皆さん は どこ に 住んで いる ん です か ね どの 国 から 聞いて くれて います か

皆さん が 住んで いる 街 に 美味しい 和食 の レストラン が あります か

あの 今日 は 皆さん の 街 の 日本 料理 の レストラン に ついて 話して い

きたい ん です ね ま この 話 を した の は 私 の コミュニティ で やった

8月 の monthly meet up の 中 で の トピック だった んです ある 方 が 皆さん の

街 に 美味しい 日本 料理 の レストラン が あります かって 聞いて くれた ん

です よ ね

はい 私 が 住んで いる 北 アイルランド の ベルファスト は 大きい 街 では ありません

はい 小さい 街 です そして あまり 国際的な インターナショナルな

食べ物 が 食べられる レストラン が ない ん です これ は 本当に 残念な

こと です 本当に 少ない いい レストラン も たくさん ある んです よ 私 が お気に入り

の カフェ も ある し seafood の レストラン も ある けれども アジア の レストラン

タイ 料理 ベトナム 料理 韓国 料理 そして 日本 料理 の レストラン が

ほとんど ありません

あって も 私 に とって うーん いまいちだ な いまいちな のに こんな 高い

の という レベル です 残念な こと に ね そして 日本食 の レストラン 二 つ

あります 私 が 知っている 限り 二 つ あって ベルファスト の 中 で は 大

人気 いつも お客さん が いる でも 私 と 旦那さん に とっては うん 何

だか ね そんな レベル な ん です ね これ は 本当に 仕方がない 残念な

こと だ と 思います

でも 大きい 街 に 行く と 違います よね 例えば ロンドン 実は 私 は 何

年 前 です かね まだ 会社 員 の 仕事 だけ を していた 時 です ね 一 年間

ロンドン で 仕事 を して いました その 時 に ロンドン で いろんな レストラン

に 行った ん です けど ロンドン の レストラン の レベル は 本当に 高い

で すま その分 正直 値段 も 高い んです が ロンドン に は 日本 の 美味しい

ラーメン 屋 さん も たくさん あった し 焼き肉 の レストラン も あった

し 和食 料亭 みたいな レストラン も あって 日本 食 だけ では ありません

韓国 レストラン 韓国料理 の レストラン ベトナム料理 タイ料理 とにかく

何でも ありました ね

面白い こと に 旦那さん の 出身 の ペルー の レストラン 南米 料理 が

食べられる レストラン も ロンドン に は たくさん ありました が 私 たち

が 住んで いる ベルファスト に は ペルー 料理 レストラン は 一 つ も

ありません 寂しい こと です は い ラーメン いま ラーメンって もう

世界中 で 人気 です よね 本当に 皆さん の 場所 に きっと ラーメン 屋さん

は あります よ ね 何 ラーメン が 好き です か 塩 ラーメン 醤油 ラーメン

豚 骨 ラーメン 味噌 ラーメン 私 は もちろん ラーメン 好きです けど

ベルファスト に ラーメン 屋 さん が ない ので 私 は ラーメン が 食べ

たく なったら インスタントラーメン を 買って 作って 食べます

インスタントラーメン 正直 体 に は よく ない と 思います 塩分 が たくさん

入って いる し カロリー も 高い でも 美味しい の が インスタントラーメン

です よ ね は い 実は 正直 言う と 私 は 最近 韓国 の インスタントラーメン

に ハマって いて 韓国 の 辛い インスタントラーメン を 作って そして キムチ を 上 に 載

せて 時々 卵 を 載せて 食べる んです が 日本 の インスタントラーメン

は 最近 あまり 食べて いません

でも です ね 先日 私 の 家族 が 日本 に 住んでいる 両親 が 大きな 箱 を

荷物 を 日本 から イギリス に 送って くれた んです ね その 中 に インスタントラーメン

が 入って いました 一 つ は 塩 ラーメン もう 一 つ は 豚 骨 ラーメン 私 は 昔々

豚 骨 ラーメン が 一 番 好きだった んだけど 今 豚 骨 ラーメン あまり 食べ

たく ありません たぶん 年 の せい です 私 は 年 を とって きて 脂っこい

料理 が 苦手 に なって きました あまり たくさん 食べられない 豚 骨 って

結構 heavy な スープ が あの 脂っこい 食べ物 なんで すね です から インスタントラーメン

豚 骨 味 は 旦那さん は 大好き で 喜んだ けど 私 に とって は まあまあ な

