بله. از آغاز شیوع کرونا مقامات جمهوری اسلامی تحریم های آمریکا رو یکی از دلایل مهم عدم دسترسی به امکانات بهداشتی برای جلوگیری از شیوع کرونا ذکر می کردند. الان وضع چطوره؟

مسئولین حکومتی هنوز هم بر مشکلاتی که تحریم ها به ویژه تحریم های آمریکا به وجود آورده در وقابله با ویروس کرونا، مداوای بیماران تأکید می کنن. از اون طرف دیگه آمریکا بارها اعلام کرده که اقلام بهداشتی و مواد غذایی هیچ وقت تحت تحریم نبوده و نیست. و این جمهوری اسلامیه که تحریم ها رو بهانه قرار داده که بخواد توجیه بکنه به قول مقامات آمریکایی عدم موفقیت خودش رو در مهار کرونا. در جدیدترین موضع گیری هم وزارت خارجۀ آمریکا یک پیام توئیتری منتشر کرده با اشاره به اینکه دوباره موارد ابتلا به ویروس کرونا در ایران بالا رفته، مقامات جمهوری اسلامی رو به دروغ گویی و دروغ پراکنی متهم کرده. و گفته حتی روزنامه نگارانی رو که دست به افشاگری در مورد مبتلایان راه های پیشگیری می زنند پیگرد قانونی می کنن. و زندانی می کنن.

وزارت خارجۀ آمریکا باز هم تأکید کرده که پیشنهاد کمک های انسان دوستانۀ واشنگتن هنوز هم روی میز هست که اگر ایران بخواد اون رو بپذیره. و یک نکتۀ دیگه هم مطرح شده در این پیام توئیتری که مهار همه گیری ویروس کرونا مسئله ایه که شفافیت همه باید داشته باشن. و حکومت ایران رو که گفته می شه اطلاعات نادرست پخش می کنه به حکومت چین تشبیه کرده که چین هم در اوایل آمار دقیقی رو اعلام نمی کرد.

بله اتفاق در همین زمینه هم یک گزارش الان داریم. ممنونم از همکارم جمشید زند که ما رو در جریان آخرین تحولات مربوط به شیوع ویروس کرونا قرار داد. اما وزارت خارجۀ آمریما همون طور که همکارم هم اشاره کرد در حساب کاربری فارسی خود در توئیتر با اشاره به افزایش دوبارۀ موارد ابتلا به کووید نوزده در ایران، جمهوری اسلامی را متهم به دروغ پراکنی و زندانی کردن روزنامه نگاران افشاگر کرده. و می گوید ایران در این زمینه راه پین را در پیش گرفته است. در گفتگویی که ساعاتی پیش با آلان توفیقی تحلیلگر سیاسی ساکن فرانسه داشتم، ابتدا پرسیدم این تأکید وزارت خارجۀ آمریکا را چگونه می توان تفسیر کرد. آلان توفیقی:

بله ببینید، کرونا همون طور که زندگی فردی رو در ابعاد شکلی و همین طور محتوای زندگی دچار تغییرات اساسی کرد می شه گفت که فصل جدیدی از روابط بین دولت ها رو هم رقم زده. که خود همین بیانیۀ وزارت خارجۀ ایالات متحده گویای همین هستش که موضوع جدیدی به موضوعات فراوان چالش برانگیزی که بین ایران و آمریکا از قبل وجود داشت اضافه شده. که البته خوب طبیعی هم هستش. وقتی که یک بیماری پاندمی می شه دیگه نمی شه انتظار داشت که در روابط بین المللی تأثیری نداشته باشه.

چون ما می بینیم که یک بیماری ویروسی که فقط شیش ماه بیشتر از شناسایی اون برای اولین بار در چین نگذشته، می بینیم که همۀ مرزهای دنیا رو در واقع تسخیر کرده. و همین الان بیشتر از نه میلیون نفر در سراسر دنیا به ویروس آلوده هستند. و تا این لحظه هم بالغ بر چهار و هفتاد و دو هزار نفر رو به کام مرگ فرستاده. و اقتصاد دنیا می شه گفت فلج شده. به گونه ای که پس از جنگ جهانی دوم سابقه نداشته. بنابراین از این دست بیانیه ها و موضع گیری ها رو از این به بعد به نظرم بیشتر خواهیم دید.

