 行けて 、そして お 店 側 も 営業 再開 できる ように なったら 、

また アメリカ 各地 、色々 ビール 屋さん めぐり を したい と 思って います 。 そう 、家 から 行ける brewery に 行く っと いう の は 日常 レベル の リスト に 分類 さ れ る のです が 、

大きな プロジェクト ？ なんて いう の 、大きな リスト と して 、

アメリカ 中 南部 横断 、ビール を めぐる 旅 ！ を したい なって 思って て 。

その この前 アメリカ に 来て くれた 友達 と 。

どっか の 空港 集合 に して 、そこ から レンタカー で 色々な 街 を 移動 して いく の 。 楽し そう じゃ ない ？

アメリカ も 西海岸 、東海岸 は まあ 行く 機会 が あった と しても 、

なかなか 真ん中 の エリア は 何 か ない と 行かない なーって 思ってて 、ちょうど ビール 好きな 友達 も いる し 、 ロードトリップ し ながら そんな 機会 でも なければ 行か ない ような 街 に いって ビール 飲む の も 楽しい な ーって 思って 。 どう 、楽し そう じゃない ？

これ は ね 、ぜひ 実現 したい よ ね 。 はい 、思いの外 ビール に ついて 語り 過ぎた ので 、別の 話 。

あと 何 が したい かなー 、 ちょっと 、ほんと 日常 の 小さい こと から リストアップ して こ 。

そう だ ね 。

えっと 、ジム に 言って ズンバ と ヨガ を 受ける 。 です か ね 。

そう 、これ コロナ の 前 まで は 習慣 として 行ってて 、急に 行け なく なった から とっても 恋しい ！

再開 を 心待ち に して います 。 身体 を 動かす こと も もちろん だし 、やっぱり 何か を 誰か から 習う って 楽しい なーって 、 でき なく なって から 改めて 思って る かも 。

ズンバ も ヨガ も 、やろう と 思えば 家 でも できて 、

もう これ から の 時代 、オンライン クラス とか も どんどん 主流 に なって いく んだろう けど 、

私 は 、誰か 一緒に 受けてる 人 が いる から 燃える というか 、

スクワット もっと 低く 頑張ろう と か 、ポーズ きれい に とって やる ！ と か 、負けず嫌い 精神 な の か 、私 の 方 が できてる わよ 的な 、誰 も 比べてない よ …みたいな 自意識過剰 な 面 が ある のか 、

やっぱり ジム や スタジオ で みんな と やった ほうが 断然 楽しい し 、汗 かくし 、やった ぞ ー ！ 感 を 感じられる んです よ ね 。 皆さん は 家 で エクササイズ してます か ？ どう ？ 外 で やる の と 変わらない ですか ？ やっぱり ジム と か で やる ほうが いい です か ？

ズンバ 、ヨガ も そう だ けど 、

タップダンス の クラス も 行きたい なー 。 サンフランシスコ の 東側 、バークレー に ある ダンス スタジオ で 、とっても 良い タップ の クラス を 見つけて 、

こりゃ 月 イチ 位 で 通いたい な ーって 思って いた のに コロナ に なって しまって 、 やっぱり タップ 好きだ し 、誰 か から 習え る の 楽しい って 思う ので 。 タップ も ね 、オンラインクラス 、有名な タップダンサー が やったり して 、私 も 受けて みたり してる けど 、

それ は それ で 、新しい こと で 今後 も 色々 広がって いく だろう なって 期待 する けど 、

やっぱり 同じ 空間 踏み 合ってって いう の が タップ の 楽しい ところ で も ある から 、 うん 、コロナ 明けたら ね 、また 行きたい です 。 それ から 小さな 幸せで いう と 、

やっぱり 友達 と 会いたい です よ ね 。 一緒に ランチ に 行ったり お茶 したり 、あと は 家 に 集まって 持ち寄り の ランチ会 したり 、

家 飲み したり 、

他 愛 も ない 話 を して ゲラゲラ 笑ってって やりたい なー 。 友達 と か 、人 と 時間 を 過ごす の も だし 、

私 は 結構 外 で 一人 時間 を 過ごす の も 好きで 、カフェ で PC 作業 したり 勉強 したり 読書 したり って いう のが 生活 の 一部 だった ので 、

