はい 2年 ぐらい かかった か なあ はいそ して この season 1 は です ね もちろん

で 無料 で 読めます はい で season 2を 去年 の 夏 に 始めたんです 日付 を 見る

と 2021の 8月 25日 から season 2 スタート という こと で 随分 やり方 こう プロダクション

って いう の かなあ ちょっと 格好いい 言い方 だけど ポッドキャスト

の 作り方 と いう か 更新 の 仕方 が この season 2 で は 随分 変わりました

はい 回数 が 減りました できる 時 は 週 2回 月曜日 と 水曜日 そして トラン

で いい かな 最初 は 落ち込んでた んだけど あの 私 は かなり メンタル

の 部分 で ちょっと 強く なって きまして は い リスナー さん が 減って も

いい でも 私 の コア な ファン が 100人 ほしい コア な ファン が 100人 いれば

生きて いける と いう こと に 気づきました はい な ので 私 の コア な ファン

の みなさん に 今日 も 届けたい そういう 気持ち で やって います

はい みなさん あの そして です ね あの まあ ちょっと 今 まで の エピソード

の ランキング を 今 見て いる ん です けど やっぱり 第 一 話 は です ね season 1

の 第 1話 自己 紹介 した もう 本当に 最悪の 自己 紹介 だった んです ね

今 聞けば あの マイク が 悪かった から ね 何度 も まあ 言って います

が あの 当時 は マイク を 持って いません でした から スマートフォン に 話

かけて スマートフォン で 録音 して た ん です ね あり え ない ぐらい 悪い

音質 なんです が それでも やっぱり あの 第一 エピソード season 1の 第一

エピソード は 11万回 再生 回数 が あります 11万回 あと は どんどん 減って い

くんで すね だから 多分 第 一 エピソード って やっぱり とても 大切な んだ

ね ああ 音 が 悪かった もう 聞き たく ないって いう 方 が 多かった の かもし

れ ない エピソード 2 に 行く と もう 半分 ぐらい しか 再生 回数 が ない ん

です ね それ でも 約 6万回 あります は い まあ 最近 は ね 本当に 少ない ん

です はい あの そんなに 再生 回数 が 伸びて いない んだけど まあ それ でも

あの 面白い データ が 見えます ね は いま 世界的に は 100カ国 以上 で

聞かれて いる の が 私 の ポッドキャスト です はい

で 今日 何 が 言いたい か 何 を 話して いる の のりこさん は って 思う かも し

れ ない んだけど 今日 は 私 どうして 今年 の 2月 に プレミアムメンバーシップ

って 結構 一方 通行 なんで すね 私 が トランスクリプション を 作って

おまけ の ポッドキャスト extra を 作って 提供 する けど 全然 メンバー

さん から リアクション が ない 時々 いただく んだけど 私 は 相互 の やり

取り が 欲しい と 思った ん です

すると ね あの 親切な メンバー さん が じゃ 先生 discord やったら いい じゃない

です か 他の 先生 みんな discord を やって いる じゃないですか はい disc

ord を チェック して みました 自分 でも 韓国 語 の 先生 が やって いる

discord に 参加 して みた けど どうも 盛り上がって ない どうも 私 の やりたい こと

と 違う そこ で 私 は ね ああ discord じゃない んだ 私 に 合わない だ と 思った ん

です ね じゃ 他 に ある facebook グループ とか slack とか 色々 見た んだけど

私 が やりたい こと が そこ で は 実現 でき ない ええ 何 が いい か なあ と

思って ずっと 調べ 続けて いて 去年 の 年 末 に です ね mighty networks と いう

プラット フォーム を 見つけた ん です ね

はい で そこ で 私 が したい こと が できる つまり は です ね 私 の コア

な ファン が 集まって お互い の 経験 を シェア し お互い の ストーリー

さん も いれば 週 に 1回 月 に 1回 の 方 も いま すね そして 私 は たくさんの

ミートアップ を やって いる けれども やっぱり 時差 の 問題 が ある から

なかなか 参加 できません よね な ので 参加 したくて も ミートアップ に

時間 が 合わない わって いう 方 も もちろん います が また だ 本当に 面白い

活動 が 見られて います

今 の ところ 私 の 感じ は ポジティブな 印象 です ね なぜ なら 本当に ユニーク

な 面白い バック グラウンド を 持つ 豊かな 経験 を 持っている 人 たち

が 集まって いる グループ それ が japanese together なんです ポリグロット

の 人 も いる 何 カ国 も 話せる ポリグロット の ように 言語 の 勉強 が

趣味 の 人 も いる 日本語 に 住んで いて 日本語 を もっと 上手に なりたい

と 思って いる 人 も いる いろいろな バック グラウンド の 人 が 世界中
