不 知道 大家 最近 這 幾天 過 的 怎麼樣 ？ 有 沒有 比較 開心 ? 最近 這 幾天 在 台灣 ， 在 我 住 的 城市 ， 每天 都 在 下 雨 。 超 討厭 的 ，每 天 只要 一 到 下午 就 會 下 大雨 ，很 大 很 大 的 雨 ，好像 有人 從 天空 倒 了 一 盆 水 ，到 你 的 身上 ，很 像 有 人 從 天空 往 下 倒 了 一 盆 水 這樣 ，非常 非常 大 的 雨 ，很 討厭 ，所以 最近 台灣 的 天氣 ，不太 好 。

好 那 今天 這 一 集 呢 ？ 我 請 到 了 我 的 學弟 。 學弟 就是 我 的 同學 ，男生 ，年紀 比 我 小 。 所以 同學 ，男生 的 同學 ，年紀 比 我 小 ，就是 學弟 。 那 我 請 到 了 我 的 學弟 來 跟 大家 說 說話 ，這 一 集 ，我 想要 問 他 關於 運動 和 健身 的 事情 ，因為 我 的 學弟 最近 成功 減肥 ，他 的 體重 少 了 很 多 ，他 現在 變 的 比較 瘦 ，比較 輕 。 好 那 等 一下 ，我 會 問 他 三 個 問題 ，我 會 問 我 的 學弟 ，三 個 問題 ，

我 以前 很 胖 ，家 榆 也 看過 我 很 胖 的 樣子 。

在 那 時候 大概 九十 多 公斤 。

我 嗎 ？ 你 一定 要 我 講 嗎 ？ ？阿 賢 講 個 大概 嘛 ！

家 榆

其實 小時候 ，因為 你 會長 大 嘛 ，所以 你 的 體重 會 變得 越來越 重 ，那 我 大概 到 高中 的 時候 ，我 的 體重 就 都 沒有 再 增加 了 ，就是 我 不是 一 個 很 容易 會變 胖 的 人 ，所以 我 從 高中 開始 ，一直 到 現在 ，我 的 體重 都 在 大概 ...四十 五 公斤 到 五十 公斤 之間 。 我 其實 覺得 我 太 瘦 了 。 我 想要 變 胖 一點 ！

阿 賢

哦 那 ...我 九十 幾 公斤 ，其實 就是 家榆 ，您 身上 在 背 上 另外 一個 家榆 的 重量 ，那時候 走路 ，我 就 覺得 常常 重心 不穩 ，搖搖晃晃 ，而且 我 也 去 做 健康檢查 ，那時候 要 當兵 前 ，需要 做 健康檢查 ，然後 報告 出來 之後 ，上面 都 是不 標準 、不 標準 ！ 血壓 也 太 高 。 所以 我 就 想 說 那 不行 ， 我 一定 要 減肥 ， 然後 維持 良好 的 、 身 .... 維持 我 良好 的 身體 狀況 。