それ が 今 でき なく なって いる の が 辛い です 〜 。

家 でも できる んです けど ね 。

外 派 な ので ー 。 早く カフェ 行ける ように なって ほしい です 。

忘れて は なら ない の は 、 Thrift ショップ に 行く こと です

Thrift、日本 に いる 皆さん は 聞き慣れない 単語 かも しれません が 、 要は 古着 屋さん 、といえば 響き は いい のです が 、中古 屋さん です ね 。

日本 で いう 、2nd ストリート だっけ ？ なんか そんな 名前 の 中古 屋 さん なかった ですっけ ？ あと ハード オフ と か 。

アメリカ は Thrift ショップ 、中古 屋 さん が たくさん あって 、

洋服 から 電化 製品 から キッチン 用品 から 何でも ある んです けど 、

私 は Thrift で ちょっと 変わった 洋服 を 買ったり 、ビンテージ の 食器 を 見つけたり って いう の が すごく 好きで 、 洋服 なんて 新品 で 買う なんて こと は 、もう ここ 数 年 して ない って ほど です 。

我が家 は 基本 Thrift 頼り で 、何でも 中古 品 、新品 で なんて 買わ なくて も 良く ない ？ って いう スタンス な ので 、

今 、この 自粛 中 に thrift が 閉まっている の は すごく 痛手 だ し 、

何も 無くて も お 店 を 覗くって いう のが 日課 だった ので 、寂しい です ね 。 家 から 歩いて すぐ の ところ に も 1 店 Tthrift が あって 、

まあ ぶっちゃ け 品揃え は そんなに 良くない ん です が 、 でも 頻繁に 覗いて いる と 、 時々 な に これ ー めっちゃ 可愛い じゃ ん ！ って 服 が びっくり する 程 安い 価格 で 売って たり する ので 、

侮れない ん です よ ー 。

コロナ の 前 だったら 、その お店 の 前 を お通る たびに 覗いて いたのに 、今 は 毎回 前 を 通って も 閉まってる ので 、

切ない し 、つまんない です 。

早く Thrift 行きたい な ー 。 もう 営業 再開 する ころ に は 夏 服 です ね 。

って か 、夏 を 通り越して 秋 服 を 買おう って いう 気分 なってる かな ー 。 Thrift行く の も 楽しみに している こと の 一 つ です

非日常 という か 、大きな プラン 的な こと としては 、

やはり キャンプ 〜 キャンプ に 行きたい です 。 春 って キャンプシーズン な ので 、今年 どこ も 行け なかった の が 切ない 。 近場 で も いい から 行きたい し 、バックパッキング も したい し 、 遠く に キャンプ 旅行 に も 行きたい なー 。 我々 夫婦 の 希望 的 予定 と しては 、今年 の 夏 は お 友達 が 住んで いる モンタナ に キャンプ 旅行 に 行きたい な ーって 思ってて 、 モンタナ まで いく ん だったら 、 yellow stone ナショナルパーク は 外せない し 、

ネバダ の 山 の 中 通って いったら キャンプ も たくさん できる だろう し 、レイクタホ とか で 一泊 しても いい し 、

モンタナ も 自然 たくさんだ し 、

ユタ 経由 で 行く か 帰る か すれば 私達 の 大好きな ビール 屋 、uinta が ある し 、

って 、夢 は 膨らみます 。 コロナ も だし 、色々な 抱えてる 問題 が クリアに なって モンタナ 旅行 を 実現 させたい なぁ 。 ハイキング は ね 、 結構 その ー 、 友達 と か と 大人数 で 行く と か 、

ピクニック パーティー を する とか は NG です けど 、

私 の 住んで る 周り の ハイキングトレイル は OPEN して て 、 一緒に 住んで いる 家族 と あるく 分 に は OK です 。

アクセス の 良い 有名な ところ だ と 、逆に 混んじゃって て 、なんか や だ なーって 思ったり なんか も して 。 ちなみに 昨日 、ハイキング に 行こう って 朝 早く から 家 を 出た んです が 、 結構 山 の 上 の 、 舗装 されてない ガタガタ 道 を ずっと 行って 、 やっと トレイルヘッド に ついた ！ って 時 に

