可以 堪稱 為 日本 的 GTR which is a high-end product, like GTR

那 這個 時候 大家 一定 會 覺得 很 奇怪 Does everyone notice that it is weird

為 什麼 這間 公司 已經 這麼 厲害 the comapny have ability to manufacuture CNC machine

可以 做 CNC 了 but they still need to buy a Japanese machine

他們 還要 去 進口 YASDA 這種 日本 的 CNC 呢 to manufacuture their product

其實 YASDA 有 一個 非常 厲害 的 地方 Actually, Yasda has a very powerful function

它 的 恆溫 恆濕 呢 Its constant temperature and humidity

它 是 連裡面 的 冷卻液 都 能夠 恆溫 的 It can even keep the coolant inside

也就是說 呢 In other words

它裡面 有 一個 流體力學 的 一個 設計 There is a design of fluid mechanics in it

在 這個 機器 開始運轉 的 時候 呢 When this machine starts to run

它 需要 運轉 一整天 It needs to run all day

那 這 一整天 And in this day

它 又 要 讓 它 裡面 的 冷卻液 的 溫度 呢 It needs to let the temperature of the coolant in it

調整 到 他們 適合 加工 的 溫度 Adjust to their suitable temperature for processing

所以 他們 在 加工 的 時候 呢 So when they are processing

他們 是 雙向 去 噴射 它 的 冷卻液 的 They spray its coolant in both directions

這 東西 能夠 保持 你 在 加工 的 時候 This thing can keep you working

你 的 精度 不會 因為 溫度 的 熱脹冷縮 而 產生 變化 Your accuracy will not change due to the thermal expansion and contraction of the temperature

它連 鑄造 的 精度 都 能夠 自己 控制 It can even control the precision of casting by itself

不過 你 一定 覺得 這 已經 很 厲害 了 you must think tme company is already very powerful

我們 現在 從 電腦 的 控台區 來 帶 大家 進到 CNC 的 now take everyone into the CNC from the console area of the computer

然後 它 剛剛 是從 這個 裡面 有 個 小 閘門 Then see the small gate

它 是 做 換刀 的 動作 It is the action of changing the knife

所以 它 可以 在 上面 剛剛 有 調整 So it can be adjusted just above

一個 30 度 的 側面 的 車銑 A 30-degree side turning mill

你 可以 把 它 幻想 成就 是 它 是 一個 You can imagine that

大家 現在 所 看到 的 CNC 的 放大 版 It is a bigger CNC machine you look before

所以 可以 想像 我們 現在 大概 就 在 整台 CNC 的 肚子 裡面 So it can be imagined that we are probably in the belly of the entire CNC right now

而 我們 現在 人 呢 and where we are

就 像是 一般 你 在 做 鑽台 的 轉台 上面 It’s like you are working on the turntable of the drill floor

很狂 吧 很 誇張 吧 crazy right?

這個 大概 也 是 我 目前 看過 最大 的 一台 CNC 了 It probably the biggest CNC machine I've ever seen so far

要價 台幣 一 億元 and it cost one hundred million NTD

我們 要 交換 我們 要 交換 了 it is going to exchange the work piece

我們 現在 裡面 的 這個 車床 的 底座 已經 車好 了 The base of the lathe we are now inside has been turned

然後 大家 可以 一路 看 一下 Then everyone can take a look all the way

這是 個 CNC 整台 的 構造 This is the whole structure of CNC

現在 我們 車床 的 底座 it is the base of the lathe

就 這麼 完成 了 That is how the machine cut the work piece

大家 只要 存到 一 億元 So you just needs to earn 100 million NTD

在家 裡面 製作 鋼彈 you can make Gundam at home

應該 是 不成問題 的 Shouldn't be a problem

現在 來換 刀 了 Now it's time to change the knife

現在 來換 的 是 這個 M8 的 攻牙 Now it’s the M8 tapping knife

原來 在 西德 猛獸 的 肚子 裡面 是 長成 這個 樣子 Wow~ it is the inside of the WACO 5 axis machine

超酷 的 吧 So coooooooool

來 我們 往外面 看 look at the outside

這箱 就是 當時 跟 著 工程師 一 起來 的 工具箱 This box is the toolbox that came with the engineer at that time

要裝 這個 CNC 呢 to install this CNC

它 總共 要裝 4 個 月 的 時間 it spend 4 months

當時 聽說 他們 連 德國 啤酒 一起 進口 了 I heard that they imported German beer as well

德國人 來 工作 Germans come to work

怎麼 能 沒有 德國 啤酒 呢 How can they work without German beer?