家 榆

你 後來 有 去 當兵 嗎 ？

阿 賢

沒有 ，那 時候 的 標準 ，就是 ...我 就是 屬於 不用 當兵 的 規定 。

家 榆

那 你 是 ...你 現在 體重 多少 公斤 ？

阿 賢

現在 大概 剩下 七十 出頭 。 那 又 是 稍稍 變 胖 ，之前 ，最 瘦 的 時候 ，瘦到 剩下 六十 五 。

家 榆

六十 五 喔 ！ 哇 ！ 從 九十 公斤 變成 六十 五 公斤 ？

阿 賢

對 好 ，我 問 我 的 學弟 ，他 為什麼 想要 減肥 ？ 我 的 學弟 說 ，他 以前 很 胖 ，他 最 胖 的 時候 ，大概 是 九十 多 公斤 。 我 就 問 他 說 ，你 以前 九十 多 公斤 ，那 為什麼 ，有 一天 ，突然 想要 減肥 ？ 阿賢 就 問 我 說 ，家榆 ，你 最重 的 時候 ，大概 是 多少 公斤 ？ 那 我 就 告訴 他 我 的 答案 ，我 就 說 我 是 一 個 不太 容易 會變 胖 的 人 ，然後 我 覺得 我 太 瘦 了 ，我 想要 變 胖 一點 。 那 阿 賢 就 說 ...他 用 了 一 個 很 有趣 的 說法 ，他 說 他 九十 幾 公斤 ，就 好像 是 他 的 身上 ，再 背 上 另外 一 個 我 的 重量 。 因為 九十 幾 公斤 很 重 ，所以 ，他 走路 的 時候 ，常常 覺得 重心 不 穩 。 重心 就是 你 身體 的 中心 。 重心 不 穩 的 意思 就是 你 沒有 辦法 好好地 走路 ，你 走路 的 時候 會 搖搖晃晃 ，意思 就是 走路 的 時候 不 穩 ，走路 的 時候 會 一下子 在 左邊 ，一下子 在 右邊 這樣子 ，沒 辦法 好好地 走路 。 那 他 說 ， 他 之前 也 去 做 健康檢查 ， 因為 在 當兵 前 需要 做 健康檢查 。 當兵 ，什麼 是 當兵 呢 ？ 當兵 就是 成為 士兵 ， 接受 訓練 ， 你 要 學習 怎麼 用 槍 ， 你 要 學習 怎麼 和 敵人 打仗 。 在 台灣 ， 每一 個 男生 都 要 當兵 ， 都 要 服 兵役 。 服 兵役 的 意思 就是 你 要 去 接受 訓練 ，你 要 學習 怎麼 用 槍 ，學習 當 一 個 士兵 。 在 台灣 ，因為 你 知道 ，我們 有 政治 的 問題 ，所以 需要 當兵 ，每一 個 男生 。 以前 ，在 很 久 以前 ，當兵 要 一 年 的 時間 ，那 現在 ，時間 變 短 了 ，男生 當兵 只 需要 幾個 月 ，所以 影響 不 大 。 那 我 知道 在 很 多 國家 ，你們 不 需要 當兵 ，你們的 男生 和 女生 都 不 需要 服 兵役 。 比如 說 在 美國 和 英國 ，都 不 需要 當兵 ，對 吧 ？ 那 像 在 韓國 ，也 是 需要 當兵 的 。

所以 ，阿賢 說 ，在 台灣 ，在 當兵 之前 ，需要 做 健康檢查 。 報告 出來 之後 ，也 就是 檢查 的 結果 出來 之後 ，結果 都 是 不 標準 、不 標準 。 他 的 檢查 結果 很 不好 ， 然後 他 的 血壓 也 太 高 ， 所以 ， 因為 這樣 ， 其實 阿 賢 那個 時候 沒有 去 當兵 ， 因為 他 太 重 了 ！ 他 的 體重 太 重 了 ，所以 不 需要 當兵 。 那 從 那 一次 的 健康檢查 之後 ，阿 賢 就 想 說 ：「不行 ，我 一定 要 減肥 ，我 想要 維持 良好 的 身體 狀況 。」 也就是 讓 自己 的 身體 狀況 可以 一直 都 很 健康 、很 好 。

那 我 接著 問 阿賢 ，他 現在 的 體重 是 多少 公斤 ，阿賢 說 ，現在 ，大概 剩下 七十 出頭 。 如果 你 說 七十 出頭 ，意思 就是 ，他 的 體重 大概 在 71 、72 、73 公斤 之間 ，所以 ，什麼 什麼 出頭 ，就是 在 前面 的 意思 ，比如 說 ，你 說 ，我 的 體重 大概 是 六十 出頭 ，那 意思 就是 你 的 體重 大概 是 61 、62 、63 公斤 這樣 。 那 他 說 他 最 瘦 的 時候 ，瘦 到 剩下 65 公斤 。 所以 他 非常 的 厲害 ，因為 他 從 十 多 公斤 變成 六十 五 公斤 ，減肥 成功 ，瘦 下來 了 ！

那 你 是 怎麼 減肥 的 ？

阿 賢

當時 也 沒有 想 太多 ，因為 只有 一個 人 嘛 ！ 減肥 是 我 一個 人 的 事情 ，我 就 每天 早上 利用 早晨 的 時間 。 我 每天 早上 六 點 半 就 起床 ，然後 跑步 ，然後 就 一直 跑 一直 跑 ，在 學校 裡面 也 跑 ，在 家裡 就 去 大馬路 上 跑 ，就 一直 跑 一直 跑 ，每天 跑 個 八 公里 、九 公里 、十 公里 、那 大概 花 一 個 小時 左右 ，那 晚上的 時候 又 陪 同學 去 健身房 ，踩 腳踏車 ，也 是 踩 個 二十 幾 公里

二十 幾 公里 ？

阿 賢

對 ，固定 式 的 腳踏車 。 然後 現在 大概 花 一 個 多 小時 ，腳踏車 其實 是 比較 輕鬆 一點 。 那 大概 每天 都 是 這樣子 的 行程

家 榆

可是 你 怎麼 這麼 厲害 ，就是 可以 這麼 早 起床 。 然後 每天 都 告訴 自己 ， 一定 要 做 運動 ， 因為 像 我 ， 我 就 比較 懶惰 ， 我 常常 會 告訴 自己 ， 我 也 要 每天 運動 ， 但是 我 最後 都 沒有 在 運動 ，