すごい 霧 で 雨っまで 降り出して 、 え 、みたいな 。

1 時間 半 くらい かな 、かけて そこ まで 行った のに 、え 、みたいな 。

少し 車 の 中 で 待って た んです が 、全然 止む 気配 が 無くて 。

ま 、仕方ない から 帰って きました よ ね 。 途中 通過 する 街 は 、おしゃれな レストラン と か 、カフェ と か 、あと ワインテイスティング と か が ある 小さな 町 なんです が 、

人 は ちらほら 、おそらく 地元 の 人 なんでしょう けど いました が 、 やっぱり ガラーン と して て 、寂しかった です ね 。

そう 、ハイキング は 今 も できる って 話し で 何 を 話したかった かって いう と 、 私 達 夫婦 、キャンプ で は ない 日帰り の ハイキング で 何 を 楽しみに している かって 、

もちろん ハイキング 自体 も 自然 を 感じて 、評判 の トレイル 歩いたり 、逆に 人 が 全然 居ない 穴場 スポット を 見つける の も 好きだ し 、

自然 の 中 で リフレッシュ する の も 好き です が 、

プラス で 行き帰り の 道中 で 新しい 発見 が あったり 、さっき も 言いました が カフェ や 雑貨屋さん に 立ち寄ったり っていう のが 好きな ので 、 お 店 たち が 再開 して 、もっと 今 より も 人々 の 行動 の 制限 が ゆるく なったら 、そういう プラス の 楽しみ も もっと 加えて いきたい なって 思います 。 なんか 話して て わかった んです が 、

ビール の 話 でも ハイキング の 話 でも そう です けど 、やっぱり 付加物 ？ ちょっと 日本 語 だめ だ 、

なんて いう の ？ プラスアルファ が あって 、もっと 楽しめる とか もっと 好きに なる んだ なって 改めて 実感 しいて 、

ビール も 、ただ ビール を 飲む だけ なら 家 で 飲んで れば いい けど 、

brewery の あの 空間 に 行く こと が 好きだ し 、実際に 足を運ぶ こと で もっと 興奮する っていうか 、より 自分を 楽しませてる っていうか 、 ハイキング も ハイキング 単体 に フォーカス して も それ は それ で 楽しんだ けど 、

どこ の ルート を 通って こうかな 、と か 、

へえ 、こんな お店 あった んだ 、帰り に ちょっと 寄って いこう 。 と か 、

帰り道 に 「あ 、ビール って 書いて ある 。 一杯 飲んで いこう 」と か 、そういう の 全部 ひっくるめて 楽しんで いる んだ なって 思いました 。 前 に 日本 の 友達 と オンライン 飲み を やって いて 、

新たな 楽しみ 方って 感じ で 、 これ も いい ね 〜 いつでも 飲めて 顔 見て 話せて いいね ー なんて 言ってる し 、 み ー ん な が どんどん 色々な こと を やって て 、

その リモート 飲み だけ で は なく 、エクササイズ の クラス だったり 、

もちろん 学校 の 授業 も だ ね 、って かと ころ で 日本 って もう オンライン 授業 に なってる の ？ その辺 全然 私 しら ない んです けど 。

その他 も 、今 まで は

その 場 に 行か ない と 体験 でき なかった こと が オンライン で できる ように なって 、

まさに 新 時代 来てる ーって 感じる し 、 これ から もっと 広がって いく ん でしょう けど 、 その 友達 と も 話して いた んです が 、

やっぱり 直接 その 場 に 行く の と オンライン と は 違う よね って 話し に なって 、 例えば 飲み屋 、居酒屋 でも バー でも なんでも いい んです けど 、

5感 すべて を 使って その 場 に いる こと を 感じて いる んであって 、

それ が 画面 を 通して の オンライン だ と できない よ ね って いう 。 外 から お店 の 中 に 入った 時 の 、

一気に ざ わざ わって 店 内 の 活気 が 耳 に 入って くる 感じ と か 、

体感 温度 だって 、真夏 だと ひんやり 〜って したり 、逆に 場末 の スナック だったら モワッ と してる かも 。 友達 と 飲んで いる 最中 だって 、ひっきりなしに 周り から は 喋り 声 が 聞こえて きて 、