但 德國 啤酒 很快 就 喝完 了 But the German beer was almost out of stock

喝完 之後 要 幹嘛 what to do after drink all of the beer

買 可樂 buy coke (pronunciation is similar to make love in chinese)

每天 一起 買 可樂 every day buy coke (make love)

德國人 來 台灣 買 可樂 Germans come to Taiwan to buy coke (make love)

大家 可以 看到 從 這個 窗戶 上面 有 一個 V4.3 跟 V4.4 As you can see from this window, there are V4.3 and V4.4

首先 呢 First

它 的 左邊 藍色 的 這個 部分 呢 The blue part on the left

你 可以 想到 就是 個 貨艙 You can think of it as a cargo hold

好比 說 今天 我們 要 生產 一個 手推車 For example, today we are going to produce a trolley

手推車 裡面 包含 了 輪子 The trolley contains wheels

包含 了 板子 跟 包含 了 一個 握把 Contains the board and a grip

那 他們 就 會 分別 把 料件 安插在 每個 藍色 的 部分 Then they will insert the materials in each blue part separately

那 這個 時候 呢 Then

它 就 會 自動 運送 it will automatically transfer

然後 用 手臂 去 裝住 你 的 握把 裝你 的 輪子 Then use your arm to hold your grip and install your wheel

然後 裝上 你 的 平板 and install on your pad

這個 你 就 可以 稱為 4.3 you can call that V4.3

4.4 跟 4.3 其實 就 差 在於 就是 The difference between 4.4 and 4.3 is

4.4 的 六台 CNC There are six CNC machine tools on the 4.4 line

也就是說 它 同時 生產 零件 That means it produces part of componets

它 同時 又 扮演 組裝 的 角色 and also plays the role of assembly at the same time

而 這 六台 臥式 中心 機 組成 and these six horizontal center machines

又稱 為 FMS can also be called FMS

所以 他們 又稱 為 智慧 化 加工 生產線 So they are also called intelligent processing production lines

鏟花 這種 工作 是 到 現在 Hand scraping is one of the work that

其實 到 機械 手臂 都 無法 取代 的 一樣 工作 cannot be replaced by any machine

那 你 可以 跟 我們 講解 一下 鏟花 的 技巧 嗎 Could you introduce your work and skill to us?

其實 因為 機械加工 出來 並 不是 完全 的 真 平面 Well. In fact, it’s not completely true flat because of machining.

它 就 需要 我們 鏟花 去 做 整平 so you need to scraping it to make sure it is flat

整平 完 之後 我會 做出 我們 要 的 點數 深度 After scraping, it will make the point depth we want

然後 讓 它 再 跟 軌道 在 跑 的 時候 會 比較 順 it make smoother

順暢 一點 when the track is moving

他 剛剛 塗 的 叫做 紅丹 粉 The one he just applied is called red pill powder

就是 為 了 要 覆蓋 他 剛剛 鏟過 的 地方 Just to cover the place he just shoveled

現在 這個 動作 呢 Now this action

要 看 他 剛剛 鏟 的 地方 look at what he just shoevled

有沒有 夠平 does it flat enough?

他們 每 一台 機器 在 出廠 之前 都 已經 來來回回 Each of their machines has been test over and over again before leaving the factory

先去 裝了 非常 多次 that is to asembly many times

大家 看到 他 的 右邊 這裡 look at the right side

就是 紅丹 粉抹過 的 地方 it is where the red pill powder cover

假設 他剛 才 出現 痕跡 了 Suppose it showed signs

然後 再 把 剛剛 紅丹 粉 擦掉 Then wipe off the red pill powder

才 不 會合 起來 會 糊糊 的 So it won't be fuzzy together