對 ！ 是不是 有 什麼 動力 ，比如 說 ，可能 你 有 一 個 喜歡 的 女生 ，然後 你 就 想 減肥 ，或是 你 有 什麼 計畫 ？ 不然 你 為 什麼 可以 這麼 認真 的 減肥 ？

阿 賢

因為 那 時候 我 的 學校 在 山上 的 學校 ，我 的 大學 在 山上 ，那 我 會 需要 用 走路 的 方式 去 上課 ，

然後 我 就 發現 實在 是 很 累 ，真 的 很 累

家 榆

你 是不是 那個 .... 你 是不是 每天 上課 都 遲到 ？

阿 賢

沒有 遲到 ，但 我 都 得 提早 半小時 出門 。 好 對 ， 然後 再 加上 ... 因為 我 未來 想 當 一 名 老師 ， 然後 我 那 時候 有 嘗試 教學 ， 然後 也 有 錄影 ， 有 拍 影片 ， 發現 ， 有 一點點 圓滾滾 的 ， 在 台上 ， 樣子 不太好 看 。

家 榆

不會 啊 ！ 我 覺得 ，這樣 可能 學生 會 覺得 你 很 可愛 ，可能 覺得 你 像 熊貓 一樣 ， Foodpanda 之類 的 。

阿 賢

但 我 覺得 還是 不太好 啦 ，因為 畢竟 就 像 是 孕婦 這樣 ，你 肚子 很 大 的 挺 在 台上 ，站 在 那裡 就是 感覺 不好 。

好 ！ 我 問 阿 賢 他 是 怎麼 減肥 的 ， 他 是 怎麼 瘦 下來 的 。 那 阿 賢 說 ，他 每天 早上 會 利用 早晨 的 時間 ，他 每天 早上 ，利用 早上 的 時間 。 他 每天 六 點 半 就 起床 ， 然後 跑步 ， 一直 跑 一直 跑 一直 跑 ， 在 學校 裡面 也 跑 ， 在 家裡 ， 就是 他 回到 家 後 ， 他 會 去 他 的 家 附近 的 大馬 路上 跑 ， 每天 都 一直 跑 一直 跑 一直 跑 ， 每天 都 跑 大概 八 公里 、 九 公里 、 十 公里 ， 一 個 小時 左右 。 然後 ，晚上的 時候 ，他 又 陪 同學 去 健身房 。 健身房 就是 可以 讓 你 運動 的 地方 。 所以 他 晚上的 時候 ，又 陪 同學 去 健身房 ，踩 腳踏車 ，踩 個 二十 幾 公里 ，非常 得 多 。

他 踩 的 腳踏車 是 固定 式 的 腳踏車 ，意思 就是 健身房 裡面 的 腳踏車 ，你 在 踩 的 時候 ，他 不會 真 的 往前 嘛 ！ 它 不會 真 得 動 ， 它 不會 真 得 前進 ， 這樣 的 腳踏車 ， 我們 說 是 固定 式 的 腳踏車 。 他 踩 腳踏車 ，大概 花 一 個 多 小時 。 他 說 每 天 ，都 是 這樣子 的 行程 ，意思 就是 他 每 天 都 做 這些 事情 。

那 我 就 問 他 說 ，你 怎麼 每 天 都 這麼 厲害 ，怎麼 每 天 都 這麼 早 起床 ，然後 每 天 都 做 運動 。 因為 我 自己 比較 懶惰 ，我 每天 都 告訴 自己 ，我 每天 都 要 運動 ，但是 有時候 我 自己 ，就 沒有 運動 。 阿 賢 說 ， 因 爲 他 的 學校 ， 他 的 大學 在 山上 ， 他 去 上學 要 用 走路 的 ， 他 發現 因為 他 很 重 ， 每天 走路 ， 非常 得 累 。

他 說 ， 他 會 想要 減肥 ， 努力 減肥 ， 是 因為 他 未來 ， 想 當 一 名 老師 ， 他 想 當 老師 。 他 之前 有 嘗試 教學 ， 意思 就是 他 之前 有 練習 教學 ， 教 學生 。 教學 的 時候 有 錄影 ，有 拍 影片 ，他 看 著 自己 教學 的 影片 ，他 發現 ，自己 長 得 圓滾滾 的 ，在 台上 ，樣子 不太 好看 。 那 我 就 說 ，不會 啊 ，我 覺得 ，這樣 學生 可能 會 覺得 他 長 得 很 可愛 ，好像 熊貓 一樣 。 熊貓 是 一 種 動物 ，在 中國 ，有 熊貓 嘛 。