دو توئیت وزارت خارجۀ آمریکا به زندانی کردن روزنامه نگارانی چون شهرام صفری اشاره شده. به نظر شما زمینۀ تأکید وزارت خارجۀ آمریکا بر این نکته چیه؟

ببینید، تجربه نشون داده که ایران چین رو در جایگاه اصطلاحا برادر بزرگ می بینیه. و همون رویکردهایی رو که چین در مسائل بین المللی داشته معمولا پیگیری می کنه. و حالا هم در موضوع کرونا به نظر میاد همون رویکرد تأخیر و پنهان کاری در اعلام اطلاعات که چین از ابتدای این بیماری داشته در پیش گرفته. و تا حدود خیلی زیادی می شه گفت اون هم یعنی ایران و سیاست مداران جمهوری اسلامی با افشاکنندگان و جویندگان حقیقت که عمدتاً در میان روزنامه نگاران هستند این افراد مثل چین رفتار می کنه.

ما به یاد داریم که چین چگونه با لی ون لیانگ اولین پزشکی که برای اولین بار موضوع کرونا رو به رسانه ها کشید و از طریق شبکه های اجتماعی در واقع افشاگری کرد در مورد این بیماری کووید نوزده دیدیم که چین چگونه برخورد کرد. قصد بازداشت اون رو داشت. که البته خوب قبل از اینکه بازداشت بشه خودش به دلیل کرونا فوت کرد. حالا وقتی که به پروندۀ مثلاً آقای شهرام صفری مدیر کانال تلگرامی راویژ پرس که به اتهام نشر اکاذیب و تشویش اذهان عمومی و همین اتهاماتی که معمولا قوۀ قضاییۀ جمهوری اسلامی به همه می زنه رو در کنار اون اتفاقات که در چین افتاده برای برخورد با افشاکنندگان می ذاریم، می بینیم که ایران هم داره همون راه چین رو می ره. یعنی سرکوب جریان آزاد اطلاعات که شامل مثلاً تعداد افراد مبتلای واقعی، تعداد افراد فوت شدۀ واقعی هستش یعنی در واقع ایران هم داره سرکوب می کنه جریان آزاد اطلاعات رو. برای اینکه که سرپوش بذاره بر روی ناتوانی ای که در طول این شش ماه ما شاهدش بودیم در مدیریت بیماری کرونا از خودش بروز داده.

جمعیت امداد دانشجویی مردمی امام علی در نخستین بیانه ای که پس از بازداشت موسس و دو عضو خود منتشر کرده می گوید آن ها با شکایت قرارگاه ثارالله سپاه و به اتهام های توهین به رهبر و بنیانگذار جمهوری اسلامی و اقدام علیه امنیت ملی بازداشت شده اند. همراه هستیم با رویا کریمی مجد همکارم که این خبر رو دنبال کرده. رویا چه جزئیات بیشتری از این بیانیه می دونی؟

خوب همون طور که اشاره کردی شاهین، در بیانیه ای که جمعیت امداد دانشجویی مردمی امام علی دیشب منتشر کرده گفتن که دو اتهام اصلی توهین به رهبر و بنیانگذار جمهوری اسلامی و اقدام علیه امنیت ملی علیه سه تن از اعضای این انجمن که دو روز پیش بازداشت شدند مطرح شده. نکتۀ بسیار مهم این بیانیه این هستش که در واقع این افراد با شکایت قرارگاه ثارالله سپاه پاسداران در واقع بازداشت شدن. و تا به حال نه مقامات قضایی و نه مقامات سپاه پاسدارن در مورد این بیانیه واکنشی نشون ندادن. و جزئیاتی رو ما از خود مقام های قضایی در این مورد نشنیدیم.

بنابراین تنها منبعی که داریم در حال حاضر خود بیانیۀ این انجمن هستش. همون طور که می دونیم شارمین میمندی نژاد موسس این جمعیت، کتایون افرازه بازرس، و مرتضی کی منش مسئول روابط عمومی این خیریه همه شون به طور همزمان بازداشت شدند. و خونۀ آقای میمندی نژاد بر اساس این بیانیه بیش از چهار ساعت تفتیش شده. شاهین ویدئویی هم اعضای این انجمن منتشر کردن از دفتر انجمن و محل زندگی آقای میمندی نژاد که نشون داده چطور تمامی وسائل مورد بررسی قرار گرفته، تمامی کتابخونه های تخلیه شده و به نظر می رسه تمامی اسناد و مدارکی که ممکن بوده کوچک ترین کمکی به این پرونده بکنه از محل بازداشت اون ها جمع آوری شده.

بر اساس این بیانیه، توهین به رهبر و بنیانگذار جمهوری اسلامی به طور خاص اتهام شارمین میمندی نژاد هست. و اتهام خانم افرازه و آقای کی منش هم اقدام علیه امنیت ملی عنوان شده.
