che abbiamo deciso di filmare per voi per parlarvi della stessa Polonia.

E sono in compagnia, come vedete, di Erika, sempre presente oramai.

Mi distrae il mio capello, davvero. Però...

per parlare delle impressioni, soprattutto di Erika, magari anche mie

- Erika guarda l'obiettivo - per quanto riguarda la Polonia.

Perché Erika, come forse sapete o non sapete, vive qua da tre mesi, quasi.

Non qua, in questa città dove ci troviamo adesso.

Ma... noi adesso siamo a Breslavia, in realtà lei vive nella città di Łódź.

Penso che hai (che tu abbia*) qualcosa da raccontarci in merito, no?

- In merito a cosa? - Alla Polonia in generale, non a Łódź, perché magari la filmeremo anche quella.

Faremo un po' vedere... però cosa pensi della Polonia, quali erano le tue aspettative prima di partire?

Dato che hai visto... quante città? Hai visto...

Ho visto Varsavia, qualcosa di Cracovia, Poznan, Łódź, Breslavia, poi siamo stati in Slesia.

Katowice, anche se per poco più che altro, Rybnik, Zabrze e basta. - Sì.

Ecco. E ti mancano ancora Gdansk (Danzica). - Ci andrò sicuramente.

- Il fatto è che ci sono tante città, non mi aspettavo che ci fossero così tante città da visitare, da vedere.

Ci sono davvero tante altre città. Non so se riuscirò ad andare in tutte.

Però comunque se avessi del tempo libero diciamo che saprei come riempirlo.

Per esempio c'è Zamość, anzi -- credo sia la pronuncia. - Zakopane.

- Sì, Zakopane. - Lublino. - Appunto, Lublino.

- Cesto, Cesco... come si chiama? (intendevo Częstochowa).

- Torun. Częstochowa, tipo? Non mi ricordo come si chiama.

- Non mi ricordo neanch'io. Vabè, comunque ci sono davvero tantissime città che...

Cioè, di cui non avevo mai sentito parlare. Avevo sentito parlare... sì, (di*) Varsavia, Cracovia, Danzica.

Vabè, Łódź proprio sconosciuta, nessuno la conosce.

Sebbene sia la terza città più grande della Polonia, ricordiamolo.

- Volevo parlare in generale delle tue impressioni.... - No appunto, già come ti dicevo non sapevo

ci fosse così tanto da vedere, nel senso, non mi aspettavo.

Pensavo fossero Cracovia e Varsavia, diciamo, le uniche due città che valesse la pena vedere.

E invece ci sono tante città molto belle, molto vive anche.

Perché comunque ci sono tanti turisti. Vabbè, adesso qua è pieno perché ci sono i mercatini di Natale,

ma devo dire che anche negli altri posti in cui siamo andati... beh, forse in Slesia non tanto

perché erano proprio città piccole piccole.

Però nelle altre città più, appunto, turistiche,

comunque ci sono persone, ci sono tantissimi locali (luoghi dove mangiare, bere, divertirsi, ecc.)

Ci sono cose interessanti da vedere, ci sono free tour.

Quindi significa che ci sono turisti. - È vero.

Io la prima volta che sono venuto in Polonia è stato due anni fa ed ero stato molto, molto colpito.

Molto colpito positivamente perché per alcune cose è persino meglio dell'italia.

Per esempio, i trasporti secondo me funzionano meglio qua, senza senza dubbio.

Gli autobus, i pullman... ci sono delle stazioni davvero... la stazione qua, degli autobus,

a Breslavia è davvero bellissima. C'è un centro commerciale enorme. - Sì, ma poi proprio i trasporti all'interno della città

Quindi i tram, gli autobus... per lo meno a Lodz, ma penso un po' dovunque sono sempre puntuali innanzitutto.

Poi alle stazioni ci sono sempre gli schermi con gli orari che ti dicono esattamente quanto manca all'arrivo

del tram, che comunque da noi non ci sono, direi.

E devi o guardare Google o sperare che arrivi qualcosa, se per caso non hai modo di accedere ad Internet.

- E cos'altro... è cambiato nel.... diciamo, nella tua immagine che avevi.

- Ma, ti devo dire... forse qualche anno fa avevo un'immagine di un paese magari molto povero,

dove non ci fosse granché, anche, diciamo, sottosviluppato.