もの です ね

塩 ラーメン でも 私 は 最近 塩 ラーメン とか 醤油 ラーメン は 大好き で まだ

あっさり 味 あっさり した スープ が 好きな ん です ね あっさり 塩 ラーメン

醤油 ラーメン の スープ は あっさり している もの が 多い と 思います

それ に 比べて 豚 骨 は こって りして います ね は い 皆さん の 街 に ある ラーメン

屋 さん は おそらく 豚 骨 味 が 多い んじゃ ない か な と 思います ね

私 は クリスマス 去年 の クリスマス の 時 に デンマーク の copenhagen で 2回

copenhagen に ある ラーメン 屋 さん に 行きました 二 つ とも 豚骨 ごめんなさい

豚 骨 が メイン でした あと 味噌 味 も あった かな は い でも たくさんの

メニュー が 豚 骨 の メニュー でした ねえ そして 面白い の は 世界 に は

たくさん ベジタリアン の 方 とか ビーガン の 方 が います から 今 ラーメン

も ベジタリアンラーメン ビーガンラーメン たくさん が あります 日本 で

は まだまだ 少ない と 思う んだ けれども 海外 の 方 が ビーガンラーメン

見つける こと が できる と 思います

皆さん の 街 の レストラン どう ですかね 話 を ロンドン に 戻しましょう

ロンドン で は 本当に いろんな レストラン が あります けど やっぱり 高い です ね

高い と 思います でも 高い けど 美味しい 美味しい し そこ に しか なかったら

みなさん 食べ に 行く と 思います コミュニティ の その 時 の meet up の

メンバー さん は ロサンゼルス に 住んで います で ロサンゼルス に は

大きな 日本 人 街 が あります から 日本 の レストラン が たくさん ある

し レベル も 高い し 日本 の スーパー マーケット ある そうです

はい スーパーマーケット これ も ポイント で すね 皆さん の 街 に 日本 の

スーパー が あります か もちろん ベルファスト に は ありません が

ま アジアンスーパー が あって その 中 で 少し だけ 日本 の もの が 買え

ます でも とても 高い で す 私 が その アジアンスーパー ベルファスト

に ある アジアンスーパー に 行ったら いつも 買う もの が あります それ は

納豆 納豆 の パック で すね 納豆 の パック と か たこ焼き 冷凍 たこ焼き

が ある ん です ね 意外 と 美味しい ね そして たこ焼き の ソース お好み焼き

の ソース

後 は キューピー マヨネーズ は い キューピー マヨネーズ も アジアン

スーパー で 買う ん です が めっちゃ 高い です キューピー マヨネーズ

って 皆さん 知っています か はい 知らない 人 は すぐに 調べて ください

日本 が 誇る 本当に 美味しい マヨネーズ です あの マヨネーズ は 本当 は 体 に

よく ない ね でも 日本 の キューピー マヨネーズ は 本当に 美味しい と 思います

ちょっと 酸味 が 強い です お すすめ です はい こういう もの を 私 は アジア

スーパー で 買って いる ん です

はい そんな 話 を して いたら 日本 料理 を 食べ たく なりました 最近 日本 の

料理 作って いないで すね うん 何 が 食べたい かな アジアンスーパー

に 買い出し に 行か なきゃ いけない かも しれない お豆腐 が 食べたい

です ね お 豆腐 あお 豆腐 で 思い出しました 私 が 行って いる アジアン

スーパー で は お豆腐 が 買えます でも 日本 の ような 柔らかい 豆腐

は 売って いません ちょっと 硬 めの 豆腐 を 買って 買う こと が できます

で ね そんな 話 を して いて 思い出した ん です が 私 の プライベートレッスン

の 生徒 さん は 夏 休み に バルセロナ に 旅行 に 行きました バルセロナ

に 日本 人 が 経営 している 手作り の 豆腐 屋さん が ある そうです へ

え 私 は それ を 聞いて めっちゃ 羨ましく なりました 手作り の 豆腐

屋 さん 日本 人 が やっている 豆腐 屋 さん 私 そんな 豆腐 屋 さん が ベル

ファスト に あったら 一 週間 に 一 回 行きますよ 豆腐 が 大好きです 夏

だったら 冷たい 豆腐 冷 奴 ね あの 刻み ネギ と か おろし 生 姜 を 上 に

載せて 醤油 を かけて 食べる ね 湯豆腐 でも 美味しい し 鍋 に 入れて も 美味しい

し もちろん 味噌汁 に 入れて も 美味しい 豆腐 ああ そんな 豆腐屋 さん が 近

くに あったら いい な と 思いました