店員 さん たち の 声 、周り に 座っている 他 の グループ の 談笑 、店内 に かかっている 流行り の 曲 、

自分 が 食べてる もの 以外 の メニュー の ニオイ も して 、

隣 の 人 の 焼き魚 の ニオイ 、厨房 の 焼き鳥 の 匂い 、ニオイ で いう と 、真横 を 通り過ぎた 人 の 香水 くさっと か 、 もう いい 出したら きり が ない んです が 、そういう こと 、

それ が オンライン に は なくて 、

すべて が 良い こと 、ポジティブに 働いて いる 事 で は ない と 思う んです が 、

でも 、今 、あー なんか 物足りない な ーって 思う の は 、 そういう すべて の 要素 が 相まって 造り出して いた 、 その ー 、 あれ だった なって 思います 。 私 が ね 、 呑 む の が 好きな ん で 、 どうしても 居酒屋 で 例えて しま しました が 、 他の こと でも そう です よね 。

美術館 、博物館 とか 、特に そうかな 、私 が 思いつく のは 。

今 有名 な 美術館 ・博物館 、あと は 動物園 や 、水族館 も です けど 、

展示 物 を オンライン で 公開 したり して いて 、

いや 、すごく 素晴らしい こと だ と 思います けど 、 やっぱり 実際 に 行くって 違います よ ね 。 美術館 の 、あの ちょっと 冷っと した シーン 、ツーン って いう 雰囲気 大好きです 。 展示 の 仕方 だって 色々 工夫 されてる し ね 、 展示 物 だけ で は なく 、空間 全体 を 楽しんでる って 事 です よね 。 音楽 好き 、芝居 好き の 人 とか は 、今 厳しい です よね 。

画面 の 中 で 見る アーティスト 、役者 さん たち は それ は それ で いい でしょう けど 、やっぱり あの 特殊な 空間 で 観て 聞く から いいって いう ね 。 私 も 何度 も 話して いる し 、もう みんな が 言ってる けど 、

Before コロナ に 完全に 戻るって こと は 無くて 、 今 with コロナ 、コロナ 蔓延 中 の フェーズ 、

afterコロナ 、post コロナ とも いいます ね 、コロナ が 終息 した あと の フェーズ 、どちら も 新しい 世界 で 、 色んな こと が 色んな 方向 に どんどん 変わって いって 、

私 達 も それ に 対応 順応 して いか なければ ならない んです が 、

5感 で 楽しみたい って いう 人々 の 欲求 は なくなら ない し 、 前 まで と 同じ 形態 で そのまま 残る もの も あれば 、前 とは 形 を 変えて 復活 する もの 、または なくなってしまう もの も 出てくる と 思います が 、 コロナ が 落ち着いたら ね 、絶対 楽しい こと たくさん 戻る し 、そして 新しく 生み出される もの も たくさん ある だろう し 、

楽しみ です ね 。

ちょっと 話 が まとまらなく なって きました が 、 今日 は コロナ が 落ち着いて 、 shelter in place が 解除 さ れたら やりたい こと に ついて お 話して みました 。 まあ ね 、5 感 を 使って 楽しむ こと を たくさん やりたい な ー と 思います 。 皆さん は これ を やりたい 、ここ に 行きたい など 何か 考えている こと あります か 、 ぜひ 教えて 下さい ！

今日 お 話 する 最近 私 が ドハマリ している もの は です ね 、

スマホ の ゲーム です 。

ひ ゃ ーーーーーーーー

覚えてます か ？ コロナ の 自粛 が スタート した 当初 、3 月 の 終わり 位 だっけ ？ 4月 の 頭 だっけ ？ この ポッドキャスト でも お 話した んです が 、

私 無性に スマホゲーム で 何か 単純な ゲーム 、パズル系 ね 、が やりたくなって 、

普段 わたし 全然 ゲーム やら ない んです けど 、とある 週末 、ずっと 金曜日 の 夜 から 日曜日 まで スマホ で ゲーム していた 時 が あった んです よ 。