Però in realtà già sapevo che non lo era, perché avevo sentito persone tra cui te,

che c'erano già state, che comunque ne avevano parlato molto bene.

Dicendomi che, appunto, non era fatto così, anzi. Poi sicuramente c'è...

cioè, ovviamente noi abbiamo visitato le città turistiche e quindi le città, magari, "tenute meglio".

So che comunque la povertà è un problema in realtà in Polonia, cioè.

È un problema della società polacca. Quindi non è che voglio dire che sia un paese ricco, non è la Svizzera per carità.

Pero... comunque sicuramente.... magari per una persona che non ne sa molto potrebbe stupire, diciamo.

Potrebbe stupire in positivo.

- E... non so, cosa ne pensi delle persone, invece?

- Ma... devo dire, secondo me è una cosa molto sogg-... cioè, l'esperienza con le persone è una cosa molto soggettiva perché

dipende da chi incontri. Ma io devo dire che raramente ho incontrato persone scortesi.

Di solito sono tutti gentili e dato che alcune interazioni non posso

farle in polacco perché non ho un livello di polacco sufficiente, quando comunque

chiedo di ripetere in inglese se non capisco, oppure inizio proprio la conversazione in inglese,

sinceramente non ho mai avuto grossi problemi.

E anche chi non parla inglese cerca comunque un modo per aiutarti, diciamo,

comunque per farsi capire in qualche modo anche se non parla benissimo.

Tanti dicono: "Eh no, non parlo bene", però comunque 2-3 parole le sanno dire,

alla fine ti capisci. - Io due anni fa ero stato molto sorpreso dal livello di inglese che c'è qua, perché paragonato a un altro paese slavo che conosciamo

entrambi in cui siamo stati entrambi, ovvero la Russia dove nessuno parla inglese, quasi nessuno, qua tutti parlano inglese. È difficile trovare un posto in cui uno entra e non riesce a comunicare.

- Sì, specialmente locali (anche qua: luoghi, non persone).

Comunque secondo me, per esempio in Italia non è una cosa così frequente trovare camerieri

che parlino in inglese bene, cioè che riescano ad avere una conversazione normale in inglese.

E tra l'altro uno dei motivi... potrebbe essere che a me sembra che ci siano molti giovani.

Mi sembra che sia... anche nei locali (di nuovo: luoghi), nei ristoranti, quasi sempre i camerieri sono molto giovani.

E magari questo è un motivo per cui sanno l'inglese meglio.

- I giovani sicuramente lo sanno meglio, le volte che ho avuto qualche difficoltà in più a farmi capire in inglese

era perché magari erano persone non proprio giovanissime.

Però sì, qua è davvero facilissimo comunicare con l'inglese

quindi [la lingua] non rappresenta un ostacolo, assolutamente.

- Non so, c'è qualcos'altro che vuoi dirci su questo argomento?

- No, solo che pensavo facesse molto più freddo,

ma quello non credo sia... non fosse un mio pregiudizio, fa veramente freddo.

Solo che sono stata fortunata quest'anno e il tempo è anomalo, decisamente anomalo,

perché oggi saremo 6-7 gradi sopra lo zero, penso, quando tutti dicono che di solito a quest'ora,

cioè, in questo periodo dell'anno fa -20. - In ogni caso penso che possiamo entrambi dire che

la Polonia è un paese che secondo me può sorprendere molte persone,

perché ha tante cose interessanti. Ha una sua atmosfera particolare. E soprattutto è anche economico (economicA*)

Se siete persone che venite (vengono*) dall'Europa centrale o da paesi che hanno uno scambio vantaggioso. Quindi, secondo me... venite...

- Non so come sia la vita nelle altre città, sinceramente.

Però per esempio a Lodz ci sono... ma anche qui ne abbiamo visti, un sacco di locali (ormai avete capito),

anche tipo per andare a ballare, per andare a bere.

- Sì sembra un posto molto... non so, molto attivo, mi sembra. - Sì, sì.

- Ci sono cose da fare per i giovani, secondo me è un bel posto, poi Erika può confermarcelo perché vive qua.

Io sono a Budapest, per chi non lo sapesse, quindi sono venuto qua solo, diciamo, in visita, più da turista.

Detto questo, questi erano i nostri pensieri, le nostre impressioni della Polonia, sulla Polonia.

Spero che si senta qualcosa con questo vento. Probabilmente sarà un video da cancellare