那 我 接著 就 說 ，好像 熊貓 一樣 ，好像 那個 Foodpanda ， Foodpanda 是 什麼 呢 ？ Foodpanda 有點 像 是 Uber Eats ，就是 你 可以 用 手機 的 軟體 ，你 可以 用 手機 的 app ，叫 你 想 吃 的 食物 。 比如 說 我 現在 特別 想 喝 珍珠奶茶 ，那 我 就 可以 用 Foodpanda 的 軟體 ，點 珍珠奶茶 ，然後 過 ...可能 十分 鐘 ，他 就 會 送 珍珠奶茶 到 我 的 家裡 ，非常 的 方便 。 那 Foodpanda 是 台灣 最 大 、最 流行 的 外送 公司 。 所以 ，現在 在 台灣 ，很 多 人 都 會 用 Foodpanda 來 叫 食物 。 那 你 在 路上 ，都 會 看 到 很 多 Foodpanda 的 員工 ，他們 會 騎 機車 ，送 食物 ，因為 台灣 有 很 多 的 機車 。 那 他 的 機車 後面 ，就 會 有 一 個 很 大 的 箱子 ，一 個 粉紅色 的 箱子 。 上面 ，會 有 一 個 熊貓 ，所以 叫做 Foodpanda 。

那 阿賢 說 ，他 覺得 長得 圓滾滾 的 不太好 ，因為 這樣 很 像 孕婦 ，孕婦 就是 懷孕 的 女生 ，他 說 他 這樣 看起來 肚子 很 大 ，站 在 台上 ，站 在 那裡 ，感覺 不太好 。

家 榆

對 生理 有點 固定 了 ，那 有時候 會 遇到 下雨 ，或是 就是 休息 日 ，那 就 沒有 辦法 運動 那 其實 就 可以 拿 這樣 的 時間 來 做 其他 的 事 。 比如 讀 個 書 啊 ，或是 看 個 小說 啊 ，什麼 的 ，就 可以 無形中 多 了 很 多 時間 來 利用 。

你 不是 說 你 買 衣服 ，

去 ... 對 ， 對 ， 我 就 發現 衣服 都 得 重新 再 花錢 買 ， 但是 我 還是 非常 開心 ， 因為 瘦 下來 了 ， 買 了 衣服 ， 穿 起來 就 會 更 好看 ， 更 有 身形 ， 然後 更 能夠 挑 更 多 款式 的 衣服 ， 不會 只 限於 在 ， 可能 就是 衣服 要 穿 加大 的 啊 ， 褲子 要 穿 加大 的 ， 這樣 。

所以 我 就 說 ，你 有 那個 生理 時鐘 了 ，什麼 是 生理 時鐘 呢 ？ 生理 時鐘 就是 ...好像 你 的 身體 裡面 有 一 個 鬧鐘 ，那 時間 到 了 ，你 身體 裡面 的 鬧鐘 就 會 告訴 你 ：「家榆 ！ 該 起床 囉 ！ 」你 不用 用 手機 的 鬧鐘 ，或是 ...就 可以 自己 起床 ，這個 就是 生理 時鐘 。

那 阿 賢 就 說 ，對 ！ 他 現在 有 生理 時鐘 了 ，他 有 了 早起 的 習慣 ，他 可以 每天 早上 很 早 起床 ，他 發現 ，很 早 起床 ，可以 用 這個 時間 來 運動 ，或是 做 其他 的 事 ，比如 讀書 、看 小說 ，就 多 了 很 多 時間 可以 利用 。

變 瘦 之後 還 以 什麼 不 一樣 的 地方 呢 ？ 他 說 ，現在 ，他 的 衣服 都 得 重新 再 花錢 買 ，他 要 買 新 的 衣服 ，因為 原本 的 衣服 都 太 大件 了 ，穿 起來 鬆鬆 的 。 他 說 ，雖然 要 買 新 的 衣服 ，但是 她 覺得 非常 開心 ，因為 瘦 下來 之後 ，買 了 衣服 ，穿 起來 就 會 更 好看 ，更 有 身形 ，意思 就是 你 穿 上 衣服 的 時候 ，你 的 身形 會 更 好看 。 那 也 可以 挑 更 多 款式 的 衣服 ，也 可以 挑 更 多 不同 樣子 的 衣服 ，不會 只 限於 在 要 穿 加大 的 衣服 ，也 就是 不會 只能 穿 很 大件 的 衣服 ，很 大件 的 褲子 。