で 、確か ポッドキャスト で は 、もう その 週末 で 飽きる まで やった から 、

ゲーム 漬け って の は その 週末 だけ で 、また 普通の 日常 に 戻った 的な 話 を した と 思う んです 。 まあ 、そう なんです けど 、

その ずーっと ひたすら ゲーム したい ！ って 欲求 は おさまった んです 。 確かに 。

で 、パズル ゲーム と 、数独 的な ゲーム と 2 つ を 熱中して 集中して やってたんです が 、

数独 の 方 は もう アンインストール しちゃった んです が 、 パズル ゲーム の 方 は 残して た んです よ 。

で 、実は 、その パズル ゲーム に 引き続き はまって いる んです ーーー 。

たぶん 前 も お 話した ん です が 、その ゲーム は 、よく ある 色 を 揃えて 消して いく 系 の パズル ゲーム で 、

あ 、 せっかく なんで ゲーム の 名前 も 紹介 した ほうがい です ね 、

ToonBlastって いう くま ちゃん の アイコン の ゲーム な んです が 、 けっこう 昔 から ある やつ な の か なー 。 詳しく は 知ら ない んです が 、

これ が ね 、ハマる の よ ー 。

わかん ない 、なんで ハマって る の か わから ない けど 。 色 の ブロック を ただ 消して くだけ じゃ なくて 、まあ よく あります が たくさんの ブロック を 一気に 消す と ドッカーン って 大きく 周り の ブロック も 消せたり 、 コンボー って 感じ で 全部 の ブロック を 消せたり って いう ルール が あったり 、 ブロック の 他 に 風船 が 出てきたり 、コンクリート の エリア が 出てきたり 、

まあ 、飽き させ ない ように なってる んです よ 。

いや ー 、 ゲーム に 時間 を 使う なんて

って 基本 的に は 思って いる 人間 な んです が 、今回 は ハマって おり まして 。 でも 、何 回 プレイ できる か の 、 Life って いう の ？ この ゲーム で は ♡なん です が 、それ は 限られて て 、色々な ♡を 手に入れる 方法 も ある んです が 、 無 課金 で 楽しむ に は 一日 に プレイ できる 回数 も 限られている わけで 、 そこ が いい です ね 。

でも 、暇 さえ あれば 、そして ♡が 残って さえ いれば プレイ してます 。 こりゃ また ね 、時間 が 経つ と ♡ が 少し づつ 復活 する んです よ ー 。

だから 、「あー 、♡なく なっちゃった 」って 思って も 、4 時間 後 とか に チェック する と ♡が 溜まって て 、 よっしゃ ーって なって 、 また プレイ するって いう ね 。 でも ね 、一見 、なんの 役 に も 立たない ような パズル ゲーム でも 、

この コロナパンデミック の 状況 下 で 、

勇気づけられる 教え を 得た と いう か 、改めて 実感 した こと が あるんです が 、 それ が ね 、

「止まない 雨 は ない 、超えられない 壁 は ない 」って こと です よ 。 いや 、パズル ゲーム で こんな こと 言って て 、ふざけてる の ？ って 思う でしょ ？

ほんと 、ほんとに そう 感じる の 。

もう 何度 うち の 旦那さん に この 話 を した こと か 。

この ゲーム を やって て も ね 、

時々 ほんとに 難しい ステージ ？ 面 ？ が あって 、

2日 とか ずっと 挑戦 して ても 全然 クリア できない こと とか ある ん です よ 。

そんな 時 は こころ が 折れ そうに なる んです よ 、挫け そうに なる んです が 、

そこ で 諦め ないで 挑戦 し 続けて いる と 、ある 時 、ふっと クリア できて 、

う お ーーーーーーーー

クリアー した ーーーーーーって めっちゃ 興奮 する ん です 。 諦め ないで プレイ し 続けて よかったって 。 感動 じゃ ない です か 。

いや ー 、 ほんと 皆さん 、

止ま ない 雨 は ない 、超えられ ない 壁 は ない 。 です よ 〜

毎日 コツコツ プレイ して です ね 、

日 によって は たくさん ステージ を クリア できる 日 も あれば 、スタック してて 1 ステージ も クリア できない 日 も ある んですけど 、
